Untrustworthy party: ordered a pizza, which never arrived. Then I was treated rudely, promised a refund, but never received it. Afterward, I read some information about the owner; see also ECLI:NL:RVS:2025:1620. Pizzas used to be okay, but they've lost me as a customer forever.

Waited an hour and a half for my order, the fries were cold, and I think my chicken doner had flown over my calzone. There was barely anything on it, plus the vegetables that were on it were very salty (I'm used to quite a bit of salt).

Service: Rude on the phone, they just hang up while you've been waiting 2:30 hours for a hair salon. After calling twice, the order still hasn't arrived. The order was expensive and didn't arrive.

Ordered late at night: Soft croquettes, raw pizza dough, and pink fried chicken. I had it delivered, and the delivery driver called and said, "Stand outside," so I walked to his van to pick up my order. I was so surprised by the whole thing that it was hilarious.

What a mess when ordering on Christmas Day. And not nice for visitors. No mushrooms with cream sauce with the chicken fillet dish. So not edible. No mayonnaise with the other 3 dishes. And also complaining that the bottle of cola has not been paid for. And that with an order of more than 60 euros. That is free, isn't it? Still turned out well. Today I got a 10 euro discount on my order. Thanks.

Ordered at a quarter to 2:00 and now at 3:20 no food in sight. Crowds during the weekend are completely normal, but this is scandalous. Once and never again.

Waited 3 hours for the order to arrive. Delivery person who is not a delivery person shouted down the hallway upon arrival. The food tasted good, but everything was cold.

This man said to us: "its old prices". We thought fine, then it might be 0.50 cents more expensive or 1 euro or something like that. PAID FOUR EURO FIFTY WHILE THERE WAS 2.50 ON THAT PRICE LIST! Ordered twice, not again. The first time I indicated in the comments not to ring the doorbell because my roommate was already in bed, and of course the doorbell rang. Food was meh. Second time, waiting time was terribly long and food was bad. I ordered through the Thuizbezorgd app and accidentally put the wrong address in, and when my girlfriend called (I don't speak Dutch,) to rectify it, they were extremely rude to her and hung up before she even had a chance to correct the address, resulting in the delivery driver being lost for nearly an hour and the food being cold and ruined.

Always confirm the prices before eating, otherwise you will be scammed. Menu says 10€ for a pasta, but when you have to pay, suddenly it is 12€ each. Their excuse - they have not printed new menu yet. 2 visits a few months apart, and same excuse both times. Chaotic atmosphere among employees and on the line; even on takeout they forgot to make the order, and no, it wasn't busy. Hair salon on the other hand was okay, but it took a while with all the chaos.

Let me start by saying that the food here is really good and affordable. A wide variety of pizzas and even on Mondays pizza is only 6 euros. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Every question is answered with outrage. For example, I asked if I could eat the croquette sandwich while waiting for the pizza. The gentleman just barely threw the sandwich at my head. I really don't see how it is in the interest of your business to be downright unfriendly to your customers. Due to the fast preparation and quality, only three stars, but also strong advice to work on communication with customers.

Don't order because ordering takes too long, they keep you on the line which can take an hour and a half with excuses: we are working on it if you call again every time where it is, plus they are rude too!!!! So Wow!!!

When I finished working in Nijmegen I looked for the nearest restaurant to break my fast and I came across Caglar and the owner and employees really treated me so hospitably and helpfully and were very friendly and warm people. Definitely recommended for the people in Nijmegen.

Used to be worth 5 stars because of the quality and service. They have now changed the food and menu so it is not the same anymore. Kapsalon ordered without garlic sauce and 50% of the kapsalon is garlic sauce. The cheese and salad have also been adjusted and taste a lot less than before.
