Very unfriendly staff. You seem more like a nuisance than a customer. They take the order incorrectly and then charge a much higher price than what is on the menu. As soon as I noticed this and asked about it, they were clearly annoyed and came up with a bullshit story that those were the new prices. Which were nowhere to be seen yet, not on the menu, boards, or anything else. I didn't get a refund and therefore decided never to come back. I felt ripped off. By the way, I have also had something delivered there before, which was never correct and I always had to call to follow up... so 1 star it is...

The food arrived four hours late! But when you arrived you did swear at Swies, hence the 5-star service! But when we went to eat it, it was just fries, döner, and cheese. What an unbelievable dump you run!

Hi, I just wanted to let you know about my order. I believe the delivery driver who brought my pizza had been drinking alcohol. I could clearly smell alcohol and didn't like this, especially since he had to get back on the road afterwards. I just wanted to let you know about this. I hope you can do something about this.

Tasty kapsalon, delicious pizzas, really fresh

It used to be good, always on time, food good. They call you to say they'll be half an hour late, but it took longer so I called myself. They said they would pass it on. Waiting, finally after more than an hour and a half I get my food, but I was shocked. The shawarma was raw; instead of potatoes I got very soggy fries that were too salty, the Turkish bread sticky, and overall a meal fit for the trash can. It is the last thing I will order there... since the new owner it has gone downhill. Change is never good.

10 people got food poisoning. The pizza tasted like cardboard with a licked-off tomato that had been lying in the sun for 3 months. And on top of that, it was 2 hours late.

We got the pizza delivered just like that… but after waiting 2 hours after ordering, we decided to call this awful place, and on the phone, you could barely understand the pronunciation and Dutch. The pizza was as greasy as a homeless person's hair. The puff pastry tasted just like a sponge. You kept chewing on it but it didn't make you feel any better, and I couldn't swallow it. I also think they were keeping an eye on Turkish time because, as I said, they were supposedly “on the road” for 2 hours… Now on to tomorrow, expecting severe diarrhea attacks…. It is a great shame that this costs money…

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this order. We ordered two pizzas and the waiting time was more than two hours. After an hour, we called the cafeteria and were told that the pizza was on its way. This turned out not to be true, as the order was not delivered until an hour later. Upon arrival, the food was cold and ingredients were missing from the pizza, including mushrooms. Additionally, the taste left much to be desired: the pizza did not seem fresh and was simply not tasty.

Had to wait more than 2 hours for the food. Called twice and was told it was already on its way. I live a 7-minute drive away; in that time, I could have picked it up 30 times already. The food described in the info isn't even in or on the food.

Forgot to prepare the order. Instead of garlic on the pizza (requested 3 times), I received garlic sauce. Instead of beef mince, it was lamb mince.. the staff could barely speak Dutch. It looked like they had been plucked straight from the mountains.

It was absolutely inedible. The ‘Turkish Pizza with döner’ didn't have any döner on it. Both the pizza and the Turkish pizza were incredibly tough. As if they had been sitting on the counter waiting for 3 days. The kapsalon was also very soggy. Next time I'll order somewhere else.

Arrived way too late, even though it says within 20 min. They arrived almost an hour later. Called. Poor Dutch was spoken. And stomach ache after eating; didn't like it either. For me, not a 2nd time, unfortunately. If I hadn't read the reference here, I wish I had.

I ordered food via Thuisbezorgd at 00:45. I contacted them at 01:23 because I saw that the delivery service via Thuisbezorgd was closed. The restaurant indicated during the phone call that it would take another 20 minutes. I am still waiting for my food now (02:15). They are not answering the phone, so the food probably won't arrive, even though I have paid.

I absolutely do not recommend this place; even one star is too much. Only people who want to be humiliated and get stomach upset should order here.

Yesterday, we ordered a pizza döner and a pizza pollo at Calgar. Unfortunately, we both got quite sick after eating. We suffered from cramps, vomiting, and having to go to the toilet multiple times all night. Everything came back up, which is not exactly a pleasant experience. What makes it even more unfortunate is that this used to be a truly great place. Years ago, we loved coming here and the quality was always good. Since the takeover, it seems to have unfortunately gone downhill significantly. In fact, we didn't just get sick once after eating here; it has happened multiple times, especially after the pizza pollo. Because we had such good memories, we kept thinking it was a coincidence and decided to give it another try. After yesterday, it is clear to us that something is wrong with the quality or hygiene. Very disappointing, because this used to be one of our favorite places to order pizza.

Ordered twice, not again. The first time I indicated in the comments not to ring the doorbell because my roommate was already in bed, and of course the doorbell rang. Food was meh. Second time, waiting time was terribly long and food was bad. I ordered through the Thuizbezorgd app and accidentally put the wrong address in, and when my girlfriend called (I don't speak Dutch,) to rectify it, they were extremely rude to her and hung up before she even had a chance to correct the address, resulting in the delivery driver being lost for nearly an hour and the food being cold and ruined.

Always confirm the prices before eating, otherwise you will be scammed. Menu says 10€ for a pasta, but when you have to pay, suddenly it is 12€ each. Chaotic atmosphere among employees and on the line; even on takeout they forgot to make the order, and no, it wasn't busy. Hair salon on the other hand was okay, but it took a while with all the chaos.

Let me start by saying that the food here is really good and affordable. A wide variety of pizzas and even on Mondays pizza is only 6 euros. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Every question is answered with outrage. For example, I asked if I could eat the croquette sandwich while waiting for the pizza. The gentleman just barely threw the sandwich at my head. I really don't see how it is in the interest of your business to be downright unfriendly to your customers. Due to the fast preparation and quality, only three stars, but also strong advice to work on communication with customers.

Don't order because ordering takes too long, they keep you on the line which can take an hour and a half with excuses: we are working on it if you call again every time where it is, plus they are rude too!!!! So Wow!!!

When I finished working in Nijmegen I looked for the nearest restaurant to break my fast and I came across Caglar and the owner and employees really treated me so hospitably and helpfully and were very friendly and warm people. Definitely recommended for the people in Nijmegen.
