I didn't see any staff, but someone was smoking outside. I have no idea if he worked there. Anyway, the €4 hamburger from the vending machine was absolutely inedible. Just disgusting, if that's the quality of FEBO. It looked like an IKEA burger.

A true Dutch snack bar experience! Croquettes from the wall are a must-try. Not gourmet, but delicious after a night out.

The vending machine isn't working properly, and after complaining, the staff on duty are treated unfriendlyly. Totally unsuitable for working in the hospitality industry.

We always enjoy going to FEBO whenever we're in the Netherlands. The vending machines are always stocked so you can try a bit of everything. Each item costs an average of 3-4 euros, and you can easily pay with a card by holding it in a different direction. The food is always hot. The staff could use a clean wipe down the tables every now and then, as the food is always very crumbly, but otherwise, we have no complaints.

Just saw on TikTok that one of the employees was live while working. Just sat on the phone, then her face, then eating. Bah. Super dirty. Never come here again.

Friend paid for food and didn't get her food. They would open the door for her but then didn't wait until she was in front of it. As a result, someone else took her sandwich and she ended up getting nothing. They didn't want to give her anything after all. So she paid for something that she didn't receive. Bad service.

It was dirty, the young one didn't feel like it. Had cold and warm freeze. Probably new and old fries mixed together. Very few fries. Shrinkflation?

Ordered 3x specials and they were cold inside. Indicates it and the employee simply says, well, I can't do anything about it. Quality is deteriorating rapidly.

Echt waardeloos. Twee cheeseburgers besteld zonder ui. Wat krijg ik: twee broodjes met een hamburger. Ja je leest het goed: alleen een hamburger, zonder kaas, zonder saus, zonder augurk. Alleen een kaal broodje met een hamburger. Terug gegaan naar de balie. Staat er een jochie van 14. Geen excuses of iets dergelijks. Je ziet toch bij het inpakken dat er iets helemaal niet klopt. Bij het wachten komt de manager mij vragen of ik al geholpen wordt. Ja, maar ik heb wel een klacht. "Oh mooi" is het antwoord en ze loopt weg. Deze zaak wordt gerund door kinderen. Ik ga hier nooit meer terug.

Exactly what you would expect but better: instant food with great service

After going out, I went to get a delicious bami slice (I thought), but the door did NOT open?? I put 6 euros in it and there was no bami disk to be seen. Fortunately, the nice gentleman next to me let me have a bite of his bami disk (cold by the way).. I went home very disappointed and hungry.

People dare to call this quality, the prices they ask are not worth the products. The snack wall; it doesn't always work, even if you have paid. And then your money is gone. You also get a big mouth from the staff if you say something about it and snack or want your money. Then security kicks you out... Security was right there watching me. They are deliberately scamming things. Snacks are often left in the wall for far too long... if you say something about it, they dismiss it as whining. You certainly shouldn't start using the hatches with double snacks before you know it, you'll be sitting in the toilet for a long time when you get home. I wonder how long they have been there... FEBO Netherlands and VWA should investigate this matter. And security can never be someone with papers. Considering the way he acted.

After a long Journey we wanted to eat something at this febo, but they did not open at the regular opening time cause he said they are under stafed. Im insanely mad that we took a big detour to get to this Febo just to get told, that he is gonna open at 12:15 and not 11:00 how its displayed at google

These scammers won't give me any product after the window was cleared. Want to remove a kipcorner from the wall, the container of the kipcorner had fallen over so I think there is a light behind it. Can happen. Open it up and there's nothing inside. Walk to the cash register and report it. According to the blonde cashier, the window was broken and that was why the container was lying like that. The window wasn't broken because it just opens. There was also no defect mentioned. I still don't get any food if I indicate that she can get it from another compartment. Didn't want to do them. Conclusion, you are being scammed there with the excuse that they are not allowed to do anything. This is going to take some time because this ball tent is not finished yet. Dochters gisteren zwaar mishandeld door beveiliger, ze wilde naar toilet waar een stel viswijven zaten, en ze niet op een stoel mochten zitten om hun telefoon op te laden.Heb opnames en fotos van de beveiliger en fotos van de armen en benen van mijn dochters die bont en blauw zijn.Ze werd zelfs van de trap gegooid omdat ze geen gesprek konden voeren daarom maar geweld gebruikt. Ik ga als moeder aangifte doen bij deze!!

Ridiculous service, couldn't get a laugh out of it. We were accused of stealing because we opened a counter without food in it. He/she/washing machine/vacuum cleaner was not willing to hear our word.

After going out with 6 people, we paid for food here. Because the tent was packed, two of my friends sat on each other's laps. This was absolutely not allowed by the “guardian” of the FEBO. This was an older man without work clothes. He kicked us out because this man didn't like two girls sitting on each other's lap. Homophobic intent. He kicked us out roughly and we agreed to that, even though we did nothing morally wrong. this gentleman simply has something against homosexuality. When these girls wanted to get a cheese soufle from the wall later that evening, not even in the store, they were violently sent out again, still without a valid reason. Only because this man is still so politically right-wing in 2024. I hope that many people avoid this shitty place and that this man retires as soon as possible. This way he might as well keep chickens that he can teach his old-fashioned homophobic principles to. It really didn't make any sense, we didn't do anything wrong. We all come here Never again. We were regular customers, but we have no room for homophobia.

Never get anything. Very bad business with 0.0 service. Because the buttons on the wall were close together, I had pressed a wrong box that contained nothing. No service at all by saying it's your own fault. This was easily solved by giving the snack I was trying to get from the wall. I'll go across the street next time for a quick snack!

They stole my money! Extremely unpleasant experience. First time at febo, didn’t know how the machines worked. I paid for the food and didn’t get anything. Tried to reach for what I ordered and was acussed of stealing when on my phone I could clearly show them the receipt that I literally just paid. Workers were extremely agressive and rude. Left without my money and without food.

There was ridiculous music playing at full volume inside. The employee is disrespectful to his job and disrespectful to the customers. The food is expensive depending on the fried food and the portion size. You must choose your staff correctly.

Quick review, better wait longer at McDonalds After a dubious experience at the FEBO in Nijmegen, where I pressed two buttons on the snack wall on the advice of bystanders, the system turned out to fail. Which was also my expectation… but I tried…. Only 1 burger came out, so my expectations of the machine were not met. What followed was an uncomfortable confrontation with an insecure security guard, as if I were a major criminal, even though I was sober. A buddy of mine was also kicked out by saying “was that necessary?”. Unfortunately, very insecure security All in all, better go to McDonald's for better quality, even if that means waiting a little longer.

Poor price/quality ratio. The portion of fries is very small, not cheap and the taste acceptable.

Last week I was feeling hungry and I thought you hear so much about FEBO, let's give it a try. €4.25 for a grill burger where you get a small pounded burger on a soggy bun with a little burger sauce. I don't know where the vegetables, pickle, etc. were because they weren't there. The burger sauce tasted fine, but that's all, the burger was small and bland, the bun tasteless and soggy. Tip of the day: walk 100m further, there you will find the MC Donald's and the Burger King, which serve 10x better burgers than this bland snack for €1.65!

Febo is the place to visit after a night out. My wife always has to have a cheese souffle. Get a nice fat mouth...😁

I have often pulled a satay croquette out of the wall at 3 am and pushed it straight into my esophagus, only to projectile vomit it in the hallway on the way to the toilet half an hour later. 1 star, more than enough.

Hier een aantal dagen geleden 2 chili chicken en een klein portie frietjes besteld. De c.c werdt door een medewerker keurig op het dienblad gelegd. Maar de frietjes werden verzorgd door de bedrijfsleider die eerst even een hoestbui kreeg en keurig de hand voor de mond hield. Maar daarna werden de frietjes zonder de handen te wassen letterlijk van een meter afstand op het dienblad geflikkerd.

Frikandels were cold when I got them. I also paid a 60 cent surcharge for plastic to then receive everything in cardboard.

You are in the city, went out, to a pub, cinema or something else. Then it is wonderful to have something delicious from the wall at the FeBo (Ferdinand Bolstraat). The atmosphere is ordinary, it doesn't look cozy, but that tasty, fatty bite gives you a boost to get your body back in line.

The cafeteria looked neat and the food was also nice and crispy. Definitely recommended safer.
