People who like this food must have something wrong with their taste buds. What a disgusting mess. Glad they're closed.

Definitely not recommended, not good quality for around €35. Sticky, soft, and not very warm! And the worst part was, what you see on the plate is a piece of plastic or glass!!!! It was in my food, yuck!!🤮🤮🤮 And the food was mostly burnt!! Get rid of that place, never again!!!🤬

The location is good. The food is nothing to write home about. What a shame.

Orders placed through their own website aren't going through. We waited an hour for nothing. No one answered when we called. We drove by, and they made it right there. So, ordering online here is just pointless, unfortunately.

TL;DR: Did not deliver, had to come over in person to get my money back. Ordered two meals well in advance through their own website for 17:00 and received a confirmation via e-mail. At 17:30 nothing had arrived yet, so I decided to call. First 5 calls went straight to voicemail, but eventually the phone rang and they picked up. I was told the website did not work properly and no courier was availabe right now, I could either wait at least another 45 min or come over in person to get my money back. Apparently paying me back by bank transfer was impossible. After waiting about half an hour for the owner to return my phone call while eating left overs from my freezer I decided to go over to get my money back. The lady working there was nice enough, but to me this is a completely ridiculous way of doing business.

Worthless, food that is ordered is not delivered due to lack of staff. Ordered and paid items will not be refunded, and opening hours do not correspond to the website. 3:00 PM becomes 4:00 PM but is actually 5:00 PM. Get rid of that tent.

Terrible, order a special fries and top it off 4 times, you'll come home with anything but that. Added chicken fillet sandwich that was cold. When you call, she says that she has not completed the order, so please put it on your colleague's plate. Sorry ma'am, it was busy, I was the only one in the shop. Definitely not recommended. Definitely not recommended! Order a super fries (fries special with a frikandel), they don't even have a simple frikandel yet. If only I had to replace it with a Mexicano... It was also not possible to pay by card and there was no ATM nearby. It's that there is no other option for fries in the area. 1x but NEVER again!!! fries weren't even tasty and went straight into the trash! Mexicano was also baked too long and was more black than brown.

The shawarma fries do come with garlic sauce, but if you want mayonnaise instead of garlic, you have to pay 50 cents extra. Then they don't respond kindly and say that you don't have to go there specifically. He wanted to give the 50 cents back but said never mind, never come here again. Too bad, quite tasty shawarma, but they could treat the few customers who come there more friendly.

If I compare Diva with other cafeterias around here, it scores Diva the highest points in terms of fries (dishes) and snacks. Here they also serve slightly larger portions and the staff is friendly. At others you can go for shawarma, hair salon, etc. but for example, for a nice large special fries, sandwiches or other snacks, Diva stands head and shoulders above the rest, they are really delicious... yum yum, It's just a shame that they don't deliver to your home (yet) ;))
