Burak is fantastic! To everyone in these reviews who is negative: just go pick it up yourself! That is always better, and you get to go outside too! Super tasty and fresh.

Super tasty food and friendly staff.

Terrible service. Never order from here! Rude employees who don't give a damn and make no effort for their customers. I waited over two hours for my order because the address was a bit difficult, but I drove back and had to pick it up!

The pizza was delicious. My friend had a kapsalon, which was also delicious. Friendly staff, and highly recommended.

Bad service, I received the food cold plus the food is not edible. I paid 12 € for it and I received the wrong order. I ordered pasta penne and I received spaghetti.

It's such a shame that it had to be done this way!! I strongly, strongly advise against this place! Point 1: No service, completely rude, no thought for a solution, and absolutely no customer-first attitude. Point 2: The food was truly awful...you wouldn't want to give that to your worst enemy, it was that bad!!! Point 3: These people are incredibly rude and impolite. They simply leave you hanging as a customer and like to argue with you. I received something different from what I ordered, but they swear on everything they hold dear that it wasn't true. As a regular customer, I regretted spending my money on these people and will never, ever, ever eat or order from them again. I was treated so poorly, which I didn't expect at all, by the owner himself. Service 0, food 0, in other words, everything is a complete zero. You have to get out of here, and the reviews didn't go bad for nothing.

Dry and tough, Shoarma pizza smelled like Chinese pork, and as icing on the cake a hair in the pizza. We all hope not to get sick tonight.

Large chicken doner dish delicious. Delivery guy is a bit on the negative side but food is all the more delicious and that's what matters.

Ordered from Burak tonight. I was disappointed when the order came because there was no sauce with my dish and that made it less tasty. When I started my dish I noticed a strange dry spot on the sandwich, but when I started eating it I smelled a very nasty odor, which turned out to be from this spot. Then I wanted to eat the rest of the meat, but where the sandwich had been, the smell had also permeated. Because I was afraid of food poisoning, I didn't eat the rest of my meal. I first called Burak to report this and asked for compensation, but unfortunately no apologies were offered and I felt like I was not taken seriously, while the food I ordered was simply partly spoiled. This is the last time we order here.

The delivery man was so arrogant almost shouted while standing in front of a nursing home. “I've been waiting here for 10 minutes,” he says, but doesn't think once to call the number that came with the order. You also pay money for the service and not just for the product!

Price for a pizza + hair salon on website 16 euros. When I call to pick it up myself (instead of using the home delivery ordering system, so that they get more money), I get the urgent message "pay in cash!!". Apparently we prefer not to pay taxes. Come and pay at the store, is it suddenly still 18.50?? I had noticed this before, thought I might have made a mistake, but this is standard 'tax' for the customer. Not very neat. And peppers are quite expensive now, but 9 or 10 small pieces on a whole pizza is very little. From now on, go to the competitor opposite. These kinds of jokes cost you customers.

Ordered food for delivery, but it still hasn't arrived after an hour and a half of waiting... Worthless.

Worthless. Delivery takes a long time. Food is cold and also of mediocre quality.

Whatever you order, you will receive a durum donor roll. You pay 50 cents more if you come on a day when there is a festival, special price.

Very bad. I ordered a pizza maghreritta, the cheese was green, it was inedible, I had to throw everything away, you'd better stick to that AH, get a tonna pizza there, it tastes better. I get a chicken burger sandwich, I get chicken corn in a pita bread, which is chicken corn, fried for 1 minute. I tell the boss I ordered a chicken burger, he says it doesn't matter, this is the same, very bad, the gentleman can barely speak Dutch, I recommend going to the AH To go

Called to ask for ice cream and was immediately hung up on....

It would have been better to walk to Albert Heijn, first of all it would have been cheaper and my food would have been ready on time, nice and hot and the worst part of all is that it would have been even tastier! Staff is not friendly and has a very low IQ, it is impossible to talk to...

fries were limp and thinner tasted like they just came out of the freezer... to top it all off, my coke was also dirty and expired... that's really unacceptable!

When I ate the pizza I didn't know if it was the box or the pizza, tough mess. Kapsalon wasn't eating her either. There was no more coke and the delivery man in an Opel combo that fell apart from misery was 1 hour late.

Had a delicious vegan pizza (vegetables and mushrooms).
