Aside from the fries, we find the staff particularly annoying. The girl behind the counter is yelling and incredibly rude. She has absolutely no idea how she comes across. Once, she simply ranted at her colleague, telling him I genuinely felt sorry for him. And another time, she shouted and talked to a very drunk customer. Apparently, they knew each other. But the fact that the other customers were being bothered by the drunk customer didn't matter. She's completely unfriendly, antisocial, and you get nasty looks. "Please, replace her." That will definitely improve the business.

I was getting ice cream and a young man, who I believe is the only one in the store, grabbed the ice cream cone with BARE HANDS—the ones he'd previously touched the cash register and the money with—no gloves, no towel, nothing. Yuck, yuck. Then he stirred the container with sprinkles with his hands and acted like it was the most normal thing in the world? When I picked it up, the young man also had dirty black nails. Seriously, is this called hygiene? And then you're dealing with dairy too. Yuck, yuck, really, I was shocked. Do something about it because this is unacceptable. Charly is not what he used to be...

We had a great experience with Charly. She was super friendly, and they even let us plug in an extension cord we brought with us to charge our mobility scooters. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a delicious cherry sundae and a cappuccino, and it was delicious. We've eaten here several times in the past, and the service deserves a compliment. We don't know if it's the same employee, but Charly is fantastic.

Every time I am disappointed by Charly. But I give it a chance every time because I live close by. For convenience. And yet always a bad experience. Small portions for high amounts. 2 person bag of fries with mayo and small bowl of satay. A significant amount. All weighed portions. And everyone is still hungry afterwards. And at home the fries are lukewarm. And I live quite close. In the past, when I had it delivered, the fries were limp and evaporated every time. In the past it was always very busy, for example on Sundays. But now there are a lot fewer visitors. Normally I wouldn't write such a bad review. Yet every time I am disappointed. At least I've learned now.

To be honest, I've eaten in worse bistro's or snack bars and the food there tasted better than here! The service staff were quick, nice and very accommodating. But here's another meal, no thanks.

Today we got fries for 4 people for the main price, but the quality was far below par. The fries seemed to have been re-fried because they were too dark, there were many hard pieces and I had to throw away almost half of them at home. Re-frying is completely unacceptable because you end up with greasy mess. Even worse than microwave fries heated at home! The ordered mustard with the croquette also turned out to be forgotten.

Disagree with negative reviews here. I am not from Apeldoorn and am not a regular customer. Had fries and ball sandwich here this afternoon. Fries well cooked, minced meat delicious. It was quiet in the shop so no stress. The employee was friendly, brought food to the table and asked how it tasted. So neat service. 5 deserved stars!
