Food is fine, but the wait time is insanely long

Ordered via the website for home delivery, it was on time, warm and delicious, thank you very much

I'm giving it 0 stars! What a terrible experience. They forgot half our order and had to ask for it at least three times. When we left, we wanted to get some ice cream, but we waited 15 minutes and still no employee showed up. We ended up leaving.

Delicious food, very high quality. The atmosphere and service were excellent. If you're in the area, highly recommended. There's a huge selection, and we had a wonderful meal.

We had heard from a colleague that the food here is delicious. Of course we wanted to experience that ourselves. We could order at the counter, which is very nice and indicated that we wanted to eat it there. After the order was ready we got a signal. But everything was packed, wrapped and with a cardboard bag. So we unpacked everything outside and ate it. There were two tables outside and the weather was lovely and then we prefer to sit outside. The food itself was delicious! Good chicken (fillet) satay and a good hare satay. The fries were very tasty and well provided with sauce. Inside it was very clean, also behind the counter, and tables and floors were spick and span. The menu is very varied. So much choice, it really is a lot. It was also very busy with orders and passers-by. We had the idea that there were a lot of regular customers. A nice experience at this cafeteria and definitely worth repeating. Price-quality is excellent. The entire team seems to be well-coordinated. Thank you colleague, for this great tip!

We would pick it up at a quarter to six. We had to wait at least 20 minutes longer while the rest of the order was served. In the meantime, taking more orders. Last time here.

Mediocre Dutch chip shop run by a Chinese family. Order was neatly served at the table. Food was mediocre. Fries not particularly well cooked (regular frozen fries), with bland Chinese peanut sauce. Frikandel special was fine. Uncomfortable sitting at Formica tables and interior from the 80s. Staff behind the counter had no regard for the customer. Not recommended.

Today we ate in the cafeteria. Despite the crowds, the food was well prepared and more than sufficient. I will definitely eat in the cafeteria again. Normally we go for takeout. That is also recommended.

Placed an order today at 5:34 PM in honor of my wife's birthday and opted for delivery. Chosen time; as soon as possible and the estimated time by you was 6:35 PM. At 6:55 PM I had not received anything so I called to inquire where it was. At 7:25 PM it was finally delivered, and I wasn't happy about it until we started eating. Everything was cold! Cold fries and Mexicano and luckily a warm satay croquette. So I couldn't eat, I threw everything in the trash and was forced to eat elsewhere, which meant double the costs. Top! Almost 2 hours of waiting and still cold. And that as a treat for a birthday gives a nasty aftertaste. I can understand a lot but this beats everything.

I just went to get a coarse frikadel sandwich, it costs 2.40 euros, if you add mustard, they charge 40 euro cents for that. I've been coming here for years but now I feel terribly ripped off. I will go to someone else from now on and I'm done with it now, especially when I asked the staff how that was possible. Did I not receive a clear explanation?
