Got dinner around 6 p.m. on September 6th. The fries were soft and soggy, combined with old fries that were soft and even over-brown. So, old fries were mixed with new ones. I re-fried the fries at home to make them crispier. The fries were hollow inside, so they were all very poor quality! We were missing sauce, and one of the two milkshakes didn't taste as good as we paid for. The fries had spicy chicken; the small amount of chicken for that price is outrageous! Last time for us! We were very disappointed after a hard day of work.

5 people working, I stood there for 7 minutes, something happened, one of the employees asked me what I wanted to order or if there was someone with me, not a word said to each other, so I couldn't eat anything, break too bad, I was hungry for fries.

I recently got fries with peanut sauce here. You would think that a snack bar would be able to serve normal or good fries. Unfortunately, I had soft and soggy fries. I wonder what you can do as a snack bar if you can't even serve normal fries. In addition, the peanut sauce was transparent and had no taste.

The blonde lady who stood behind the counter here on Friday December 6 in the afternoon could use a lesson in customer friendliness. Rarely have I encountered such an unfriendly person in a business. While you are neat and tidy yourself, this lady can treat you as if you have just done something very bad. Totally unsuitable to deal with customers. This should be addressed because this story cannot be unknown to the owner if I read the other reviews.

Had a delicious meal at the Haven snack bar. They sell the world-famous Koren croquette in Alphen there. Nice place with friendly staff.

Crew consists of some children who don't understand anything. This had not happened with GertJan and Jaqueline. In response I was told that the business was no longer theirs. So I don't go there anymore.

Had a snack yesterday and then had 3 small milkshakes. The price cards were on the tables but the prices were incorrect. They charge for a large milkshake (50 euro cents more per shake). When I said something about it, I was told with an arrogant look that the prices had been increased. No apologies that the prices still had to be adjusted. So it always remains a surprise what you have to pay here. We won't come here anymore.

When you enter, you are not greeted, the staff clearly does not feel like it at all, the strange thing is that the customer after me, who was clearly a regular customer, (calling them by first name is treated kindly.) Ordered Pikanto, it was rather half frozen in the deep fryer done, then removed too early, so cold in the core, not tasty, reported this, after which the young man in question SERIOUSLY, shrugged his shoulders, did nothing with the complaint, OH YES? , I hear the gentleman say, and then turn around and continue doing nothing, with the business abandoned, again no response. THERE IS NO GREETING WHEN YOU ENTER OR LEAVE... If you don't feel like doing your job, come not at all, or at least don't work somewhere where you come into contact with people... I go to many places through my work, but this: SERIOUSLY: HOW??! As an employer I would not want to employ such people, not a calling card for your company

Went there for the first time yesterday, had a great meal, the fries were perfectly cooked and lots of them. The snack bar looked great and the staff were friendly. If I'm in the area again I will definitely eat there again.

Just got two large flip fries but when we got home there was no peanut sauce, only mayonnaise?? This was the last time we get food here. The staff was friendly hence the 3 stars.

I have been coming to the harbor for a few years for a tasty fries or a croquette sandwich. Now that I'm pregnant I come there every week 🙊 They already see me coming and have already thrown the croquettes in the fat. They are great, always friendly and it is super clean.

Delicious tomato soup from our own kitchen... Hamburger was the best my husband has tasted in a long time. The satay was also delicious with baguette... And very friendly staff :)

Terribly grumpy staff by telephone and then with pick up, not at all customer friendly or anything, so not recommended!! Response: yes, we have been to Alphen Ad Rijn and the person who helped us was simply not customer friendly.
