Hi , regardless of the work shift, the employees behave in an exemplary manner. The food is very good if you prefer to eat at the location or home delivery. The prices are modest, as is the place of activity, I recommend this place.

I often come here with my friends. Always delicious food, great fresh fries, tasty veggie snacks. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it's often the same people, which is nice. There is an option to dine inside, but you can't sit at a table. There are some benches outside where you can eat.

After standing in line for an hour, the reward was rich... the free fries tasted like they came from a 5-star restaurant. Thanks Bram!

Literally got a whole bag full of little bits/leftovers. There really weren't any normal fries with it. Most were even too hard to pierce with a fork. First you hope that things will get better under the first layer. Unfortunately half ended up in the waste bin. It was too busy on King's Day to stand in line again and file a complaint. But you must have seen something like this when filling the bag. Went again a few years later. Ordered a small fries (more than 3 euros), but unfortunately there were only about 10 pieces in it. Another disappointment.

Made a mistake with the order then blamed me and did nothing. I get a call back 3 days later to be ridiculed even more by the so-called owner while he is laughing and giggling on the phone. Very bad service! Really no catering atmosphere, never again!

Despite my attempts to clarify, the situation escalated when the employee, rather than listening or seeking to understand, slapped the table in a display of frustration. This reaction was both shocking and disappointing, especially considering the simple nature of the misunderstanding. Moreover, neither she nor her colleague offered an apology or attempted to rectify the situation respectfully. I believe in constructive feedback and hope this incident will be addressed, not just for me, but to improve the experience for future customers. Good customer service is as crucial as the quality of the food, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure all staff members represent the establishment with patience and professionalism.

The best fries come from Bram Ladage from Alphen ad Rijn. It can't be fresher than fresh. You can just taste that the fresh fries are fried in clean frying fat.

If we feel like having a snack, we go to Bram Ladage. Friendly and fast service and the food is tasty! Tip: the veg burger and the bitterballen are great!

First of all, we had a delicious meal. Really top quality! We later found out that one of the milkshakes we ordered was missing. It was delivered in no time (5-10 minutes), including bitterballen as a make-up. Now that's service!

Door corona zaten we verderop op een bankje aan het water. We kregen alles mee in een tasje en het was heerlijk. Goede kwaliteit, goede prijs en vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader!

Today at the annual market I noticed a feeling of hunger, so I wanted to satisfy it with a delicious double fries for which I paid 3.95. The fries looked tasty, but nothing could be further from the truth. The fries tasted rotten and when the potatoes were pressed into fries, the raw fries and drippings fell into the plexiglass container and were shown to me, it became clear to me that they were indeed old mealy potatoes. It's a shame because before I just ate a nice fries, but this time I think the trash bin enjoyed it more. I have never thrown away fries in my life, so this is a first for Bram. Shame.....

Ik woon al enige jaren in een land dat bekend is om de kwaliteit van de keuken. Brams patat kan er niet niet krijgen. Reden om zo nu en dan Bram in Alphen te bezoeken. Wat is dat lekker!

Recently opened Bram's Gourmet Frites Alphen aan den Rijn. The house is a bit small, with no seating except for a few bar stools. Of course we had to try. Fries are made from freshly made chips, not from the freezer or from the factory. But yeah, I'm not that crazy about unpeeled potatoes. The stew from the free sample dish was very tasty. Enthusiastic and friendly service.

Well, well, this is the chip shop that seems to be so good. Yes, the fries are pressed in front of your eyes. That's certainly nice/nice to see. Unfortunately, this does not alter the fact that the fries were simply not perfect. You know, crispy on the outside and just soft enough on the inside. These fries were soft on the outside and inside. That did not go well. Nothing wrong with the fries themselves, just the staff being short on salt. (you can add more after the hand.) Final verdict: Tasty, but not worth my money.
