You can eat well here for a reasonable price. Lots of choice and the food is always well prepared. Highly recommended!

We have been coming to Cafeteria Family for years! The food was always of good quality! But since the restaurant got a new owner, in my opinion, it has gone downhill badly! You get much less value for your money! Very unfortunate!

Since I am wheelchair-dependent and make frequent use of the terrace, the normal entrance is difficult, except when the automatic doors are clear during bad weather, so not. The terrace is no longer inviting. Long waiting times, and a substantial price increase. A shame, the beginning of ..........

We waited for our order for more than an hour.

The extra nasi dish came with rice that was hard and dry when I got home. It looked like it had been scraped from the bottom of the pan. I went back and received a new dish, but this one came with the same rice as well. So they didn't check it, just served it again. It was a good thing I took a look and tasted it. So I refused to take this home. I just asked for the same dish again, but with bami. That one was good. But all in all, this cost me a lot of time and frustration. I advised them to just throw the rice in the bin; it was that bad.

Had a delicious warm ham sandwich with dill. Highly recommended.

More choice on the menu than expected. Lots of variety, very nice. Tasty burgers with fries, salad dressing not to our taste. Pokebowl was good, just a bit short on rice. We also really liked the noodles. Milkshake was also just right, not too thick. Good overall, certainly for the price. Nice place with friendly staff.

Nice and clean cafeteria. Comfortable seating and delicious food. The specialty dishes are especially recommended, as are the excellent fries and snacks. We'd happily drive a bit further for it.

Good quality chip shop. It's just a shame that Family replaced the chocolate milkshake with pistachio. As far as I'm concerned, that should be back in their selection soon!

Fantastic experience! We stopped by on our way back from Center Parcs with our three children. You have to exit the motorway (a 5-minute detour) but it's well worth it! Note that it closes at 8 pm 😉

The food is ok nothing special, nice restaurant but just like the Netherlands. A customer walks in front of me and proceeds to ring the bell, which I didn't see, and acts as if I wasn't waiting. I said something to the lady and the server stepped in speaking Dutch and I was made to feel if I was the bad guy. I won't be back.

So food first , burger with egg and bacon so good , meat was good , brioch good I mean all was perfectly balanced. Fries good Side salat good I didn't take pics it was takeaway but I will be back soon for good food

Great, good food, outside, in the middle of the center. Super nice staff, super food very varied: I had a poke bowl, husband fries kebab. Nice atmosphere, nice chat.

Put a wrong address by mistake on the app and staff got out of their way to make sure I could get it delivered anyway. Very good food and kind people working there. 10/10 recommended

A chip shop with good parking, somewhat chaotic and with a somewhat (emotionally) impersonal touch. What we did notice is that you are immediately offered a menu for the 'restaurant' part, while we just came by for fries. Only when we explicitly asked for the 'simpler' menu (e.g. fries, croquette, etc.) were we offered a different menu. I personally thought the prices were on the high side. It is and remains just a chip shop and not a 2 star restaurant. ;-) Everything else was okay.

Wat een mooie zaak, en wat een keuze! Je kunt hier heerlijke frites met een luxe burger bestellen, maar ook frites specials, luxe broodjes, zalig softijs en verse koffie. Mooi terras ook om van het zonnetje te genieten bij mooi weer.

First and last time at Family Maarheeze! Everyone got food poisoning from the fries and chicken dishes! Vomiting 24/7 and having to go to the toilet in dire need. NEVER AGAIN! 😤

The umpteenth time I order food and part of it is not delivered, nice fries without sauce. It's nice that they still bring it so that your fries are a bit colder than your satay sauce. This is the 3rd time now.

Despite the late hour, barely 5 minutes before closing time, I was still able to make my choice quietly. When I wanted to eat it on the terrace after closing, real cutlery was quickly brought to me. With the statement: “Just eat at your leisure and when you're done, just throw the cutlery in the letterbox”… Thank you for the good and fast service...👍🏻

A really top store, nice ambiance and many home-made dishes, including soup for the enthusiast. In addition to ice cream, they also have the tastiest soft ice cream in the region. Large terrace, where you can also sit comfortably.

Even though it was extremely busy, the service was very friendly and quick. The food was delicious, super tasty stew and pulled pork, also a perfect portion, not too much, not too little and for a decent price! Highly recommended, other places around here can't match it!

Arrived unannounced with a bachelor party (13 people, very hungry). We received a friendly welcome and were able to get a nice spot in the sun on the terrace. It was quiet for a Saturday afternoon. The service was very friendly, the order arrived on time (especially considering the size) and all at the same time. Large portions, definitely worth the money and also very tasty. So great!

If you choose a pick-up time when ordering online, they will be able to have the order ready within 5 minutes. So very good :-)

Had a delicious gluten-free croquette, something you could long for. I heard from my daughter-in-law, who recently moved to Maarheeze, that you have gluten-free croquettes and frikadellen, which would be even more great if you could also include gluten-free noodles in the range.

Delicious food, nice and friendly employees. Especially in the summer you can enjoy the terrace. Also a nice children's menu/assortment for my boys. However, the waiting time is a downside. Orders are prepared first and then it is the next person's turn. As a result, you will have to wait a long time before it is your turn. In summary, you will be inside for quite a long time. I think you can easily take more at once and throw it in the fat. Anyway, that's just a tip.

It was the only thing open we found on Monday for lunch and it was really a nice surprise. The food is delicious and the portions are big. And the staff is so friendly. We even got free ice cream for the kids. I can only recommend!

I don't know where to start. The experience of having the wok chicken with rice; can be described as a rollercoaster on an extremely hot day half-passing water on its route, splashing cold water to your face, making you feel great while starving for both more coaster ride and water splash. Then there is Amsterdam bitterballen, the crispy top layer is how you feel the asphalt on the motorbike while leaning for a turn, while inside the bitter-infused cheese is like the angry high-rev crossplane shaft sound of an R1. Chocolate chip cookies served here are one-of-a-kind, each bite feels like accelerating 0-100 in a Tesla car under 4 seconds. The enjoyment that repeats with every bite. Atmosphere is what you exactly expect from this kind of restaurant. When eyes are shut, non-disturbing hiss of cooking dishes without any smell makes you hungry even after a full fledge table. The beautiful staff smiling at you, saluting at you, having a chit-chat if you are up to it. Like the restaurant's name, feels like an overseas family whom members you miss to see again. This place ticks all the boxes for me. A definite recommendation.

The two of us sat on the terrace here today. We ordered 1 ice tea, 1 Zero coke, 2 salads, 1 frikandel, 1 bami slice and two meatballs from the gravy. It was fine, but when you have to pay € 26.00 it is a bit of a shock. On a nice terrace, but actually an ordinary snack bar. How expensive it has become! Still unthinkable a few years ago.

For 4 fries and 5 snacks 36.00 euros. Bit expensive.

We had a delicious lunch here again last Friday afternoon. This was our third time at Family Maarheeze, during our weekend away. The flatbreads are highly recommended. And the staff is always super friendly! Our daughter just got a delicious ice cream and a present (puzzle). Super sweet.

The frikandel special was immediately ready after telephone contact, but the lady behind the counter did not know how much it cost. Finally she was able to figure it out through the cash register and it was 2.80. Quite pricey, but tasty.

Had a lovely meal here last Sunday with the children and grandchildren. Were at a campsite nearby. If we lived nearby, we would definitely go more often. Nice varied menu. Served on beautiful tableware, it also looks very tasty. Very friendly staff.

A kind of 'snack heaven on earth', discovered by chance after a walk through Maarheeze. Brabant ladies run the show here, in an excellent way. The mother plays Papa Smurf, directs the orders and the little Smurfs. The latter prepare excellent quality products at an acceptable price. Always a family in Mares.

In het begin vriendelijk totdat je zegt dat de friet te koud was, daarbij wilde we fijn met kinderen op het terras zitten waar volop gerookt wordt onder de parasols. De vriendelijkheid verdween snel, en dan willen ze je ze snel weg hebben en vragen of je wilt betalen. Niets bijzonders ook al ziet het er netjes uit. Daarbij duurt het erg lang voordat je het hebt, er staat meer personeel achter de balie als klanten ervoor. Dus personeel genoeg. Leuk voor af te halen...denk ik.

Nicely renovated, it's a pity that they have no other payment options for delivery than Ideal. I have a foreign account and the balance in my Dutch bank is not always fast enough. But it is a great eatery with a lot of choice.
