For a frikandel with motor oil, this is the place to be

The so-called raspberry cheesecake ice cream was a complete scam. I paid a fortune for nothing more than a soft serve with a few cheap, sugary sprinkles and a standard topping. This had nothing to do with raspberry or cheesecake. For me, it was a huge disappointment and a scam. I won't be going back.

Really not recommended, she shouts at everyone and the toilet is supposedly broken while they can use it themselves, fries are not to be washed and that gentleman is aggressive

What a horrible experience. A 3 year old child is not allowed to use the toilet because it was supposedly broken. When the children move the chairs on the terrace, they react irritated. Too bad the food was fine, but a bit on the pricey side.

My 2 year old son has just been potty trained for 2 days, I ask very politely if he can pee. Can't because the toilet is broken. I ask where they pee, the staff tells me that they don't pee because they only work 2 hours. You have a business aka restaurant with more than 40 seats, then you MUST be able to offer customers a toilet according to the law and regulations! After a big discussion I went to pee with him and the toilet JUST WORKED! They lie to your face, owner Wendy is INCREDIBLY unfriendly, shouts at the children that they are not allowed to sit at the ice cream tub and only speaks half Dutch. SERVICE AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLINESS ARE NOT WORTH STARS!!!

Terrible experience. Went there for fries and asked if we could eat the family bag on the terrace with the children. It was allowed with some reluctance. My wife asked to use the toilet or at least the water tap. Owner said it doesn't work. Asked if we could try it, with a grumpy head we were allowed. There was nothing wrong with the tap, by the way. No service at all and they pretty much looked out of our way. My wife helped straighten the chairs when we left. And received a poisonous look as a thank you. Later I understood from others that the lady is known as a racist. We will never come here again.

We thought we would get a nice milkshake, but that was very disappointing. Super thin, little to no ice, it was milk with lots of syrup. I spoke to the owner about this, she indicated that this was the way it should be, very unfriendly. We will never come here again!

Actually it doesn't deserve a star. Eating soft ice cream with 2 children, but the soft ice cream had already melted before we sat on the terrace. The owner is very rude and also expresses her irritation about you as a customer to you. I grabbed napkins for the mess, but she said I grabbed too many. Whether I even knew how expensive that was. Even if you eat something here, you are not allowed to use the toilet, nor is a child who has just been toilet trained allowed to use the toilet here, probably because it irritates her too much. The toilet is not in use outside the door, but this has been the case for a number of years. So she fools her customers, and you also have to wait a very long time before anyone comes, because she is watching videos really hard. Never again for us.

Bad snack bar! Bought fries yesterday, family bag for 3 people cost €7.25 and a bowl of joppie sauce cost €1.40, yet I had to pay a total of €10.75. So a bit too much... Wendy (the owner) dropped the container of sauce on the floor, the lid broke and some sauce on the floor. The lady sells me the same container of sauce, but with less content and not clean or hygienic Also often made it on a Sunday. When you order chocolate, sometimes you get the right taste and other times you get the wrong taste. You can indicate the errors in this case, but then it seems as if the lady's Dutch is less good, or she says no, that is not the case. Several times you have to wait a very long time before you are helped because the lady is watching Netflix or other series.

I grabbed a stack of napkins, but apparently that's not allowed. 1 napkin because we only had one soft serve ice cream. Sort it out with your napkins, rude, arrogant person, customer friendliness is hard to find.

My son worked here for 2 months and on the last day of his extended probationary period, which I don't think is allowed, even according to the collective labor agreement he did not have to come back. Since my son is 14, I returned his shirts and sought redress. Why he didn't have to come back. I received the answer: I don't think your son is well. I'm sorry, yes, she says your son is making crazy movements so I responded that that may be true because my son has Ticks which is bad enough for him, then she said there is no pill for it. Well I was really perplexed. This is pure discrimination about someone. Then she said yes, he didn't do this right and he didn't do that... they will never see me here again, so not one euro will go from us here!!! And last time we got takeout, we had a dirty black hair in the food. So straight into the rubbish bin.

In my opinion, the pedal boat should have been better because the frikandels belong on top. I also ordered a soft ice cream but it was small and not worth the money. If the owner was friendlier it would be 5 stars because the food is simply very tasty.

Very poorly treated by the owner of this business. I asked for a paper bag for the family bag of fries that I bought there for 12 euros! The Chinese woman's reaction was really intolerable! The young girls who work there are very friendly! They were ashamed of their boss's behavior! What a bad thing! I'll never come here again! Bah bah!

I wish I had read some reviews first. Owner is quite curt, even to her own staff. Ordered a Kwekkeboom croquette and the young man behind the counter asked which one he should order. That's just a beef croquette, you know that, she snaps! Very strange behavior. But then I also wanted a Van Dobben croquette and the young man asked to be sure which one he should order next. Another snarl and it was another beef croquette. I pointed this out to her and indicated that a Kwekkeboom and a Van Dobben croquette are certainly not the same. According to her, this is not true and is simply the same. After all, she only sells the best croquettes, namely the Elite Croquet! So not a Kwekkeboom or van Dobben. She also wanted to explain in detail that there really is no difference in the croquettes. Indicated that I am not here for a discussion about croquettes and just want to order something. If you don't have something, that's fine, just let us know. After finally taking the order home, it was very disappointing. The frikandel special ordered was very tough... it was also wrapped in foil (useful to prevent sauce from leaking). Loose frikandel without any sauce also very tough. Fries are ok, but almost no salt on them. In any case, don't come back here again. I should have followed my first thought after the croquettes of irritation, I actually thought I would immediately leave and go somewhere else (FrieteRia), but I still gave it a chance. Unfortunately it was the wrong choice. Advice to the owner is to be friendly, especially to new customers. Don't argue. And above all, be nice to your staff!

The owner is the most bizarre, stereotypical person I have ever experienced behind a snack bar in the 15 years that I have been here in the Netherlands (maybe South Holland is very different or something). The arrogance of the way she talks to you is inhuman, it seems as if her company is in the top 500. I've never even experienced this in China. I speak Chinese so could understand too much of her than what I could handle. In short, don't let them give you life advice, walk away immediately if you don't want permanent ear disease.

Got a giant cone of soft ice cream. Not much soft serve and the cone tasted like it had been rotting for 100 years. Not tasty and thrown away. In addition, it could use a good cleaning (such as PIN machine). There wasn't much coming before, but not at all anymore.

Mijn Milkshake was goed dus 5 sterren. Maar ik kan wel zien wat mensen bedoelen. Er was gewoon super veel werk te doen en mevrouw kijkt heel luid naar dramaseries. Ik zag ook ruzie met een klant. Je kunt er echt wel iets moois van maken. Goede locatie etc

Ruime portie friet en goed gebakken

Prima snackbar voor de vrijdagmiddag hap! Vooral de br hamburger vind ik er zeer goed.

Nette zaak. Prima keuzemenu. Vlotte bediening en erg vriendelijk personeel. Tevens een hele schone zaak. 5***** meer als verdient.

Vandaag samen met mijn kleinkinderen hier een ijsje gekocht. De oubliehoorn met softijs die ik krijg was aan de kleine kant, gezien de prijs van € 2,00. Een soortgelijk ijsje kost bij de Hema één euro. Het ijs was niet eens goed koud. Prijs en kwaliteit zijn hier niet met elkaar in verhouding. Daarnaast waren de medewerkers niet vriendelijk. Deze tent vind ik geen aanrader. Ik ga de volgende keer wel naar de Hema.

Prima snackbar aardige eigenaar die graag een praatje met je maakt als het niet te druk is. Binnen zijn er bijna altijd wel voldoende zitplaatsen beschikbaar. Er is ook een eenvoudig terras buiten.

Prima patat zaak. Gewoon goed. Lekkere ras patat.

Wendy is ontzettend lief, doet altijd haar best en maakt altijd een praatje met ons. Patat en snacks altijd goed en vooral snel klaar! Voor ons onze vaste snackbar en we komen er graag eten halen :)

Altijd vriendelijk en snel behandeld door het personeel. Mogelijkheden en porties patat zijn er lekker veel, en wordt snel klaargemaakt om (helaas) mee te nemen vanwege de maatregelen. Ruimere openingstijden dan de andere snackbar in Dronten-West, en daar komen betere/lagere prijzen nog bovenop! Snel hopen dat opeten in het restaurant weer mogelijk is, de versheid kan dan niet worden overtroffen.

Tevreden over de porties en ruim voldoende saus bij de patat. Bediening was vriendelijk. Ze kwam het eten buiten brengen.

Praktisch elk moment van de dag open en het eten is altijd lekker. Integenstelling tot de andere reviews vind ik mevrouw altijd erg vriendelijk en attent.

Op zich kwalitatief goed, maar helaas vandaag wederom bij thuiskomst erachter gekomen dat onze bestelling incompleet was. De kipnuggets zaten niet in het tasje 😔 Jammer...

Het is er lekker, schoon, mooi en goede service

Je krijgt veel voor een schappelijke prijs. Verder is er kwalitatief niet veel aan te merken aan de patat. Het is niet uitzonderlijk goed maar gewoon prima. Het enige waar ik me aan stoorde was het feit dat ik telefonisch een bestelling plaats en dat mij word verteld dat ze het gaan maken. Alleen eenmaal ter plaatsen dat ze het nog in de frituur moeten doen. Verder prima zaak!

Patat en snacks zijn er prima maar eigenaresse is niet erg respectvol naar haar medewerkers.

Royale porties! En de lekkerste raspatat die ik ooit heb gehad.
