Kwalitaria Dronten in Wijk 03 Dronten Midden

I placed a small order at 5:00 PM, and as of 6:20 PM, I still haven't received anything. I tried calling three times, but twice they didn't answer, and once they rejected my call. What terrible service! I won't be ordering from them again and I'm also filing a complaint through Thuisbezorgd.

Delicious food, something new every month, and thick fries. Great location, with seating upstairs and outside in the summer. It's a shame the guy is constantly on the phone. We had to wait about five minutes for him to hang up so we could order, and then he started talking loudly on the phone. Oh well, the food is fresh, delicious, and hot.

Do you like frikandellen and think, "Let's buy an autumn frikandel?" Don't, it's very salty and shouldn't taste that way. Fries, on the other hand, are delicious.

If you order loaded fries, you get fries with a tiny squirt of sauce and some dried chicken on top. Burgers are best made at home. A waste of money.

A disappointment, the food wasn't exactly "bad," but certainly not good either. The fries were soggy, the frikandel was tough, and the hamburger was decent. The delivery was terrible; a 1.5-hour wait is really too long. After an hour, we called and said it would be there within 15 minutes, but it turned out to be 30.

I had a delicious sandwich. My wife got the wrong order. The coffee apparently came directly from Brazil, because it took quite a while. Probably because the staff were mostly busy with each other.

I would have appreciated a greeting upon arrival and departure. Although we did greet them, they didn't reciprocate. It's a shame, because the first (and in this case, the last) impression lingers. It's also not pleasant that we had to wait until the staff had finished chatting with their girlfriends (?)... There are other chip shops, so I'll have to look for one that actually values ​​its customers.

Really delicious fries! Unfortunately, we didn't see the seasonal specials until after we'd already ordered. If we really want delicious fries (set menu), we go to Kwalitaria!

Fifteen minutes after the expected time, the food still hadn't arrived. We called, they were about to leave. Forty-five minutes later, it was delivered. In the end, we had to wait almost two hours. Enjoy!

Wow, I've never seen such a skewed price-quality ratio. At a company that calls itself "Kwalitaria" and where you pay €4 for a frikadel speciaal or almost €10 for a hamburger, you expect something from your order. Nothing could be further from the truth. After waiting an hour and forty-five minutes for our food, we received food that had simply been thrown into the bag. The frikadel speciaal was lying on its side in the bag, and everything was covered in it. Well, that can happen sometimes, but then you get fries that are completely dried out and must have been reheated several times. And that burger for €10? The bun was rock hard, the meat completely dried out, and the whole thing was cold. Ultimately, we lost out for €36 (for two people!). I hope things improve at the restaurant, because this is just plain awful.

The chicken spring roll was soggy inside and contained a tiny piece of chicken. The crust on the two croquettes was very hard. Either they'd been in the fat for too long or had been fried a second time.

Ordered again. They said delivery would be at 7:15 PM. It's now 8:15 PM and still nothing. I called at 7:50 PM. They said they'd arrive any minute. They didn't. They simply can't handle the rush. Better management and accurate delivery times would help, Kwalitaria. Now let's hope the order is complete, because that too often leaves much to be desired.

Half an hour after ordering at the cash register, they still hadn't started preparing our food. Order couldn't be undone. After three quarters of an hour without food for which we paid €20, we ran to the theater to be on time for the show. No apologies, only it was repeated twice that they were very busy. After the show, the snack bar was closed. Bad service.

Just ordered food here. Thuisbezorgd said delivery time would be 25-50 minutes. Ordered food at 17:24 and it finally arrived at 18:40. The burger was burnt and lukewarm. Called and would get a new one asap. Waited another 25 minutes for this. I looked at the new burger and thought it looked small. Put it on the scale and yes, 113 grams while I had paid for 180 grams.... Very unfortunate.

Just ordered food, I always order from Kwalitatia am now very disappointed with the food especially the fries are greasy and still raw. Very unfortunate! The food is good 8/10 times so don't know what goes wrong.

Extremely long delivery times for minimum order

It took a while before we got the ordered food on the table, but it tasted great.

First time placing a larger order. Just arrived when the door was opened. “Come in, cup of coffee?” Later picked up the order exactly at the agreed time. The guests were enthusiastic about the quality! Beef croquettes and cheese soufflés. Delicious😋 I am already looking forward to the next order 😉

Very long waiting time. I had to wait 35 minutes for fries and a burger. Eventually the order was changed to takeaway because I didn't have time to eat anymore. Atmosphere is also not nice because irritation among other customers was also clearly visible.

Ridiculously long waiting times, the waiting times cannot be seen via self-ordering at the table. When asked, 6 portions of fries take 45 minutes to cook. Apparently the fries are so fresh that they are harvested per order by a traditional farmer and brought to the quality store by horse and cart.

Waiting 30 minutes for 3 bowls of fries and some croquettes and milk shakes is a long time in my opinion. The price of over €30 is also outrageous actually.

Have food delivered to your home. It says on the site that you should get chicken special mushrooms with the autumn. If I call them, they say; We are not going to do anything about that because it is not stated in our prescription. After which I then said; That's how it says on the site. Final position; To change that, I have to contact qualitaria myself about the error on the site. I also said, it's about the principle; Now it's "only" about mushrooms. For the same money, their recipe does not mention chicken, for example. and then I certainly also have a wooden jaw. Always a good meal. But if I hear the manager talking so rudely in the background, we will never come here again.

Today I had to wait 50 minutes for my food, customers who came in after me left the shop earlier. I had fries and spring burger. And my order was also placed incorrectly. I only found this out at home. Instead of a 7 euro spring burger, I had a cheese souffle sandwich without sauce. Gawd

Me and my boyfriend got an ice cream here yesterday. A lemon ice cream to be precise. When we were eating there were all kinds of hairs in it. We threw away the ice creams that were not fresh. I also saw when I was there a year ago that there was a lot of mold and such in the back of the personal room. I don't recommend you eat here. It is a lot more expensive than, for example, the island which is a 1-minute walk from here and that is good for hygiene.

If you come in at 7:45 PM you have to wait 10 minutes before you are helped, you order 2 hamburgs, they cannot make them because the baking tray is already out because they close at 8:00 PM. Really super customer friendly, that's not how you treat your customers.

Kwalitaria is slightly more luxurious than a snack bar. Food was good.

Never go to the Kwalitaria branch in Dronten. Ordered large fries with mayo. Fries were small and burnt that I could barely taste the fries. Then they charge 2.25 euros for 1 mayonnaise. Even more expensive than a bottle of mayo in any case. Never begrudge these scammers!

Eten besteld bij Kwalitaria Dronten. Nadat ze een kwartier te laat waren blijken de porties patat ook zeer klein te zijn. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar bij deze snackbar.

Duur voor wat je krijgt, kleine gehaktbal

Heerlijk gegeten, zeer goede kwaliteit friet voor een zeer schappelijke prijs.

Die Bedienung und das Essen waren sehr gut. Und dieser Imbiss macht schon um 14:00 Uhr auf statt wie die anderen erst um 16:00 Uhr.

Fijn binnen gezeten. Veel ruimte en genoeg tafeltjes. We zaten aan een tafel met een mooie boom er in. Vonden de kinderen wel erg leuk om te zien. Eten is prima. Goed gebakken patatjes. Mooi belegd. En de speeltjes bij de kindermenu's vielen ook in de smaak.

Heerlijk eten in een sfeervolle ambiance

Personeel loopt met oordopjes in door de cafetaria. Ijs is goed. Sommige personeelsleden zouden wel iets vriendelijker mogen zijn. Cafetaria is schoon frituur ruikt schoon. Personeel helpt elkaar goed.

Eten besteld via de Qr-code op de tafel. Na een half uur gaan vragen of de bestelling nog komt. We hebben het druk.. werd gemeld.. Het personeel heeft geen idee wat ze serveren en lopen met eten over het terras zoekende naar de juiste klant. Na drie kwartier kwam het eten zonder excuus en de jongen wist niet wat er op het bord lag. Treurig.

Helaas deze keer niet voor mij, vroeg om doorgebakken loempia, hetgeen ik kreeg was een slap soppige loempia, mischien volgende keer beter 🥺

De bestelling klopte in het geheel niet. Het was een zeer rommelig verloop. Eten werd een aantal keren naar binnen gebracht en daarna gegeven. Helaas was het erg koud. De rekening klopte ook niet. Ze vroegen zelfs om bijbetaling omdat zij fouten maakten. Buitengewoon onprofessioneel. Veel personeel, weinig klanten. Zo moeilijk is het toch niet? Het verliep echt niet goed! Eten was wel lekker. Uiteindelijk kregen wij wel wat wij bestelden. Maar dat duurde wel een tijd.

Uitstekend Cafetaria in het centrum van Dronten met een kwalitatief hoogstaand aanbod en een zeer uitgebreid en exclusief menu en erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie lichte inrichting met ruim voldoende zitplaatsen. Bevind U zich in Dronten en heeft u lekkere trek of geen zin om te koken dan bent u hier aan het juiste adres...

Voor een kwaletaria teleurstellend. Lang moeten wachten totdat t eten er was . De sate saus vond ik niet lekker, de patat te lang gebakken, de loempia was gevuld met wel 2 stukjes taaie kip en helaas heel veel stukjes ham erin. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Na een event in het naastgelegen Meerpaal dachten we hier even te kunnen eten. Even een snackbar in. Na 75 minuten tussen kassabon en eten op tafel mag ik zeggen dat we lang gewacht hebben. Heel lang. Dieet wensen gaan ze soepel mee om, denken mee en maken via het kassa systeem een aantekening die ook op de bon voor de keuken komt te staat. Al het aanwezige personeel lijkt Nederlands geboren en getogen. Daar ligt het niet aan. Met de dieet wensen is geen rekening gehouden. In mijn geval het weglaten van een saus. Nee, zit er gewoon op. Jammer toch?!? Kom ik daar nog eens? Ok, laat ik mij verleiden? Zou een pittige korting moeten zijn. De petflessen hebben statiegeld. Staat netjes op de bon, maar ze ruimen het graag af. Is ons niet gebeurd, want we niet weer zolang wachten op 45 cent. Een aantal klanten om ons drieën heen klaagde over koud eten. Bleek dat iets wat klaar was, niet uitgeserveerd werd, want waar was de klant gebleven. Werd geroepen, maar dat hoor je boven niet. Mijn vers afgebakken broodjes waren wel warm.

Heel, heel erg duur! 2 grote patat met - 12,50 2 frikandel speciaal - 7,50 Kwaliteit was wel goed, maar het zou voor die prijs ook wel heel bar zijn als dat niet okee was.
