Very tasty meal! Hamburger was very tasty, and the chicken salad was one of the better salads I've gotten from a burger menu! Definitely come back here again!

What a wonderful experience! We spontaneously went out for dinner with three families and received a very hospitable welcome. Nothing was too crazy, everything was arranged with a smile. The children received a nice surprise with the children's menu - a really great gift that made them all happy! The food was delicious; the fries and burgers were perfectly prepared. In addition, the service was top: extremely hospitable and super helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

Would rather not give a star, this is such a bad place to have lunch. Carpaccio ordered an old sandwich with a whole bowl of iceberg lettuce on it, 2 slices of topping, it is not yet clear to me what it was, no pine nuts or cheese, the sandwich was completely wet because of the lettuce. My husband ordered the ham on the bone, exactly the same old sandwich that was wet, also wet lettuce on it, absolutely no ham on the bone. We wondered what it was, no mustard sauce. We reported that and the answer was that you won't come back. When they read the reviews, I think no one wants to eat anything amateurish anymore. Nice restaurants left and right that were busy and in this one only 3 tables were occupied, which actually says enough

Bread was old. When we pointed this out, the owners became very angry and started shouting. The boy serving wanted to help, but the owners did not allow this. Very unfriendly owners.

I was refused access to their toilet, was not a customer at the time but said I wanted to pay. I was repeatedly told that I was in dire need but was not allowed to enter the toilet. An Asian looking lady started shouting at me, then a man came over, grabbed my arm and I had to get out! Never experienced anything like this before, very nasty people, no understanding at all

If you like tomato soup, you should definitely try this one. Insanely delicious.

I will never be going back here ever again. I can not believe the rudeness of these people. At first I wanted to apply to a job here, there was a question about what your parents do for a living on the form (very strange if you ask me) when I didn't fill that out, because it's simply none of their business, the male owner taunted me about it this and nearly forced me to tell him. But this aside, I've eaten here twice and both times were absolutely horrible. I ordered for takeout this evening, and when I came to pick it up, it wasn't ready, they still had to prepare it and I had to wait for more than ten minutes. Everything considered, this is a horrible place, the people are rude and not helpful at all. DO NOT GO HERE for your own sake!

Just went today for just only 1hr of stay there coz me and my friend is busy today and at the same time tired😪 but its worth it to eat and have something to drinks with a friend 💖☺️ And they had a nice service and nice place😊

It was 10:30 30 mins after opening time, we were looking for a place to have coffee and take a call. They looked like still preparing, asked if we can come in just for drinks they said yes. When we went in the place noticed poor network coverage so we had to get out, on the way back i said sorry we need to go there is no network inside. And the person said “Go, go and don’t come back!” What a customer centric friendly environment.

Very bad experience! They where completely overwhelmed It took ages to receive the food we ordered. We waited 40 minutes, we didn't see a single plate being brought in these 40 minutes. They also made us pay for tap water. The staff tried to be kind but the organisation was very bad. The food was ok but a bit dry.

It is that you have to give 1 star but this cafeteria does not deserve one! What a terrible place, very unfriendly staff. Especially the owners and the food were really substandard. Ordered 2 "special" fries, kapsalon and Indian stew. I think genuine prison food is better! Fries were rock hard, seemed like they had been fried for the 2nd time. Stew had nothing Indian about it, straight from a can. And the Kapsalon fries were a real mockery with the icing on the cake being a large piece of bone in my food. The children's menu would come with a surprise, including 10 fries, a hard croquette and a pake of drinks on a plate. Nice "children's menu" The special fries were €10 ps so not really cheap. Then you can expect something. Response from the owner, this is how I get it delivered with a hissing sound! Will NEVER come here again. Recommend you all to go to Bram's sandwich. What a disappointing tent for Heemstede.

We ordered a coffee and a cappuccino. The coffee cup was an espresso cup size and the cappuccino cup was also small. Service from the owner is blunt and unfriendly, curt, we have the feeling that we are not welcome. We ordered 1 more beer, also got a very small glass. The meatball sandwich was dry and had no sauce or lettuce. A healthy sandwich doesn't mean much either. White roll with a slice of ham and a little cheese and egg, no lettuce. I was with my husband, when we went to pay we were asked; all together? A bit strange. They could use a customer service course. We won't be going back.

Very tasty, cute and nice family place to have an lunch. Took a cheeseburger. The meat is very tasty, a lot of cheese and souse. Fries were fresh and crispy. Salad fresh and right to have. Wait time around 10 minutes. "Minuses" The menu cards could be more clean The burger was a bit too salty But in general if you want a nice place for a lunch with Friends- it's a right place

Ordered 2x satay dish and indicated delivery at 6:15 PM, the delivery person was already at the door at 5:25 PM, a bit of a shame.

I come here often and normally receive friendly service, but after this time I doubt whether I will come back. After waiting longer than 5 minutes and 3 staff in front of me, no one has said hello and I get the comment: do you want to order something or something? I wanted to sit in the back and indicated this, I had to sit down and wait until they came by. So we sit down and after more than 10 minutes, still no one has passed our table. I walk back to the counter to indicate this, to which the immediate response is: yes, I can't see that if you're sitting at the back! So I indicated that I had been told to sit down because I was not allowed to order at the counter. Then she says to me: yes, I don't see that, I'm busy! Unfortunately, I won't be coming back after being treated so strangely, because if you sit 'in the back' you're just as well still a customer, right?

Bestellen regelmatig eten bij de Family en het is altijd een feestje. Ze staan vaak binnen 10/15 minuten al voor de deur. Super lekkere patatjes en de keuze doorbakken/met of zonder zout is echt top. Gister de kapsalon geprobeerd en die is echt mega groot en zeker het geld waard.

Gerecht Frites met mayonaise en een broodje kroket besteld. Frites waren heerlijk krokant gebakken. Wel wat zuinig met de mayonaise. Broodje kroket afgeserveerd of eigenlijk gegarneerd met een kleine salade. De komkommer en tomaat waren vermoedelijk ruim tevoren gesneden en ietwat zompig. Kroket was prima te doen. Broodje was wat droog (vermoedelijk bewaard in een open broodzak). Ambiance Fraai en sfeervol ingerichte zaak met diverse zitjes. Personeel was proactief en attent. Bij binnenkomst gegroet en werd vriendelijk verzocht plaats te nemen. Kort daarna werd de bestelling aan de tafel opgenomen. Personeel word goed aangestuurd. Sanitair proper.

Heel lekker gegeten en gedronken , leuke zaak en hele lieve gezellig mensen 😀😀

Wat zijn dit lieve mensen bij binnenkomst al wordt je vriendelijk geholpen het eten is heerlijk de bediening is vriendelijk kortom ga hier zeker vaker heen! Groetjes van de familie Hartman.

Het is hier super lekker om te eten als je hier de gerechten ziet voorbij komen dan zeg je hier moet ik zeker nog eens terug komen om dat allemaal te proeven. Dus kom maar naar hier.

Heb echt heerlijk gegeten. Aardig personeel en heel gastvrij. Ze hebben ons zelfs nog na sluitingstijd binnen gelaten om daar te eten. Heb een heerlijke grote portie hamburger met patat gekregen met een bananen milkshake. Ontzettend luxe voor wat je krijgt!

Echt top hier! Ze waren zoo lief tegen mijn hulphond en omdat ik in een rolstoel zit hielp de mevrouw mij helemaal naar een tafel toe super aardige mensen en zeker waard om te gaan eten! ❤️🥰👍🏼

Ons vaste adres voor lekkere friet en snacks! Zelfs bij bezorgen is de friet nog knapperig en je krijgt altijd lekker veel. Ook een goede pindasaus en niet zo'n waterige als wat je vaak ziet bij cafetaria's. Eigenaren en het personeel is altijd heel vriendelijk. Zo heb ik een keertje een dame gehad die zelfs aan de deur fluisterde omdat ons zoontje sliep en een man die een knuffeltje voor hem bij de bestelling had gedaan. Goed eten en super personeel; een aanrader!

Kleine cafetaria. De ene keer moet je erg lang wachten andere keer is het eten er zo. Eten smaakt goed. Bestellen gaat soms rommelig

We decided to check this restaurant that looked friendly enough. We ordered Family of 3 dinner and thought it would be enough for two of us, but the waitress brought two sets of the dish! When asked why she brought two sets sets, she said that she "thought" we wanted. Anyways our order was messed up. The food was okay-ish, fries were from frozen section in the supermarket, the tapenade plank was very good, the beef was over salty. The service was okay in the beginning but once the Thuisbezorgd delivery started for takeaway we were promptly ignored. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.

Altijd goede ervaringen met Family Heemstede! Lekker, warm, genoeg… een perfecte maaltijd dus. Zeker een aanrader.

We bestellen over het algemeen hier onze patat en snacks. Tot nu toe nooit een negatieve ervaring. Altijd op tijd, warm eten en van goede kwaliteit. Ik kan me niet vinden in sommige reviews, wellicht is de verwachting te hoog?

Tijdens het bloemencorso bij jullie op het terras gezeten patatjes,kroket en wijn gegeten en gedronken .Ondanks de ontzettende drukte bleven jullie op de been een applaus waard

Wij zijn hier geweest omdat veel "andere restaurants" dicht waren. Dat op 2e Paasdag. Wij kwamen daar voor het eerst, genoten! Vrij groot terras aardige mensen. Normale prijzen! Wij komen zeker terug.
