Ali is the best place in Heemstede, delicious food.

Not customer-friendly. Ordered an egg sandwich, received a raw egg, and then started making a fuss about it being fine. The sandwich was moldy.

Some fries are pitch black, others tasty. Ordering and home delivery can sometimes take an extremely long time. Hygiene is poor. Calculate the costs so you don't pay too much. Atmosphere: Behind the fryer stands an older man who is possibly the owner; he is extremely stressed and takes it out on the nice young man who helped him and on customers. Recommended for people who want treatment like in The Soupnazi from the comedy series Seinfeld. He barks angrily and acts as if customers need to be re-educated. Besides being angry, he also delegates very chaotically, which is very painful. I can hardly imagine that people would want to keep working with him. There are plenty of nicer jobs.

Best snack bar in Heemstede, the tastiest fries, because they are simply delicious when I eat them; they are neither too hot nor too lukewarm, just that perfect pre-fried fries. The owner of this chip shop is very friendly and charming; the children who come there are well received and are allowed to help themselves from a bowl. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bus line to Zandvoort and Haarlem, and you can also take the train to Haarlem. This makes it a perfect place to grab a quick bite in between. You can buy something to drink there (think AA-drink, Spa, cola, and more), and they also sell 'gnome, medium, and giant' fries. This gives you a choice of how big you want them. Additionally, you can buy frikandellen, hot meat sandwiches, and other items there. It is a fantastic experience there; you meet different people, which makes it even more interesting. The employees are great to talk to and ask for help with; they are also super nice and helpful (just like the boss). Additionally, we can order, which also runs very smoothly and well; the food simply remains amazing once it has arrived—not too lukewarm or too hot, just acceptable, tasty food. So, a truly fantastic place; this place deserves 5 stars, because it remains a great place. Because of this, I continue to enjoy stopping by and saying hello to the boss.

Waiting an hour and a half for your food! Then getting it and thinking, nice food... Everything cold! It's just that you have to give a star, otherwise I wouldn't have given a single star.

The food simply wasn't delivered. We waited for over two hours. The employee shouted at us several times on the phone and then just hung up each time.

I've never been to such a bad snack bar. The fries were soggy and incredibly salty. The peanut sauce was water with a brown tint. The snacks were inedible too.

This is what you get after waiting 90 minutes on a kapsalon and doner sandwich. Nevermind the sassy attitude from the phone operator screaming at my mother for being unable to eat the food they provided. None of the meat or veggies were inside in the sandwich and theres so much garlic sauce that I couldnt put it back in the bread. Its so mushy and saucy to the point its inedible. Whoever made this succulent meal should be arrested for culinary harassment. PS you are the first place I've seen put RAW CARROT CHUNKS in a kapsalon and my fries were clearly aged and refried. If you can't make proper food and can't deliver it on time I'd love to know why you are running a cafe that delivers??? And that nasty attitude WILL get your place shut down ASAP. I used to go here for years but now I'm glad to walk past this establishment even with a lack of alternatives nearby.

We had the food delivered to our home. The fries were very tough, really inedible. The cheese sticks were completely soggy and the sauce was everywhere except in the sauce container. Also, the frikandel had a different taste than usual and the mayo was very lumpy. I will never order from here again. A real waste of money.

The best delivery person I have seen, very nice, arrived very quickly. The delivery person had a black Moncler jacket.

The business has changed owners and is now called Friet van Ricard. The quality and service are many times better than those of Vlaminck. It is clean, tasty, and fast.

I ordered a cheeseburger and waited for at least 15 minutes. During that time, the older man working there was cleaning. I noticed that after touching the trash can, he did not wash his hands and then directly handled the bread and meat. I was very uncomfortable with this and pointed it out. As a result, I decided not to take the cheeseburger. What made the situation even worse was his attitude — he seemed pleased that I left the burger behind and even said “thank you,” despite the fact that I was clearly upset. Very disappointing experience. Poor hygiene and unprofessional attitude.

By far the worst chip shop I know. Chose delivery. Everything was cold, frikandel speciaal with ketchup & mayonnaise!? Get real. Kapsalon without sambal and a thin layer of fries. Fries were OK, although a few fries were burnt. There's really nothing else to complain about. The satay sauce that I bought with it was very bad. Water thin with little taste, and the lid of the container was poorly fitted, causing everything to leak into my bag while cycling. I expected a bit more, as it is more expensive here than other cafeterias in the area. You better go to another place.

I am very pleased with this company. The food was a bit late due to... staff failure. Owner came to deliver it himself. He said sorry a thousand times and was so very kind. My mother is seriously ill and eats poorly. Even my mother completely ate the large portion! We are a fan! Best regards.

Fries must be baked 100% longer. The idea itself is good, but it seems to me that you first throw in the fries and then bake your snacks. So fries are ready after 2 minutes, so it's really not tasty. Snacks okay, only hamburger dry and dirty.

Meerdere keren telefonisch op tijd besteld om op te kunnen halen, altijd alsnog wachten in de zaak om mee te kunnen nemen, eten blijft lauw en prijzen veranderen continu. We hebben het de kans gegeven maar zijn er nu mee gestopt, jammer!

Goede bediening, vriendelijk, schoon, eten smaakt goed en goed van temperatuur, zeker een aanrader kom vast nog eens terug als we weer in de haven liggen.

Onwijs goede patat, de stoofvlees heerlijk. En de 5 sterren voor de geweldige service. Ik had een bestelling gedaan en ze waren 1 snack vergeten mee te geven. Deze zijn ze netjes komen brengen. Echt een top service. Voor herhaling vatbaar!! Vriendelijke mensen en eten niks mis mee!!
