Nolita Heemstede in Wijk 00 Heemstede-Centrum

Last weekend, we popped in spontaneously (early in the evening, though) and luckily we were able to get a table outside by the water for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The terrace was cozy and the service was fast. The pizza was also very tasty. Unfortunately, dessert was a disappointment. In the first bite of my panna cotta, I found two long hairs—a real shame, because that immediately spoiled my appetite. The waitress responded politely and asked if I wanted another dessert or if it should be removed from the bill. All in all, a nice place with good food, but it's a shame about that disappointment at the end. Hopefully, it was a one-time mishap.

I went here for dinner with a friend on Friday; I've been here before. It's a lovely location, especially with summery weather. Water is immediately brought to the table upon arrival, and we didn't have to wait long for two excellent pizzas. However, while eating dessert, we found two hairs in the panna cotta, which was very unappetizing. The staff responded reasonably promptly and brought a new one. Now for the feedback: 1) Putting a 750mL bottle of water on the table and then charging €6.50 on the receipt is a mistake in my opinion. It's good for revenue and profitability, but undesirable if you don't mention it beforehand. When asked if I, as a guest, would like water on the table, I simply expect it to be tap water. Dutch tap water is of better quality than bottled water. Transporting those glass water bottles isn't exactly sustainable either, and it's no longer acceptable these days. 2) When hairs are found in food, I think you should do more than just offer a quick apology and a new dessert (in this case). Examples of appropriate action: removing dessert from the bill or offering a cup of coffee or something similar. Because of these two points, we still went home with a bitter aftertaste. Disappointing.

First time, but next time is already planned...very relaxed, delicious food...beautiful place

Delicious food, nice location, and good service. Only downside... lots of families come here... kids are always a bit noisy.

Kijk, dat zelfs een pizzaatje eten in Nederland duur is, weten we ondertussen wel. Dus Nolita Heemstede is ook aardig aan de prijs. En het kan want het zal vol, zowel binnen als buiten. Gelukkig hadden we gereserveerd. We waren met de sloep en konden aanleggen aan het terras. Snel geholpen en niet te lang hoeven wachten, een heerlijke plek op het terras en prima - niet heel bijzondere - pizza’s. De leuke bediening maakt het een 4 uit 5:

The pizza was fantastic! One of the best I've ever eaten! The panna cotta was a dream. They have gluten-free dough available for those with gluten intolerance.

Always good and tasty. Too bad they only open at 16:00. Today we enjoyed a delicious lunch again.

Van een 8 naar een 2 We hebben twee pizza’s gehaald . Een pizza Napolitana en een pizza Foresta. We hebben vanavond de slechtste pizza ooit gegeten . Op de pizza Napolitana zaten 8 olijven , 10 kappertjes, zeer weinig ansjovis en een beetje mozzarella . Mijn man zegt : ik geneer me voor deze aankoop . Op de pizza Foresta zat absoluut geen Gorgonzola , een beetje mozzarella, een aantal kastanje champignons en misschien 3-4 oesterzwammen . Op beide pizza’s waren ook nog enkele rucola blaadjes aanwezig. In drie jaar tijd dat we af en toe een pizza halen gaat uw zaak van een 8 naar een 2. De kwaliteit van de doos is beter.

Absolutely outrageous. I came in just to pick up a takeaway pizza, and the so-called manager told me I had to wait one full hour. I look around—tables are half empty, and staff are standing around chatting like it’s a social club. I point this out, and he just shrugs and says “Busy busy.” What a joke. I’m Italian. I know pizza. I’ve never in my life waited an hour for one. This is not just poor service—it’s lazy, arrogant mismanagement. You don’t treat regular customers like that and expect them to come back. Today, Nolita lost a loyal customer. Get your act together.

Cozy pizza restaurant, with more luxurious pizzas than a standard pizzeria. You do need Google to understand some of the ingredients 😃

Family friendly, they had IKEA chair for our 2 year old boy, great pizza and great red wine from Sicily!

Beautiful location on the harbor and terrace on the water.

We regularly get pizza here when time is tight, they are fine, nice and thin and crispy, but not culinary Italian delights. This has to do with a lot of personnel changes, so that quality is not always guaranteed. It's nice in the summer because you can moor your boat here and there is service in the boat.. so you can pick up in between and it's a great restaurant with children, but we wouldn't sit there.

very disappointed with the service in the restaurant. i came there with my sister at 5:30 pm. i ordered an appetizer and pasta, and my sister ordered a pizza. they brought me an appetizer. after that we waited for our main courses for about 50 minutes. that is, in total my sister waited for her pizza for over an hour. when we started to find out where our pizza was, the manager, instead of apologizing and admitting his mistake (they simply forgot about our order, we saw how they brought food to people who arrived much later than us), began to tell us that this is normal for them, since they start preparing the main courses after they finished the appetizer. firstly, this is absolutely abnormal practice. it is abnormal to make people wait for food for more than an hour. if one person orders an appetizer, and the other does not, the second person should be brought his main course at the same time as the appetizer. secondly, even after the appetizer, we waited an inappropriately long time for our main courses. the main problem is not that our food was brought to us too late. it happens, human factor, they forgot the order. the problem is that they don't know how to admit mistakes in this restaurant. instead of apologizing, they started convincing us that this is normal practice. and that waiting for pizza Margherita for more than an hour is normal. finally the manager told us that next time we should warn them if we want the food faster. when I said that waiting for pizza for more than an hour is not normal, the manager started childishly arguing that we waited less because there was also an appetizer. that is, the person fundamentally could not admit that the restaurant made a mistake with the order. there will be no next time in this restaurant for us. we will go to a place where they treat customers more respectfully and do not try to hide their own mistakes by convincing us that this is normal. you have to understand that there are many other places besides you, and if you want to be competitive, you need to change your approach.

Good food, but very child unfriendly

Very nice place. Nice and young team. Delicious pizzas, the picante is definitely recommended.

Since we live around the corner, we ate a pizza here a few times or picked it up by boat. Just nasty. Rock hard, thick, tough slices of ham, not enough toppings, tasteless, cold, hardly any alcohol in the aperol. Uncozy, especially upstairs. We don't go there anymore. Better to order from la Strada and eat it at home.

You can only pay by card! Unacceptable!

Very nice Italian restaurant, beautiful interior where the lights were gradually dimmed in the evening. Pizzas are of very good quality and the tiramisu had a very mild taste. Friendly and fast service. Definitely come back here when the weather is nice to sit outside by the water!

The inside looks like McDonald's, really lacking in atmosphere. Bad reception, even after reservation they make you wait 10 minutes before someone speaks to you. First but also last time.

We come here often as it is around the corner and you can sit by the water. Service was good, but the manager apparently didn't have his day today and gave a completely new meaning to both service and customer friendliness. Cheers! We were on the boat this time and moored to eat 4 pizzas on the boat. Just when the pizzas were delivered it started to rain heavily. We kindly requested that we still eat inside, which fortunately was possible, after which we were placed in the middle of the entrance with 4 boxes of pizzas on a much too small round standing table with stools. This was far from ideal with the four of us and much too small. At that moment the restaurant was still quite quiet with many free places and with the knowledge that there were more places available with the stairs going up, we asked the good-humored 'manager' if we could not sit somewhere else for a maximum of half an hour. Here is the explanation that this was not possible because it would become very busy from 6 p.m. and that we were allowed to take a seat, but as soon as someone came we had to make room. It was 1750 hours at that time so not really an option. Asked about the places upstairs. He said this was not possible because it was only for staff in an unfriendly tone. From my own experience I know that this was not true as we had recently sat there and there was now plenty of room there. It is therefore incomprehensible why he had not put us there, partly because the explanation was lacking and his ego had become too big. The unconstructive conversation was cut short and we opted for our money's worth at the round table that was too small. With our behavior we could have just eaten on the boat, he snapped at us. Ruined the atmosphere and our food, thank you!

It was very busy again and it took quite a while for the food to arrive. Perhaps offering a sandwich if it takes longer than normal would be nice. Furthermore, a good tent with good food.

The pizzas were delicious! The menu is quite small, but you won't have much trouble choosing. The service was friendly, helpful with explanations and also fast. We will definitely come back!

We waren met 5 mensen bij Nolita. We hebben lekker gegeten, maar er waren wel wat minpunten. Dit heb ik de volgende dag gecommuniceerd, en dit is uitstekend opgelost. Dus het positieve gevoel overheerst, en mijn punten werden zeer serieus genomen. Daarom raad ik dit Restaurant aan, en ik ga het zeker nog eens overdoen. Groetjes.

Top location with terrace on the water. Pizzas baked very dark, with almost black areas on the edge. Difficult to cut and dry. After eating half, the waiter asked if everything was OK and I indicated that the pizza was difficult to chew. Understanding, I received another (smaller model) that was better... I also saw many well-done pizzas on other tables ... Location Nolita center Haarlem makes better pizzas!!!

Insanely delicious food and a very nice place with a beautiful terrace.

Well, Nolita Heemstede... we had eaten in Haarlem before and we were not really enthusiastic. Now in Heemstede after a tip from a friend. And we could sail there by boat, which was of course an advantage. We have two different starters. Ate a small pizza and a pasta and the only thing we noticed was that the flavors were a bit flat... no exciting flavors, no full flavors. No overpowering flavors. Too bad in our eyes, we expected better. To give an example, the pear pizza with gorgonzola... but the gorgonzola is missing... we did eat well but will not book a table again anytime soon.

The food is fine, but with 8 people eating an extensive meal with antipasti, pizza and dessert, the time slot of 1.30 hours is far too short. We felt very rushed. The grandchildren barely had time to eat their ice cream. We would have liked to have a cup of coffee or a drink but were asked to leave exactly after 1:30 am. No more Nolita for us for that reason.

Yesterday we were looking for a great restaurant and decided on Nolita. We reserved a table online and I recommend that everyone do so in advance! The phone rang all at once and the restaurant filled up very quickly. There was a great, delicious starter, large warm pizzas, cocktails and desserts. All in one 12/10 ⭐️ We will definitely come back on our next visit to the Netherlands. There is also a great place to sit outside. There are also high chairs for small children 🩷 Parking spaces are also right in front of the door

The location of the restaurant is great, beautiful terrace on the water. Nice atmosphere inside, lots of tables but not too cramped, good atmosphere. Staff is fast, friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant being full. The food was excellent, the risotto balls with forest mushroom and truffle top, the Spinaci pizza surprisingly tasty. Limoncelo served as intended, from the freezer in an ice-cold glass, delicious.

Is geen italiaans, rucola op elke pizza??? B kwaliteit en smakeloos. Maakt pizza een schande en kom op zeg de kenner weet wel beter. Smakeloos mooie entourage, dat wel. Wij zijn out !!

Wonderful place for a pizza where we keep coming back. In summer it is wonderful to relax on the terrace on the water. The antipasti platter in particular is highly recommended and the pizzas are delicious too!

Op uitnodiging hier gereserveerd om 17:00; wat vieldit tegen; 1 bestelde spaghetti met spekjes en 1 spaghetti met gamba's > 2 telde zij en ik 3 spekjes wel lekker maar heel weinig spaghetti in het bord; 1 ander at een pizza met 4? veschillende kazen en slecht gebakken met veel luchtballen; 1 bestelde pizetta die verdomd veelleek op een Flammkuch van de Jumbo; slechte ervaring dus; dat iedereeen hierover roemt. Geen pizza bestellen hier ga naar de echte Italiaan

Had a delicious meal with brother and sister. Tasty pizza and eggplant dish, for example. Limited non-alcoholic choice but very service-oriented with a jug of water. An example for some other restaurants. View over the water. Suitable for larger groups too. Parking is easy.

Experience from May 2024: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special dietary needs are also taken into account. We could choose to eat inside or outside. The map was generally the same as about 1 year ago. Still worth repeating. Previous experience: Very good pizza base. The offering is average and sufficient, but on the expensive side. Good experience and attention in February '23, even on a Monday!!

Prima tent. Pizza’s zijn oke, niet heel bijzonder en beetje vettig(teveel olie?). Lieve bediening, duurt wel erg lang voordat ze komen. Daarbij was het te koud binnen, verwarming mag wel wat hoger..!

Op begane grond in klein appartementen gebouw aan de haven van Heemstede. Modern ingericht en door hoogte zeer ruimtelijk. Mooie terras aan het water. Uitermate vriendelijke ontvangst en gezellige sfeer. Was druk dus reserveren aanbevolen. Hoofdzakelijk pizza's maar met enkele andere Italiaanse gerechten. Kwaliteit van anti-pasta en pizza's was uitstekend. Snelle bediening al was de tijd tussen anti pasta en pizza redelijk lang. Een aanrader

Even gezeten voor alleen een drankje. Bediening liep langs met bord net gemaakte pizza en rook heerlijk en zag er ook mooi uit dat dan weer wel.

Wat een geweldige plek! Wij kwamen hier voor het eerst met de boot. Van te voren even gebeld om onze bestelling door te geven en het stond op tijd klaar! De bediening is super vriendelijk en staat echt voor je klaar. De ravioli was het echt een feest!! Een absolute aanrader en dat komt vooral door de geweldige bediening!

Heel erg vriendelijke bediening, aangename zaak. 4x pizza besteld en hoewel die erg lekker was, kregen geen van ons gezelschap het volledig op. Gelukkig mochten we de rest meenemen naar huis. De wijn was ook erg lekker en het dessert vonden de kinderen overheerijk!

Gezellige plek om lekker te eten.

Deze review had Nolita Heemstede nog van mij tegoed. Afgelopen jaar op een regenachtige dinsdag in november, na onverwacht 4 uur file rijden, tegen 21:30 gebeld of wij tussen 22:15 en 22:30 nog twee pizza's konden ophalen. Even los van het feit dat dit mogelijk was (compliment op zichzelf), ook bijzonder vriendelijk en konden de pizza's rond 22:15 zo meenemen. P.S. Daarnaast ook erg leuke spot om te borrelen en te blijven zitten voor een pizza or two!

Heemstede is een uitstekend restaurant bij de haven rijker. Heerlijke voorafjes en verrukkelijke pizza’s 🍕 Prettige medewerkers die alles goed in de gaten houden zonder opdringerig te zijn. Door de drukte was er alleen nog ruimte buiten wat geen straf was met het mooie weer. Vooraf reserveren is hier aan te bevelen!

We hadden voor buiten gereserveerd, maar er stond zoveel wind 'savonds dat alles wegwaaide en glazen omwaaide op tafel en je eten zo koud was. Binnen kon je ook niet meer zitten want was vol. Dus helaas niet zo een goede ervaring.

Goede pizza's, vriendelijk personeel, binnen nogal gehorig. Plafond dempt niet, ws te hoog.

Even geen zin in Woodstone en toch betaalbaar een pizza scoren? Met een leuk uitzicht op het water? Dan zit je hier goed. Kleine kaart met wat voorgerechten en aantal pizza’s die ook in de kleine variant besteld kunnen worden. Pizza’s zijn goed belegd met dunne bodem. Bij mooi weer lekker buiten zitten. Buiten zit je wat dicht op elkaar, binnen is het wat gehorig. Ook leuk om met de boot te komen. Er is de mogelijkheid om ook in de boot te eten. Aanrader!

Jammer van de vreselijke stoelen zowel binnen als buiten,als chronisch pijnpatient kan ik hier niet eten door de slecht zittende en slappe stoeltjes

De pizza's waren voortreffelijk! Mooie locatie aan het water. De bediening was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom een aanrader voor iedereen die van pizza's houdt ;)

Ambience is very nice, eating outside the lake view is very beautiful. Food is good, I like Pizza options specially Spinach pizza.
