Delicious buffet with many choices

When I was a kid, I used to go there with family. Recently, on a colleague's recommendation, I got some takeout. It had been at least 30 years since I'd been there. The chicken was dry, and the rest wasn't much better. China Palace used to have a good reputation. Now the quality of the food has really plummeted to mediocre at best. I won't be making the detour for that anymore.

Ordered takeout for the first time here, a simple nasi satay—the word "simple" doesn't apply here. The nasi was delicious, especially because it was generously filled with vegetables, chicken, and onion. The added peas were especially tasty, and everything that makes a good nasi so good, including the satay and sauce, was delicious. This is often different at Chinese restaurants; lots of rice but few vegetables. The service was also friendly, and the people were nice. The restaurant and takeout area look beautiful and welcoming. Fantastic, compliments! I had a delicious meal. Highly recommended.

I have a roommate who sleeps very early because of work. I have ordered from here several times and each time I of course stated in the delivery instructions "please do not ring the doorbell, please call me on my phone" and then of course gave my number. almost every time the doorbell rings. Now it happened for the umpteenth time today and then I was done with it and called the restaurant. I first calmly explained the situation and then I was told "yes, sorry, but what do you want us to do with this". I said "well something other than just a sorry because that is of no use to me, a discount I know literally something" then I was laughed at, as if it is the strangest thing to hold a restaurant responsible, why on earth do I write delivery descriptions. I was then informed that I would be called back, but of course that didn't happen. for the food, you pay almost 30 euros including delivery for a meal that is honestly mediocre. nothing special about it, babi pangang is often tough, noodles are quite tasteless compared to other restaurants. the noodles are reasonable, but of course you pay 3.50 extra for it. There are worse Chinese restaurants, but you also pay a lot less there. my advice, there are better chinese restaurants in the area that are also cheaper and have a much much better service, because to emphasize that, I have never called a restaurant with a complaint and then I was laughed at, ridiculous behavior and like I look at the other reviews and I'm not the only one. suggestions for other restaurants: Red Orchids Asian Bistro, Mandarin Heemstede, China Fantasy Hoofddorp and any Asian Delights

On December 24, 2024. Take away food. A menu. For about 62 euros. When we got home we went to eat. The only thing that had any taste was the soup. But the rest was not at all, it was all bland. Very unfortunate for so much money. We are used to you better.

Got spring roll. Picked up an excellently filled spring roll at a reasonable price and enjoyed it! Actually 4½ stars; that ½ star more will undoubtedly come again..

Dishes are really delicious. Eaten buffet style. Service could certainly be faster. You shouldn't come for the atmosphere, but for the food. Tastiest steak in black bean sauce ever eaten.

I regularly pick up meals here. Very friendly staff. Occasionally, on family occasions, we also like to eat in the restaurant.

October's monthly menu was very tasty. Second time, the babi pangang was a bit too dry, but the rest was delicious and large portions. You can easily eat it with 3 people.

We rarely get Chinese food, but we decided to get a rice table again with my parents and the kids. Even though it was busy on Sunday, we were able to order immediately and after 20 minutes we were outside again with 2 full bags. The six of us had a delicious meal and used up the leftovers the next day.

Waited more than 2 hours for the food. Of course I called after 1 hour and 45 minutes. They said it was on its way but it was incorrect, called again after 15 minutes. When the food arrived, it was partly still cold. This isn't the first time this happened. This is the last time I order here.

Ate here for the umpteenth time. Often with friends at the weekend for a buffet, but also just one of the delicious dishes on the menu on a weekday. Today, after weeks of Greek food in Crete, we went back to China Palace for the buffet. The buffet is on Saturday and Sunday. My grandchildren also love this concept where they can choose from the many dishes. The varied dishes on the menu sometimes make it difficult to choose because everything here is simply delicious 😋 The employees are helpful and friendly, keep it up!

Today we had food delivered by China Palace and this time we ordered something different than usual. We were pleasantly surprised by the curry chicken! Nice and spicy and good flavour. The stewed beef was also delicious. And everything was delivered hot and quickly. Thank you 😋

They were nice people, received hospitably. Both my wife and I were less enthusiastic about the food. My wife had Foe Young Hai Chicken and I had Babi Pangang lean meat My wife and I both found both dishes lacking in flavor. The sauce with both dishes lacked a bit of spice / bite. A little spicier as usual in other places would have made it tastier.

Just spent €30 on a plate of Chinese. So much sugar that I could hardly eat anything else. Desserts tasteless, fruit hard and not ripe. Sushi in advance okay, limited choice.

Beautiful Restaurant. Large but still cozy seats for a nice meal. The prices aren't too bad. You can also pick up, and the prices are of course cheaper. However, you must take into account that the Chinese China Palace in Heemstede is CLOSED on Monday. And the food is fantastic. More and more Chinese are disappearing, but fortunately this Chinese is still there. I would recommend it to anyone living near Heemstede.

Lekker eten in de vorm van buffet (was wel in het weekend)

Wir haben uns für das All you can eat Buffet entschieden. Vorab es ist kein Mongolisches Buffet, wie wir es in Deutschland typischerweise haben, dabei. Also kein frisch gegrilltes Essen. Aber ich habe noch nie so gutes Sushi bei einem Buffet gehabt. Es ist nur eine „kleine“ Auswahl an Speisen, aber perfekt gelungen meiner Meinung nach. Schade das es am Buffet keine Übersetzung zumindest auf englisch der Speisen gab. Ich fand es total lecker und es waren zum Glück keine mega scharfen Saucen dabei. Definitiv anders, meinen Geschmack hat es getroffen. Hähnchen und Rindfleisch, ein paar Garnelen und Scampi‘s. Es gibt keine Muscheln, gebackenen Fisch oder Tintenfischringe. Trotzdem weil es so lecker war volle Sternenanzahl.

Heerlijk gegeten met perfecte bediening. Zeker een aanrader om lekker van het buffet te eten.

Eten komt in de buurt van de onlangs voor afhaal gesloten Jin Lai. Maar bezorging al 2x meer dan een uur moeten wachten, als dit wordt verbeterd dan een hogere beoordeling.

Vanavond hebben we besteld bij China Palace. Bij afhalen helaas de sate vergeten. Maar ondanks dat we ver zaten hebben ze helemaal het gebracht. Top service, dankjewel!

Prima ouderwetse Chinees. Met bruggetje en vissen als je binnen komt. Overvloedige hoeveelheid eten. Goede bediening. In het weekend al you can eat-buffet met heerlijk eten. Ook goed adres om af te halen.

Heerlijk gegeten in een gezellige omgeving

Voor het eerst in jaren naar een Chinese restaurant. Wij zaten aan een grote ronde tafel. Heel gezellig. Hebben chinees en Indonesisch menu’s genomen. Kwam een ruime keuze aan gerechten voor. Leuk jonge dame met aparte style van communiceren maar ging goed op met onze vrolijke groep.

Eten is lekker. Maar… 2 uur van te voren besteld en dan een uur te laat bezorgd. Erg jammer, vooral de toon aan de telefoon is ongehoord.

Het restaurant heeft een afhaal en een groot zit gedeelte. Ze doen ook volgens mij aan buffet maar ik bestel altijd van de kaart. Erg vriendelijk personeel die goed opletten of je nog wat nodig hebt maar daarbij niet opdringerig voorkomen, dus dat was erg fijn. Het eten vond ik afgelopen keer erg lekker maar voor een groot deel van de dagelijkse klandizie zou het misschien iets aan de zoute kant kunnen zijn. De porties zijn groot genoeg van de hoofdgerechten. Ik vermoed zelfs dat bepaalde mensen die makkelijk kunnen delen. Desondanks had ik toch een toetje genoten omdat ik daar erg veel trek in had. Over het afhaal gedeelte van het restaurant kan ik niet veel zeggen behalve dat het vaak goed druk is, zelf heb ik maar één keer wat afgehaald, wat erg lekker was, maar ik zit toch liever in het restaurant zelf als ik niet wil koken.

Alles wat je wilt van een goed Chinees Indisch restaurant!

Had telefonisch besteld en was klaar dat ik me melde. Super lekker was het eten. De sfeer weet ik niet want heb thuis gegeten na het afhalen

ik moet zeggen wat een heerlijk eten. Bezorger uitermate vriendelijk. ik had een vraag over het bezorgen en het te vinden op de website en uitermate goed geregeld. ik zeg bij deze tot de volgende keer en dan de sushi proberen op de locatie.

Bij het buffet werden de garnalen niet zovaak bij gevuld. Verder alles wel .en de prijs niet duur.we hebben lekker gegeten. En gedronken.

Heb hier nog nooit gegeten maar als ik Chinees bestel dan alleen maar hier. Erg lekker!!

Een van mijn favoriete Chinees restaurants. Prettige medewerkers en heerlijke gerechten. De 🥢 Yakitori Spiesjes zijn ongelooflijk lekker 😀 Voordeel is dat je na 15 jaar het menu bijna uit je hoofd kent. Nadeel is dan dat als het recept iets veranderd dat je dit direct in de gaten hebt. Maar het blijft mijn favoriete Chinees 🙏

het eten is altijd van prima kwaliteit kom hier al meerdere jaren zowel voor afhalen als dineren.

In t weekend hier met de familie het buffet gedaan. Gewoon fantastisch. Leuk ook voor fe kinderen. Zeker het ijs buffet is een succes bij de kids.
