Had a delicious lunch here. Friendly service, cozy place. (And good music too when we were there 👍🏻)

The food has become very bad. After calling multiple times following bad food, I called last week to say that the spare ribs were extremely fatty and the marinade watery. Then you get a rude response for calling more often. We were just pulling the fat right off. After an argument on the phone with Ronald, I packed up the spare ribs and drove to the place to get an explanation and so he could see for himself what I meant. He refused to look in the bag and just said that I had something wrong with me every time. Since Ton and Thea stopped working, it has become appallingly bad. We won't be coming back. Which we find very regrettable, because it used to be a top-notch place.

I repeatedly stated that the fries were too few for a medium size, and was then told they'd weigh them (never seen that before, by the way). I needed 3 fries today and only ordered 4, and unfortunately, the bag was very small again, not enough for 3 people. They often forget something in the order, which is a real shame when you're already home with the order. We'll try another snack bar. The photo shows a third of 4 fries.
