A delicious snack. The fries are delicious here. The noodle dish is also delicious, and the meatballs have been really good for years. Yes, it couldn't be better. And ordering is always very neat and fast.

Ordered today at 5:37 PM, and was given a delivery time of 30 minutes. After an hour, still no food, so we called. The woman on the phone said the order was on its way. We live a 5-minute drive from this place, and after 15 minutes, there was still no food, so we called again. Then the same woman said it had only just been on its way because they had pushed forward the receipt (so the food wasn't ready when we first called). She never said it was on its way; it must have been a colleague, and the call was disconnected shortly afterward. It's a shame, because if it had been communicated honestly, it wouldn't have been a problem.

Ratgers is my favorite cafeteria, delicious fries special/war divine frikadel special and bamischijf always friendly and on time

After being over an hour late, arguing that 12:20 is very early, this is simply not acceptable. Never again, Ratgers.

A large bar really is a large bar, so definitely come by when you are really hungry and haven't eaten much yet!

We always get our fries from this cafeteria. Normally always great, but this time we made a mistake with the order, which we discovered at home. We called, and they brought the correct order within 10 minutes. Well resolved!

For years, the best cafeteria in Almelo, in my opinion. Both pickup and delivery are excellent. Friendly staff, and the food is always excellent. 👍🏻

Great place to pick up your fries. Everything tastes perfect, no silly nonsense like getting your order wrong. Faster than all the other chip shops. The price is a bit higher, but that's only right when you have such good food and it's right in the center of Almelo. I'll definitely be back since I live nearby. And I hope this place stays around for a long time.

Every time I feel like having fries, I like to go to Ratgers. They have such delicious fries. Go get it often, I must be looking forward to it. Then I'm going to eat it

Good place to pick up fries or have them delivered. You will always be greeted in a friendly manner when you pick up. If something is missing during delivery, they will come and fix it quickly! Fries are of good quality with enough sauce!

If you order a fries pedal boat, the order must include sauce and onions and the portion of satay was tough, almost no peanut sauce, never again in our opinion.

NO MORE RATGERS FOR ME, I WAITED AN HOUR. AFTER AN HOUR I HEAR THAT FRENCH FRIES HAVE JUST BEEN THROWN IN. I DON'T LIKE TO SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE BUT I THINK IT'S A Pity THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG, ESPECIALLY WITH TWO CHILDREN.

After waiting 2 hours we still didn't see any food, so we drove there ourselves. Turns out they haven't even started making the food yet due to "busyness". Definitely not recommended!

Delicious fries and good snacks. Recently ordered during a rain storm, had expected (and thought it was only logical) that they would be delivered after the rain had stopped, but the delivery person simply stood at the door with an umbrella, my compliments!

With Shock Media we often order delicious snacks and fries from Ratgers - we keep coming back to Ratgers because it always tastes good compared to some other snack bars in Almelo. Fantastic, highly recommended!

We always eat super tasty fries war and chicken burger with chilli sauce here!! Also super customer friendly, soft ice creams are also super tasty, the spring rolls they sell are also delicious, I order here every week and am very satisfied! 🥰😇😇

Worst chip shop ever!! They don't even know what fries are. But other than that, it's really sad. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food and then still received bad food. HOW??

It has never disappointed me! Only delivery sometimes takes a bit long due to crowds. Food is always good and still warm after delivery.

Waited an hour and a half. After an hour I called myself otherwise the order would not have been made. Ordered satay menu. Immediately thrown in the trash upon receipt. Almost 10 euros for a child's portion of lukewarm fries topped with 3 shabby satay skewers with a drop of satay sauce for which you have to pay an extra 70 cents. I promised them never to order anything again. At half past eight I am still peeling the potatoes.

After an hour I called to find out where the order was, well that would take another half hour!! Why they didn't call was apparently a strange question, I don't think they ever thought about that. Too bad again, order had already been paid. So let's hope that it is indeed returned properly.
