The prices they set are different from what they charge.

There was a hair in a friend's fries and my own. My fries were half-eaten, and I could see the hairs were still there. I then asked for a refund, to which they replied that it wasn't normal to ask for a refund. They yelled at her. Her husband even had to try to calm her down, and he was also very rude. Extremely rude behavior; we will never eat there again.

Stranded in Almelo due to a car accident, but still had a great meal. Also picked up a frikandel. Definitely enjoyed it.

If you have just arrived by train and fancy a snack, the cafeteria is located right next to Almelo station.

The best place in Almelo, but a hopelessly outdated Cafeteria. The owners hardly speak Dutch, which sometimes makes ordering difficult. Although prices have risen, they are still 'reasonable'. The food is not bad, but not more than that.

The first time there I had a snack with coffee because I had to drive another hour and a half back. Very nice coffee, very tasty chicken nuggets and a very nice Chinese man at the counter. And close to the station, free parking in front of the door. I will definitely go back there when I live there

Good fries and not expensive on Saturdays, €1.20 for a portion and you get a lot. *Unfortunately, the Saturday discount is no longer available. Now €1.90, but you still get a lot of fries for that price.

Taken over 4 years ago by a hyperactive Chinese or Indian person. The contents are almost the same, but the extractor hood has been completely renewed and that was really necessary because the smell of years and years of cooking grease is completely ingrained in the tiles. Still, the food is quite good and some things are even tasty, but I haven't tested everything.

I've been told by people that these are the best fries in Almelo. I am certainly not negative about these, but if this is the best fries in Almelo, this does not bode well for the other snack bars in Almelo. This case is really just "ordinary". A counter with a display case containing the snacks, a simple old-fashioned board with the range in just large enough letters, a chalkboard with some promotions, 2 chairs with a table and just enough space to stand dry inside with about 5 people. The man the person I saw there both times just does his job routinely and the young lady (his wife?) occasionally comes to help more enthusiastically while she runs the adjacent café. Nice and easy and it runs fine. In that respect, the range is also without fuss and unfortunately does not taste above average, but certainly not bad. Normally I would give 3 or 4 stars. But because they don't call fries here ordinary fries, they have the XXL frikandel in their range, and they also bake them perfectly as they should, they get 5 stars from me.

Unfortunately, there is no Free WiFi and fries with mayonnaise mean that you cannot eat fries without mayonnaise, because all fries are covered with mayonnaise. Good price and seats are available, as are the nice staff...

Well, reasonable. The wandering guest next to this cafeteria bothers me immensely. FAIL

I ordered without onion but got fries war with onion, even though I said fries, mayo and peanut sauce. The onions were scraped off, but plenty of pieces remained. With an onion allergy, I will soon have stomach pain and diarrhea because of this.
