I had a phone conversation with this cafeteria today... I ordered food at 5:00 PM, and at 6:10 PM I checked my inbox. It said the food wouldn't be delivered until around 7:00 PM. The person who spoke to my wife wasn't very polite, using words like "we can't keep them informed, we're not an office," and so on.

Not a great snack bar. The fries were okay. The hamburger was very bland, and the burger itself was a standard beef patty, which was tasty. But the bun was a regular white bun. It was supposed to have pickles and other things on it, but all it had were a few lettuce leaves. Disappointed, I ordered a soft serve ice cream. But that was also a huge disappointment. It dripped off and was far too soft—more like a milkshake in a cone than ice cream.

We order from here regularly, but with large orders, things often go wrong. Items are constantly being forgotten, meaning the order is almost never complete. This is very frustrating and completely destroys our confidence in the service.

This is a stingy cafeteria, the cups aren't even filled properly. Very disappointing.

Best burgers I've had from a snack bar, better (and cheaper) than many restaurants! Real beef and fresh ingredients on a tasty bun.

I've ordered burgers before because they're so good. Recently, I ordered one again, without bacon. After a few bites, I tasted bacon. The rest of the burger wasn't bacon-free, but during preparation, a small piece probably got hidden that he didn't see. No big deal, it happens. So I called them and told them how we could fix it. The guy immediately responded that he made the burger himself and that it wasn't possible. Instead of being friendly and trying to find a solution, he became defensive. It's not about the money, but it's a bit of a shame that it happened that way.

We order here every week for about €100. Something always goes wrong at Ijsenzo. They forget to bring the food we ordered, not just a single container, but five or six items. The food was 20 minutes late and cold. The containers are only half full, but then they jack up the prices.

The fries in the special dish weren't as they should be, and they were already cold. The frikandel special hadn't even been cut open, the sauce was sloppily poured over them, and they were also cold. And the chicken in the spring roll tasted like rubber and had a strange smell, so I didn't eat it. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Specially ordered fries, and the sauce is in a container next to it. With a special fries, the sauce should be poured over it. Fries were also not well done and were very light in color. Frikandel was also not fried properly, it was still raw. And light in color Bitterballen were delicious. There is also such a screen where you have to order, (such a thing in recent years), very customer unfriendly! The first time I was here, and also the last time. I was helped by a friendly girl!

Incredibly bad food, spoiled roulade. Potatoes mourned instead of fried. Hygiene is very bad here.

The ice cream scoop is very tasty here, very good flavors such as bubble gum/smurf and more that you can't find anywhere else!

We have been ordering here for a number of years and very occasionally we get an ice cream on the go. The ice cream is excellent and the service is excellent. When you call, the employees are very friendly, but if there is a complaint then things are different, we know from the past. The menu is extensive, which is a good solution for us because of the stews for variety. You often get an extra small bowl of ice cream with your order, which is of course always tasty. We had a complaint two years ago. There was always something that was wrong with the order or it was lukewarm. But when the chops arrived black with an order, we thought that was really not possible and called. We were also not treated properly and were actually completely fed up with it. Because we ordered more often, the owner came back to us. Very neat, so we ordered again, but the quality became increasingly worse and we then moved to another cafeteria. After a year I tried it again because the extensive menu is just nice. Everything always went well. Until yesterday. The stew seemed to have been reheated several times, the bacon was fried black, potato slices were quite cold and there was very little, the snack also tasted less than normal. The hamburger was really good and the french fries were good too. But for us it is the reason not to order here anymore. After our previous experience, this was another downer. I also see that the cafeteria's website only contains positive reviews, while here there are quite a few negative reviews and the cafeteria's response to these negative reviews also says enough. My tip to them, take a complaint seriously and try to remain positive towards the customer. Think of it as feedback instead of attack. People take the time to give your company a second chance, so take it. Because word of mouth is the best advertising. Mistakes are made where people work, but if people make the effort to spend their money with you, give them something positive in return. We really think it's a shame and order food from different eateries a few times a month, but unfortunately not here anymore, despite the extensive menu and delicious ice cream 😔

You can certainly enjoy good food here. And the customer service is also very good!

Normally good service but tonight very poor service, food was cold. I called to report it and the gentleman used a rebellious tone and it was unacceptable that the food was cold. Never order crappy service from here again.

Fries were almost burnt and red in color! was really not tasty. Large fries special 5 euros yes sorry that was definitely not worth it. Then I know better chip shops where the quality is 10 times better

Delicious egg ball and they have French fries!

Just ordered food, undoubtedly tasty as always. Delivery time on request was 5:30 PM, order delivered at 5:00 PM. Normally you would be happy with this, but not if the blackheads don't arrive until 5:30 PM. Now a fairly large order is getting cold...

Have been getting takeout from here regularly for a while now. The fries are crispy, the world burger or egg-bacon burgers are also always good. I like to cycle around the block, even though Ter Maat is closer.

I got fries and snacks once, because I always appreciated their ice cream and the menu looks creative. Well, that was the last time. I didn't really think the process of taking the order went well. At first I was ignored, and when my order was taken, no eye contact was made and the lady was curt. “Eat it, take it away?” Almost snapped. When I finally got home with the order, it turned out to not be very good either. The fries were not crispy but chewy. No idea how they managed that. Old fries reheated? Old fat? No idea, but it wasn't tasty. The hamburger was cold, and the ingredients seemed cheap and of poor quality. So the "ham on the bone" really looks more like a cheap slice of ham from the supermarket. The composition was a mess, and the taste of the whole thing was not nice. The grizzly was even tougher than the fries. Also cold inside, and the taste was so bad that I gave up after two bites. Just had to shake it, so dirty. A huge shame, but I wouldn't recommend others to eat here.

Good food but 1 woman is very rude and for the 2nd time she doesn't order correctly or yells at you

Received raw chicken meat, pepper sauce not prepared properly, ice thrown in a bag and delivered upside down. The tastes don't taste good. Potatoes black pieces.. Bag torn open at the bottom and you just get it in your hands.. Very poor handling, very very bad Marcel 😡

Toppers, It was delicious again! The brown carpaccio sandwich is highly recommended. It's also nice if you can replace the truffle mayonnaise with another sauce. And compliments for the great tapas board through your subsidiary: home of Bökkerink Good combinations so there is something tasty for everyone.

The lady is antisocial and customer unfriendly! The order was incorrect. People can make mistakes but not this lady and declared the customer a liar!

Very customer unfriendly. Order not complete after calling, we are made to feel like fools... after a lot of effort, a repeat order was placed that was cold and undercooked. By the way, 1 bag of fries was also missing. After calling again, we were treated with disbelief and she wanted to give us "the benefit of the doubt". After such a treatment my appetite was gone. Unfortunately, only the fries are gluten-free, no gluten-free overnight or something like that. You can eat well here. Only not with a gluten allergy. If you order via the website and have it delivered, it is easy and fast. You will receive updates via email about expected delivery and when it is actually on its way. Driving sustainably in an electric car. Delivery is good.

Just received our order and disappointed again, last 2 orders incomplete and now everything was stuffed into a box without putting bags around it, so everything was covered in peanut sauce... also strange that our cold drinks were in the same box, I don't have to say that this cools the food!!! Worst milkshake ever.. milkshakes with flavored syrup aren't great anyway. My milkshake had so much chocolate syrup in it that I couldn't swallow a sip. In addition, the milkshake was watery. I just stood there when he knocked it down himself, I don't understand why they let me walk out of the shop with a milkshake like that for 2.75.

Staff ignore their customers, disrespectful and don't make eye contact

Ordered food online on Sunday evening with a pick-up time of 1730. Food wasn't ready until 6pm. Potato slices were burnt and before my eyes they went into the fat for a second time together with the fries to reheat. The schnitzel was much too thin and fried too hard, so it was burnt on the edges and was folded in half in the container. In our opinion, the homemade stew was certainly not homemade and was more sauce than meat. I understand the delay, but not with this quality.

Just ordered food, firstly it took forever for the order to be ready and secondly, I discovered that under the mayo and peanut sauce of my fries war there was a lot of curry! Very bad. Very tasty super hamburger with delicious fries

I called this morning at just after 11:00 to place an order. It would be delivered at 12:45 after I had called to see if anything had happened...(Something can always happen along the way) the employee on the phone said that it would most likely be at the door shortly. And indeed....13:05 the lady stood in front of our shack with our delicious meal that we had been looking forward to for 20 minutes......it could always be a little later, said the lady who brought it, but 20 minutes! !!?????? We had to laugh a bit then, but when we unpacked we were met with a new surprise: 2 grilled burgers too few, and 1 frikandel sandwich too many, and what was not nice at all was that everything had simply become lukewarm to cold. I think I'll just go back to the Ster on Friday next, so I'm sure everything will turn out fine...

Super delicious ice cream and the fries and snacks are also tasty. Just a pity that it is located on Wierdense Street. It is not easy to walk there from the city center. On the other hand, it is close to the station and the ROC, so that will undoubtedly provide customers. But if I feel like having an ice cream in the evening, I always go for ice cream and such! If requested, they will also pack it neatly for you and you can always taste new flavors.

Today the same order was placed again and stated from last time, same mistake again. I called again. The friendly lady on the phone understood completely but still had to ask her name. The boss said gruffly and bluntly "I have done as much wrong as possible so they get only a cup of peanut sauce," the employee said, "I wrote it down for you, (we could hear this conversation between them). Half the portion of fries was covered in sauce that we didn't order. That's not how you treat customers." if you made the mistake yourself.last time for us!

We were very satisfied the previous times. We only order here if we want something special. Unfortunately tonight was not as good as we are used to. The fries were lukewarm, and both snacks were burnt black. Very salty and almost impossible to eat. The chicken satay was unfortunately without sauce. Fortunately, we had ordered large fries, so we still had enough food.

Large order prepared quickly. Asked explicitly by telephone for extra plastic containers. We were kindly promised this, but unfortunately these were missing when we unpacked. Despite that, the food was still delicious.

Delicious fries and no cardboard taste, friendly service with good prices and various Italian ice cream in the summer. For those with a big appetite, the construction workers burgers are highly recommended, filling my boys' stomachs just like a 3 in 1 snack.

Food was not good! Fries were cold, limp and a large portion was even raw! Chili chicken burger was also cold and the lettuce was brown! Berehap looked like it had already been eaten and vomited again, so disgusting! Complaints were not taken seriously and it was said that the fries had become cold because it was busy on the road and because the delivery person had been waiting 5 minutes to deliver the order!
