Whatever others say about the fries we serve here, we usually drive more than half an hour because the food here is really that delicious!!

This is the place to be if you like nasi balls, so delicious

I could write a long review, but for the fries that we serve here we usually drive more than fifteen minutes out of our way simply because the food here is not matched by other cafeterias. There is only one downside to the (large) portions here and that is that they inevitably run out at some point... And then you are already looking forward to the next time.

Today, at the age of 23, I went to Schraven for the first time in my entire life in Breda, after the NAC match. I can certainly say that the stories are true: good atmosphere, friendly, hardworking people and, above all, good fries! I'll definitely be back!

Yeah what can I say. I think I was already scraping my diaper. I grew up with it and grew up with it. That was now about 60 years ago. And everything still tastes just as good as when I was 5. Older place to look at, but that also creates the atmosphere. They make various snacks themselves and you can definitely taste that. The fries are delicious.

I can say the best chip shop in Breda! If you've never eaten here, definitely do so! Lots of homemade snacks! and I never skip the homemade stew! Delicious and the atmosphere is really nice and hospitable.

Delicious fries and stew. Staff friendly. But seats are a bit on top of each other. Anyway, it's a cafeteria.

Faded glory, that's how it feels and that's how it tastes. Disinterested, broken furniture, expensive, dirty and unfortunately not tasty. I have never seen satay sauce like this before, it was more of a kind of thick soy sauce. The croquette sandwich was not eaten, it was open and it had a strange taste that I couldn't identify. Everything looks old and worn out. High expectations because of the reviews, but unfortunately.

Been coming here for years, live close by, good familiar food, fresh fries, the famous homemade nasi balls, homemade seasonal croquettes, fresh stew, sauces, salad is freshly made after ordering, fresh meals, etc.

We come from Gool especially to eat fries there. So says enough. Always busy and pleasant.

The best chip shop in Breda. Today we ate Indonesian slow-cooked pork belly with satay sauce and fries, delicious. It was delicious again today, still the best chip shop. IT WAS FUN AGAIN TODAY

Voor een cafetaria.... 5 sterren!!! Spare ribs waren super lekker! Vriendelijke mensen en we gingen al regelmatig afhalen maar ook daar eten is n aanrader!!!

De friet stoofvlees is hemels. Hier krijg je een royale portie friet voor een betaalbare prijs. De eigenaar staat zelf achter / voor de frituur.

Elke review van minder dan 5 sterren is een misverstand. Dit is de beste cafetaria van Nederland. Tip: neem een huisgemaakte nasibal. Ik kijk alweer uit naar het volgende bezoek.

Cafetaria Schraven is een familibedrijf die al bijna 100 jaar friet en aanverwante artiekelen verkopen. Ze draaien zelf hun ijs en in Breda en omstreken zijn hun nasiballen wereldberoemd. Ook de friet word vers gebakken. Kortom. Een eersteklas cafetaria.

Heerlijk frietje biefstuk op en ze staan bekend om hun eigen gemaakte nasi ballen die overigens ook heerlijk zijn en vriendelijke mensen

Lekkerste friet in Breda. Zoals altijd Royaal in friet geven en saus vind ik lekker persoonlijk ( moet je overigens van houden veel saus) is dit niet wat je lekker vind dan gewoon aangeven.

Heerlijke verse friet en zelf gemaakte snacks. Medewerkers altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Absolute aanrader.

De kwaliteit van de nasi bal en de kroketten zijn super lekker en de friet is ook goed van kwaliteit.

De lekkerste tartaarsaus vind je hier. Vriendelijk personeel en lekkere friet.

Totaal geen vriendelijke bediening. Het personeel werd afgesnauwd en was tegen de gasten ook niet vriendelijk. Geen fijne sfeer. Friet en nasiballen waren oké, maar niet top. Kroket was opengebarsten en daardoor hol vanbinnen.

Het was fantastisch, vandaag voor de eerste keer hier gegeten, heerlijke verse friet , in een gezellige setting, wij gaan hier meer komen🙏👏

Friet zoals het hoort te zijn. Gebakken door vakmensen. Erg lekker. Je zou denken dat ze het in Vlaanderen zijn gaan leren. In Nederland kom je friet op dit niveau gewoon niet tegen. 💪🏼

Echt een aanrader, ga er gewoon eens eten, heerlijke friet, geen fabrieks-zooi. Wij hadden een schitzel met champignons en friet, gewoon heerlijk.
