The homemade fries are delicious and the unusual toppings make it complete 👌 You can also sit down comfortably to eat your order, except around dinnertime, but that is a good sign 😁 In short, Oldenzaal has gained an excellent cafeteria 🥳

Food was great, highly recommended are the smashburger and patat kofte. The delivery guy was friendly, great spot.

By now, we have had the chance to experience Patatoo both on-site and via home delivery. What delicious fries! We are big fans of the fries with truffle mayo, and the fries with köfte are also highly recommended. The köfte has a nice kick to it. The enthusiasm of the staff in the shop is infectious. Another plus point for me is that leftover vegetables are donated to the petting zoo. Highly recommended!

We thought we had tried everything, but this completely makes up for our tough day. Fries with aged cheese and spicy mayo – a delicious combo! And the burgers and snacks speak for themselves 😋 Service remains top-notch 👌🏼

This is another great spot in Oldenzaal serving delicious fries made from freshly cut potatoes daily. There is convenient parking for both cars and bicycles, and the prices are affordable.

Good food and a nice place, but it does take a very long time; if you order online, you always have to wait much longer.

Has been open for six months, new owner, friendly guy. Otherwise, it's just a snack bar with a few tables outside and inside. Looked neat and I'll definitely come back again; I can certainly recommend it.

We normally go to another chip shop, but that one was closed, so we tried this place instead. We were very pleasantly surprised! Especially the tasty spices :) Highly recommended. And the people working there are nice too.

Yesterday we had another delicious meal; the fresh fries are warm and well-seasoned. The Parma fries and the smashburgers are REALLY recommended. (Our favorites) One of the better cafeterias in Oldenzaal. The staff is friendly and the food is very tasty.

The fries were cold and left over 3 times, and there was one chicken nugget too few.

Ordered fries with snacks, it was delicious. I accidentally ordered gluten-free. New snacks were simply delivered free of charge. Great service!

We had the Parmesan & Truffle Mayonnaise fries for the first time tonight; we had heard that they were incredibly tasty. Well, that is certainly true. What delicious fries, and the smash burgers we ordered with them were perfect too, especially the size! We really had a wonderful meal.

I've gotten fries and snacks a few times now, and the Parma fries were delicious! Smashburger was also great. I did have them delivered once, and that took a while, but maybe that's logical, around 5 or 6 pm...

Just got fries and snacks. The fries were almost burnt and greasy. Home-cut fries are nice, but I wonder if they're still fresh with the skin on... Home-cut fries without the skin should be good! Moreover, the croquette wasn't hot and was even partially frozen inside. So that was the last time!

For the second time, we had to wait a really long time for our order. The first time, we called and picked it up ourselves. We waited a whopping 50 minutes, no sign of a rush. The second time, we ordered and had it delivered. After calling, it arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cold fries, cold snacks, very poor service. This was the second time, never again.

Just had dinner at Patatoo's. Delicious, fresh fries, perfectly cooked! Not too salty and just the right temperature. It's a great place to sit with family or in-laws :)

The fries were delicious, but the bamischijf (noodle slice) had almost no flavor. The service was also poor. I picked up my order before 4:05 PM and it wasn't ready until 4:35 PM. They even tried to give me my food before I'd even paid. I also didn't like the atmosphere; it felt like McDonald's with chaos in the kitchen.

Unreachable by phone. No fries, no bitterballen, had to wait 45 minutes for an order, and when I got home, the order was still incomplete. Let's just say it was a startup problem.

Soggy, cold fries, and they'd forgotten the extra-large frikandel. When we got home, it turned out the extra-large frikandel was a special extra-large frikandel, which we didn't order, so we didn't eat it here. So, we quickly went back to pick up a regular extra-large frikandel. Now, when we got home, everything was completely cold. No apology, so poorly handled. We were especially curious about the homemade fries, which were a real disappointment. So there's still plenty of room for improvement, and we're lucky there's a cafe nearby that does a good job.

After two bad experiences at Wajers, I tried this cafeteria. Sunday evening was quiet. The fries were good, the snack could have been cooked a bit more, and the onions were still too raw.

Poor communication and disappointing service I had decided to have a bite to eat here with my family, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. While I got my bami with satay within five minutes, my family had to wait half an hour for their fries and snacks. This while it was not busy at all in the restaurant. When I asked what was wrong after eating my meal, it turned out that they had completely forgotten my family's order. This is not the first time that we have experienced something similar here. Although the food itself can be good, the communication leaves a lot to be desired. Some training in that area would certainly not hurt. In any case, we will not be coming back here.

Placed an online order for collection, they call to find out whether it is collection or delivery, and indicate again that it is collection. Clear, I think? Not so. At the cafeteria 10 minutes before the agreed time and after waiting half an hour I asked how long it would take. What turned out? They suddenly just (2 minutes before, so still much too late) sent the order to our home address. Waiting half an hour for nothing, nothing is said or asked and then we are also expected to pay for delivery. Since the food had been getting cold for 20 minutes before they had it delivered, it was one soggy and limp mess.

Regular customer, I come there every Friday, the food is good and the people are friendly. If people think it is better at someone else's, they should go there. I have good experience here, I have been coming there for almost 20 years, with the exception of the time when they were closed after the fire.

Yesterday we sat on Lin's terrace and ate a special snack. This was nice and warm and the peanut sauce tasted great again. We didn't have to wait long for our food to be ready. Occasionally we also order and have it delivered to our home. We think it is an added value that they can now deliver both fries and Chinese food to your home. The fries now taste better than before! I'm glad they're back and wish them the best of luck :)!

Went here some time ago to get food. After waiting more than 55 minutes and noticing that people who came in well after us had already left with their food, we asked where it was. After waiting another 10 minutes it was finally ready. After a car ride of less than 3 minutes, when we got home the food turned out to be almost cold and it was all dirty and greasy too. Drove back and asked for money back. We received this with the comment that we are doing our best. Never again a video snack for us

How wonderful that you are back. The food was delicious and value for money. Deliciously filled spring rolls, nasi and noodles in a container that was large enough for the price, delicious with the taste you know from the Chinese and which I have been missing for years. In short; so happy that I can order here and that it can even be delivered and quickly. It was delivered to us within 20 minutes. Really great. I am very satisfied and hope it stays that way. Great that Cafeteria Videosnack is opening again! Very friendly staff, you never have to wait long, the food is tasty (especially the peanut sauce!) and the combination of Chinese food and fries/snacks is of course ideal. And it's also great that you can now have it delivered! That was not yet possible with Chinese food in Oldenzaal. And in the summer, make a pit stop for an ice cream while walking.
