Unfortunately, I was treated rudely. I really wanted a slice of cake because the one she took had significantly less icing, which wasn't allowed. It's my money I'm using to buy those cakes, after all. Why can't I, as a customer, point to the piece I want? That turned into an argument instead of a customer-focused approach. That's why I won't be back anytime soon.

I first bought the cakes at the Antillean Food Fesitival, and my goodness, were they SUPERB!!! Moist, full of flavor, and did I mention TASTYYYYY!! I bought the Ponche crema cake, the Pistachio Ponche cake, and my most FAVORITE the Tres Leches cake! I can eat a shipload of that!! It's just beyond deliscious!! I recommend!!!

I wanted to place a order for my daughter BD, walked in 10 days before her BD. The man at the counter was watching a movie,he didn't even greeting me,anyway....I asked him to place a order for a cake which will be due in 10 days, surprise surprise, they don't take orders for today, fair enough, I asked what about tomorrow, his answer: No, tomorrow not possible either. So...what about Friday or better, when I can place the order? I don't know,he said. So.. for what tou have a cake place open if you cannot do cakes? 🤔

I got a birthday cake this afternoon before closing time. I took a bite and it was dry and tasted like burnt cake. Too bad I threw it away!!🤬🤬

Cakes are always delicious, moist & fresh. But they should definitely check the staff. I feel really welcome when the guy is working, he is very welcoming, but when the girl is working it really feels very unwelcoming, as if she doing you a favor selling you a cake.

If there where more stars I would add them, niet alleen mooi maar lekker!!! Altijd!!! Cakes by kee don't disappoint!!! I always ask to surprise me with his own creation and I'm always surprised!!! God bless you, your employees, business everything!!!!!

Delicious cakes, especially the Milky Way, birthday cake and cashew, but it doesn't mention which cakes contain alcohol.

I drove all the way there specifically to pick up some cakes, but the employee was very unfriendly. She was completely unhelpful, rude, and disinterested, so I almost decided not to buy anything. I finally did, because I really wanted the cakes, but this experience will probably put me off buying anything here again. Such a shame, because it's a really nice place!

I regularly go there to get a slide cake. However, each time I've spoken to a counter employee who's actually very curt and rude. Which is a shame, because the cake is delicious and the interior is nicely decorated. I hope she understands that customer service is also very important for a business to keep customers coming back. I'm not writing this to criticize or criticize your staff, but rather to offer feedback.

Service with a smile, good advice, many options of cake. Every single piece of cake was delicious and totally worth the price and calories. According to me and my friends. Mind you: parking closeby to the shop is hell. So park in the neighbourhood and walk over to the shop. In one sentence: small shop, but amazing cakes!

I came all the way from Capelle to get 5 pastries here so that I could order cakes here in the future as we do this regularly. There was a girl behind the counter (Tue 19-9-23) who was very arrogant but gave us very poor and grumpy information about the cakes. I asked for advice and she was very curt, terrible business card for such a good cause!!

Wij hadden onze bruidstaart besteld bij CakesbyKee. Wat een prachtige en heerlijke taart hebben zij geleverd! De taart topper was ook heel mooi! Wij wilden de taarttopper in de vorm van onze logo met onze voorletters en het was heel goed gelukt. Cakesbykee luisterde geduldig naar mijn wensen. Ik heb ze zeker 4 keer gemaild om elke keer iets te wijzigen aan de taart en ze stonden voor alles open. Heel erg bedankt voor de goede zorg en het luisteren naar mijn wensen. De kleur van de taart was goed, de bloemen waren heel mooi! De bloemen op de taart waren net als mijn bruidsboeket die ik als voorbeeld had gestuurd naar ze. Al onze gasten vonden de taart ook heel mooi en vooral heerlijk!

Voor mijn man's veertigste verjaardag bestelde ik een taart bij Cakes by Kee (trouwens, niet de eerste en ZEKER niet de laatste keer). De bestelling plaatste ik maanden van tevoren, omdat deze heer gauw volgeboekt is! Ik gaf mijn wensen door en gaf hem alle ruimte om zijn gang te gaan. Ik vertrouw hem volledig, cause I know he delivers!!! De thema was muziek. Zijn twist: sleek & chique. WOW, WOW en nog eens WOW! Wat een mooie taart was het. Eindelijk bij Cakes By Kee een high tea gedaan voor de verjaardag van mijn moeder. Lekkere zoetigheden en voornamelijk de taarten waren de moeite waard. De hapjes waren ook erg lekker. Ik kom zeker terug.
