I picked up the cake and the cake was crooked and there was a dent on top of the cake.

OMG, amazing amazing amazing The owner and the staff are very welcoming with great smile, very kind, very generous. We ordered one coffee cake and one vanilla cake with fluffy white cream were very very delicious like wedding cake. The cappuccino and Americano were the best. There are plenty of options as well to suit all tastes. God bless you guys

Quality unknown, haven't eaten yet. But the store doesn't have any signs indicating what's for sale or the prices. I haven't even bought a whole pie yet, and it cost me €24. Ridiculous! If I'd seen the prices when I walked in, I never would have bought one. They just charge the price you pay for a pie there. I would never buy one again. The photos of the store on Google aren't accurate.

I ordered a pie and picked it up here. Everything was ready on time. The pie was delicious. And the person who helped me was polite, quick, and friendly.

I always loved going to Multi Vlaai on Poolsterplein, that was three years ago. Friendly staff, good service. But now I've been back twice in the past few weeks. I think there are other people inside. Unfriendly, the coffee isn't good anymore. And the new interior isn't welcoming either. The old interior was more inviting. And the staff speaks foreign languages, I think Turkish, or at least some Arabic. And I didn't get my order until they'd finished chatting. I'll definitely never go back. I can only say it's a shame.

You're welcome at any Multivlaai, except the one at Poolsterplein. There's an unfriendly, grumpy guy who doesn't like working there but has to do it to make ends meet.

How this location is even allowed to stay open is beyond me. The sign outside is falling apart and has been taped up. They're not adhering to the opening hours. Hygiene is very important to me. So when I come in for a cake, I find it rather unsanitary to have my pastry picked up with my fingers and shoved onto a plate. Once the pastry was on the table, we were told, "The pastry might be a bit cold because it came from the refrigerator." Of course, I immediately understood what she actually meant. After taking two bites, my pastry was still frozen. And that for €5+ per slice! Simply antisocial. Furthermore, the store could use an upgrade.

Do not order cakes via the multivlaai website at this location, I ordered 3 times well in advance on different dates (birthdays) and all 3 times the orders never came through, so they did not have the cakes I ordered ready and they did not deliver them. Compensation is never offered, only that you can choose another cake with the order amount. My relatives have experienced exactly the same thing. If you order in the store itself, that is no problem, they say. However, no more multi-flan for me.

Atmosphere in this place is terrible. Women witch one working here really don't have skills to working with people. I love multivlaai cakes, but not in this place... Big disappointment Plus coffee was so discusting not possible to drink.

Today I got a pie, not whole ones, but dots when I got home, I had to take a closer look, I didn't know what I saw, the dots were so small, I'm not used to that at all, always buy at multivlaai, I think I've never seen it there, is this a new policy or something? From now on I will look more carefully before I pay.. I have never seen such small points anywhere.. too bad! And the lady who works there could also be friendlier!

ORDERED CHERRY PIE BY TELEPHONE - GET SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT - NO WE DO NOT SOLVE SIR - FOOD CAN NEVER BE EXCHANGED. Really cool! If you want to spend your money on a company that doesn't care about you, come here, they don't care!

Very unfortunate. I asked on the phone which pies were left that were gelatin and alcohol-free. The lady mentioned the Bossche bol vlaai and red velvet flan, among others. I looked it up at home just to be sure and guessed three times… with gelatin. The lady also did not have the ingredients list at hand, so if you have allergies and special dietary needs, it is better to ignore this.

Annoying that it says online that the store is open until 6:00 PM. Then when I arrive at 5:35 PM the store is already closed.

The cakes here are not that tasty. I only take the bites. Service is good and prices are a bit on the high side.

I came in and asked an older Dutch woman if she also had whipped cream cake, she laughed at me and said what do you think, of course don't look around, I only have pies. I was in such shock that I said thank you and left. The way is absolutely not possible. Never come here again and will warn people around me about this branch!

Ordered a birthday cake 6 weeks in advance and called again 2 weeks before and on the day of delivery they came with a cake that we did not order at all and the employee told me that this is it and nothing else. Very poorly organized and staff unfriendly and certainly not helpful. Our little one's birthday was completely ruined and thank you

Ik ben een fan van Multivlaai maar deze winkel had in de middag geen vlaaipunten meer van de basis smaken. Jammer.

Koop er regelmatig heerlijke vlaaien. Ruim assortiment en allemaal even lekker. Een groot voordeel: het is een stuk dichter bij dan Limburg!

J'étais de passage pour visiter la ville et ce fut une agréable découverte. Lieu agréable, pâtisserie délicieuse, je recommande.

Vorige week voor het eerst langs geweest omdat ik met spoed een taart nodig had. Gelukkig hebben ze mij goed kunnen helpen, oa omdat ik specifiek opzoek was naar Halal taarten. Super vriendelijke medewerkers. Zeker de moeite waard om vaker langs te gaan! top top top!

Regelmatig kwam en bestelde ik hier voor de lekkerste koekjes en vlaaien. De medewerkers zijn heel aardig en helpen mij altijd met veel plezier. Bedankt voor de goede service en heerlijke taartjes!

Hier kan ik altijd terecht voor de meest lekkere vlaaien. Ik wordt altijd zo goed geholpen door alle medewerkers. Dank voor jullie inzet. Ik kom hier zeker nog een keer langs!

1ste keer binnen geweest. Je komt binnen en dan..... ruikt t zooo lekker. Dan kijk je links zie je al die taarten en een vriendelijke personeel. Leuke gesprek gehad met heel veel aandacht. En verschillende Taarten gekocht het was super lekker. Ik kom weer terug. BEDANKT

Goede service en heerlijke taarten! Worden altijd netjes op tijd en vers bezorgd wanneer wij die bestellen.

Good pastry. Love them. Good selection when you are he in the morning. But you can always per-order via their website. They even cut the cake in perfect portions. Tastes good. Prices could be a little lower.

Prima vlaaien specialist als je die nodig hebt. Groot assortiment maar wel vooraf bestellen anders zijn de lekkerste al weg. Personeel is ervaren en snijd je vlaai in 5 seconden in perfecte stukken.
