Cerise Grand Café in Wijk 00 Centrum

Het was super lekker eten, en daarbij was de bediening ook top. Er werd gevraagd of we het volgende gerecht meteen wilden, of nog even wilden wachten. Super!

Zelfs in alle drukte ( sjoemelmarkt roermond) kregen we een snelle vriendelijke bediening en het eten was top een aanrader als het zelfs met zo een drummer goed is kom ik zeker terugop een Kalmer moment want dan word he helemaal in de watte gelegd .

We werden supervriendelijk onthaald en een tafeltje toegewezen. De bediening is vlot en spontaan. Na een lekker aperitief hebben we genoten van kabeljauw en brisket texas style als hoofdgerecht. Mooi perfect gebalken stuk vis gekregen. Het vlees was ongelooflijk lekker!! Nog maar weinig zo een smaakvol stuk vlees gegeten. We hebben de avond afgesloten met een Italian en Spanish Coffee volgens de regels van de kunst. We zijn grote fan van dit restaurant. Dikke merci!!!

Een welverdiende 10/10 super keuken met heerlijke schilderachtige gerechten een smaak bom op je bord met veel liefde tot aan je tafel gebracht, een top team aan personeel vriendelijk, behulpzaam rustig en geduldig wat zeker een meerwaarde aan de balie was een dikke proficiat en wij gaan voortaan voor jullie hotels Wel bedankt!!

Na een lekker aperitief aten we een voorgerecht ( oesters en garnaalkroketten). Die waren erg lekker en goed betaalbaar. De kids kozen daarna voor een hamburger en wij aten bouillabaisse en kabeljauw. Een zeer ruime portie. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ik was hier met mijn vrouw eten omdat we daarna naar een voorstelling van Claudia de Breij gingen. Ze zorgde ervoor dat iedereen op tijd klaar was.

Zeer mooi kader in het Theaterhotel. Bijzonder vriendelijke bediening met aandacht voor de gasten (bv : wachten we nog even alvorens het hoofdgerecht te serveren ? Geeft U maar een teken als het mag geserveerd worden. ) Dit is een kleine moeite maar hiermee onderscheidt U zich in zeer positieve zin. Het eten was bovendien zeer lekker en mooi gedresseerd op de borden.

Heerlijk gegeten! Personeel was heel vriendelijk! Wat ik ook altijd kan waarderen, is dat er gevraagd wordt of het hoofdgerecht al gemaakt kan worden als het voorgerecht wordt afgeruimd.

Wij hadden een theaterarrangement geboekt en lekker gegeten bij Cerise. Keuze was gevarieerd en alle drie de gangen smaakten heel goed. De bediening was snel en vriendelijk. Een heerlijk begin van de avond in een sfeervolle setting. Wij komen zeker weer terug.

The food is tasty and plentiful. We regularly have lunch here or drink tea while shopping. They have delicious loose tea in various flavours. The lunch menu is very extensive. Today we also tried dinner. Tasty, but not a very wide choice. Still, there is enough variety. Despite the fact that the tables are close together, I did not find this disturbing. The atmosphere is very cosy. We really like coming here. The staff is incredibly friendly and thinks along. The service is great!

Restaurant in hotel I am staying at, the Pork Tenderloin was good, just not memorable. The vibe is casual and the staff was nice , just not attentive.

We waren voor een speciale gelegenheid te gast bij Cerise. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en attent. De gerechten hadden een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. We voelden ons echt ‘te gast’ in het sfeervolle restaurant. We komen graag nog een keertje terug.

We wanted to have lunch here, but there appeared to be very little vegetarian on the lunch menu. In the end we ate very tasty Turkish Eggs! A little more vegetarian stuff would be a concern these days...

Ideal for a nice meal before the performance. Beef cheek is great.

Wat een mooi keuzemenu. We hebben heerlijk gegeten voorafgaand aan het theaterbezoek en hotel overnachting. Het was fantastisch . Zo in de donkere wintermaanden een heerlijk zeer compleet uitstapje!

Het Cerise Grand Café is een heel gezellige plek om te lunchen of dineren. Wij hebben de beste plek gehad bij de mooie open haard. Vooral de pokebowl kip is bijzonder lekker! Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader als je in Roermond bent!

On Saturday, December 14, we celebrated our annual Evoke Xmas Event together with all Evoketeers and their partners. The Van der Valk Theater Hotel De Oranjerie was transformed into an enchanting Winter Wonderland. From a delicious 4-course dinner to an illuminated dance floor – everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Thanks to the excellent service and hospitality of the De Oranjerie team, it became an evening to remember.

A great atmosphere and beautiful appearance. The staff are very friendly and the food delicious. We think it is the most beautiful theater and we love coming there. At least once a month.

The restaurant decor is truly incredible. The service is excellent and ensures that everything goes well. The meal was really delicious.

Beautiful, attractively decorated room during the Christmas dinner at Van der Valk in Roermond. Nice welcome with a drink and guidance to your seat. Everything neat and tidy; Because there are a lot of staff around, everything stays tidy. You sometimes see things differently at buffet dinners! The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all we had a very enjoyable evening here. Definitely worth repeating!

We used to come here regularly, but our experience tonight was very disappointing. The service was a disaster. Eva, the manager in particular, came across as unfriendly, disinterested and arrogant. This kind of attitude simply does not fit in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, her team seemed to mirror her behavior, which negatively affected the atmosphere and service. Upon arrival, it turned out that our reservation had not been found and we had to sit somewhere else, while tables that were marked as "reserved" remained empty during our entire stay of more than 2.5 hours. In addition, our orders were not remembered. When we tried to raise this, we received a nonchalant response that everything "tastes the same anyway." While we understand that things can sometimes go wrong, the unfriendliness and negative attitude with which we were treated was unacceptable. A bad day can happen, but this level of service cannot be excused. We have decided not to come back. We have had lunch and dinner here often and with great pleasure in the past, both for business and private purposes. However, after our experience with Eva we will stay away

Zijn naar de voorstelling deHospita geweest, samen met mijn dochter. Overnachting met diner, na het diner loop je zo de theater zaal in. Na de voorstelling heerlijk geborreld en daarna naar onze geweldige kamer,zo mooi en schoon. De volgende dag genoten van een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Visited Theater Hotel de Orangerie in Roermond for the 3rd time. What a great concept. Delicious food, a visit to the theater, drinks afterwards, a good night's sleep and ending with a super breakfast. What stands out there is the super hospitable staff who support you with all your questions and wishes from booking to stay. Highly recommended.

En…ook mijn lievelingstoetje: softijs ijs met gesmolten chocolade. Fijne bediening en leuke koks. Wij komen zeker terug!

Very tasty meal. It is more than worth the money: fresh oysters, steak tartare, salmon, salads, sushi, live cooking pasta, Bridget and much, much more. And…also my favorite dessert: soft serve ice cream with melted chocolate. Great service and nice chefs. We will definitely come back!

We hebben 2 nachtjes overnacht in het Pinksterweekend, waarin onze trouwdag viel. Samen hebben met onze zoon hebben we genoten van de luxe familie suite. Het is een prachtige suite. Ook het ontbijt buffet was niets op aan te merken. In het restaurant '-avonds ook heerlijk gegeten. Vriendelijke ontvangst. En prima bediening. Zekr de moeite waard om nog eens terug te komen

We booked a package for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner. I must say, the food is even better than the previous visits we had. The staff is always friendly and made sure that we felt really welcomed and comfortable. Starters were fantastic, I had the pork belly and my wife, shrimp cocktail, main courses were pasta with seafood for me and my wife has the Entrecôte. For desert, I had the apple crumble and my wife the cheese plate. We had a very good time and the life cooking buffet is worth checking out also!

Voor de verbouwing van de theaterzaal kwamen mijn vrouw en ik regelmatig in dit fantastische Theaterhotel. Toen we binnen kwamen keken we onze ogen uit, zo mooi als het geworden is. Wij hadden een theater arrangement met een buffet in de avond. Ik moet zeggen dat hier een keur van culinaire spijzen voorhanden waren. Zelden zoiets meegemaakt. Petje af, eveneens voor het uitgebreide ontbijt buffet. Jammer alleen dat de kamers wat gedateerd zijn, hoewel ik wel hoorde dat deze aangepakt worden. Kortom, wij komen zeker terug. En misschien dat het borreltje met hapje dan ook weer terug is in het theater arrangement. Veel lof voor de keuken.

The renovation of the entrance hall and the restaurant are dazzling. There is a quiet, luxurious atmosphere. The breakfast extension and the live cooking buffet are TOP! The staff is still super friendly and very helpful. We used to enjoy coming to Theaterhotel Roermond and still enjoy coming. We are curious about the new rooms soon :)

Service in the restaurant was good. Nice team that was very friendly and attentive and enjoyed getting along with each other. Breakfast was a bit less. Sandwiches and meats were not replenished on time both mornings, which meant that many guests initially missed out. Too bad, that could be better. In general, this hotel is definitely recommended and we will come back again.
