Chicken Boulevard in Rotterdam Centrum

The service was good! Polite and relaxed. The food was delicious. The service was friendly. You arrive and leave feeling good.

I just have to say that in 7 country’s I’ve been I’ve never felt more positive vibes by an employee the guy that you order food is super nice and also the food was amazing too keep up the nice work fellas

Nice food, but cancelling an order 1.5hrs after accepting is terrible

Hally Rocha what a drunk guy that was, I agree with the man behind the cash register, he hardly spoke English and raged at the drunk and swearing gentleman. I was glad that the boy remained very calm and kept telling him that he didn't understand him. Well, this is what I experienced, what kind of people they are.

Today on 01/01/2024 I went to this place with my wife, we ordered and I asked if I could have 4, I said 4! Chicken strips that were missing in my last order 2 weeks ago. The guy at the balcony, with a half shaved beard looked didn’t it like, and started asking me question like: “ why didn’t you return?” ( I said I live In Kralingen what’s 4/5km far from there, on the day I sent a message on the business Instagram that he said is not being used). He added “ I live in Kralingen too” ( I explained I live far and was not worth I cycle 5km for 4chicken strips! I also didn’t know where he live! I went to his business not to his house in order to buy it! He continued “ are you sure it was me? ( I said “yes, but it’s fine, I just asked if I could have that because I payed and thought it would be fine) Now it’s the masterpiece, he said : “ It’s strange because I have 29 years and I NEVER MADE A MISTAKE! ( really???? ) I just cancelled my whole order because I said to him I felt Insulted! I asked him many times if he was joking about I was making a drama for 4 chicken strips , when my order was gonna to be close to 30€! ( same as last time!) After we had this whole conversation with another client watching it , I was leaving and I added that I was going to write a review on google and for my surprise he tried to go away of it it saying : “ I don’t understand it” Nice product bad owner! I will Never return There. 4 chicken strips… the who never made a mistake… too much for me.

Regardless of the deliciousness of the food, the guy working there is so kind. I think you're doing yourself a disservice by not coming here. The chicken is hot and fresh. The seasonings on the drumsticks are out of this world. And the fries delicious.

Bij toeval ontdekt. Echt een top tent. Eten is lekker vers. Heerlijk krokant een schoon patat. En de service is ongekend. Hakan en zijn collega zijn ongekend en oprecht vriendelijk.

Wat een fantastische ontdekking! Chicken Boulevard overtreft alle naburige eettenten op het gebied van zowel klantenservice als kwaliteit van de kip. De toewijding van het team achter Chicken Boulevard aan echte kwaliteit kip is duidelijk merkbaar. Na mijn intensieve krachttraining kies ik steeds vaker voor mijn maaltijden hier. Hakan belichaamt perfect hoe oprechte klantenservice en gastvrijheid zouden moeten zijn. Blijf vooral zo doorgaan!

eten zo spang dat je 3 dagen niet hoeft te eten. god bless deze mensen. kip is juicier dan de poenie van mn ams 🙏🏿

It's definitely worth it. I wouldn't expect myself to like it this much. Everything was warm and tasty, and you probably can't put it in the category of fast food

Kip kip kip! Lekker en heerlijk bereid. Ik vond het heerlijk. Aardige mensen die klantvriendelijk zijn. Je kan er ook zitten om het rustig te nuttigen. Vind de zaak netjes er uitzien. Als je van kip houd en eventjes wilt eten een goede plek om je maaltijd te nuttigen!

Aanrader! Uitstekende service, warmte en een heerlijke maaltijd. Het is van binnen fijn en comfortabel. Voor de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is dit een fantastische tent om te bezoeken. Daarnaast is de kwaliteit van de kip ook erg goed.

Menu is wat beperkt maar de kwaliteit en prijs zijn goed. Service was ook goed.

Lekkere, malse kip. Ook qua prijs goed. Goed doorbakken, lekkere kruiden.

we bought 1 crispy chicken burger and 9 chicken nuggets with three dips, to take away. cost 11.70€. unwrapping we realized: burger meat ok, maybe homemade. nuggets industrially produced deep frozen stuff, nothing better or worse than McD... I should have been suspicious when I saw the dips selection: three dips from Heintz, rest from other prefab origins, only the peanut sauce looked homemade - but unfortunately exactly this one tasted sour... preferred to not eat it... so we were quite disappointed, only the simple grilled chicken looked worth coming back.

we got old chicken at least one day old. we could not eat it. they also did not take our complaint seriously. never again
