My obese personality loves ordering here. It starts with the friendly employee on the phone. If you're reading this... 🫶🏼 Friendliness isn't always common when ordering food, as we all know. An irritated person on the phone ruins half your experience, and you haven't even seen a bite yet. Delivery is quick, and nothing is ever missing, which is nice, because nothing is more annoying than a hangry wait only to find out half your food is missing. Many delivery restaurants are cutting back on food quantities like the supermarket COVID crisis of 2020, which is the worst way to save money, if you ask me. At Shalom, you can at least order a kapsalon where you get your money's worth, not stingy, a full container with a generous salad on top to compensate for the upcoming physical sin. You've got a loyal customer in me for a while now, and I'll definitely keep it that way. Thanks everyone for the great service 🤌🏼

Delicious food and large portion!!

It is not normal that you have to wait for your food for more than 2.5 hours, the food is otherwise perfect

After 13 years as a loyal customer, Oh my god, what a mess you get served, and then they say, "Yes, no, that's normal, no, no, no." With a bill of over 60 euros, I just expect what I ask for—no sauce on my ribs. After a lot of discussion, they'd rather lose me as a loyal customer than help me any further. Bad food cold on arrival but Yes that's what happens when you are almost an hour late unfriendly also not on time as requested do not order here have tried it several times but always a disappointment really don't do it and look for another place

I like the hair salon here best. I think it's a delicious addition because of the vegetables they add (tomato/cucumber/onion/lettuce). You get a full house.

Ordered a hair salon yesterday evening, the meat tasted a bit strange, the fries were weak and were put back in the fryer 3 times. I got a lot of stomach ache after the hair salon. Never order anything here

Food is very good... just a pity that if you order for a lot of money you have to pay delivery and ideal costs. At the moment the prices are ridiculously high and do not correspond to what you get... scandalous

Bad service, make an appointment only after 6 p.m., they simply call at 5:30 p.m. and we'll be there in 5 minutes. I said by telephone that I had an appointment between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM, nothing to do with it, busy sir, now take it or not until after 7:30 PM. Very aggressive and not customer friendly at all. I recommend never ordering here again.

I've been there a few times to pick up, the lady at the cash register is allowed to speak in a normal tone instead of a standard high tone. Meat in the kapsalon is just too little and the garlic sauce was diluted too much with water. Better to drive a little further to Rdam Zuid for quality.

Terrible. Don't order here if you want good food. Food arrived 2+ hours later and the chicken was raw. I called again to ask why it took 2 hours and the gentleman immediately started discussing it. I am someone who often orders food so this is really a no-go.

We ordered a delivery and took more than 2 hours come. We called them twice and the staff said we should have called them sooner so they can make the food faster??? It’s literally just kapsalon and the restaurant is 10 min by bike. Btw, they didn’t even put sauce in it

Very expensive and you get very little. First make everything considerably more expensive and then deliver less for the same money. This makes it easy to do business. 10 euros for a Turkish pizza döner with cheese, which had almost no meat on it, was just a bit too much for us. I recommend not ordering anything here.

We order at 4:45 PM for 6:30 PM because we have a break then... then we get a call at 6 PM, I put it on the intercom and then a lady says we will arrive between 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM, eventually the rest agreed, so confirm fine. At 7.15pm, still nothing, a colleague calls and they claim again that it will be 7.15pm with an overtime. Then at 7:35 PM the delivery person calls to say he is in front of the fence, but not at the address where he was supposed to be, it is still there at 7:50 PM. What a chaotic mess that was, pfff, never again.

Order food at 6 p.m. and don't have it yet at a quarter to 8.

Friendly staff, clean place and food was prepared quickly and was super tasty, I would say eat there sometime or order something and have it delivered or pick it up

Delivery man threatens healthcare workers in the hospital because the response is not fast enough. restaurant does not answer when requesting a recovery. If the delivery person is ordered to leave the department, this also results in a lot of aggression. legal action has been taken. It is not normal that you are not even safe in your working environment because of an outside delivery person. so no decency.

Best shawarma in the Hoogvliet/Poortugaal/Rhoon area. Always friendly and they also deliver to your home until very late. Tip, order via their own website.

Hardworking people who prepare a reasonable, well-packaged meal for you. Been coming here for 23 years and for fast food quite good.

De beste grillroom in de omgeving. De spareribs zijn echt supergoed. Schone zaak en vriendelijk personeel. Vandaag was ik echt een beetje onder de indruk. Ik vertelde dat ik een paar maanden Hun spareribs heb moeten missen omdat ik moeilijk at vanwege de chemobehandeling die ik afgelopen maanden heb gehad. Bij thuiskomst vond ik een bakje baklava bij de bestelling met een lieve boodschap erop geschreven. Dat vond ik toch wel zo vreselijk attent, echt bijzonder lief. Wij waren al fan vanwege de kwaliteit van het eten en de lieve moeite om zomaar even een hart onder de riem te steken terwijl het personeel hartstikke druk was gaf naast de volle buik nog een extra goed gevoel. Voor de inwoners van nissewaard; vergeet Spijkenisse en rij even de brug wil je echt lekker eten. Heel erg bedankt voor het lieve gebaar.

We gaan daar elke week naartoe om kapsalon te eten omdat het zo lekker is. De personen die daar zijn altijd vrolijk en aardig.

Bestel hier altijd mn shoarma altijd super goed en zeer goede service.

Hele harde werkers altijd vriendelijk snel klaar nooit problemen gehad bij hun. Probeer de sparibs je krijgt super veel super zacht en een lekkere marinade

saus bakje voor de helft gevuld, daarnaast vraagt bezorger om fooi ?! hahahaha wat triest de klant bepaalt zelf of tie fooi wilt geven of niet en daarnaast jullie zijn al heel prijzig schandalige honden.
