Been coming here all my life, delicious food, nice people, fast service (also with home delivery). I became vegetarian 3 years ago and was very surprised at how tasty the vegan options are! Tastes just like it used to, even though it is vegan.

Authentic Egyptian atmosphere, delicious food! Shoarma, chicken, sandwiches and dishes, everything was great. The owner and employees are always friendly.

Pizza was nice, prosciutto was fresh and tasty: Parma ham! The house wine is a very good choice especially considering its price. The personal is extremely kind. The music inside matches the soft jazzy atmosphere you’d want. Although, the bread with butter they bring is not free. Overall very nice experience.

Super sweet service, who already knew our regular order within a few times of eating here. Well-filled plates that taste perfect! Highly recommended for shawarma lovers! The vegan options are also super tasty.

Had a spoiled chicken salon and then you only get half your money back. When you call, you are told not to order from here anymore, no longer planning on bad service.

When I asked whether they sell HALAL meat, I was told a resounding YES. When asked whether they have a certificate available for inspection (because they also have pork on the menu), they said "no, how is that certificate possible? It is halal or pigs. Whatever you want." I then asked if it was stated on the box that it was halal and they said yes. I said, so I can see that box when I come to order there? That was absolutely not possible because all boxes, including the stock of meat, are immediately thrown away. They said "we know where we order it and that it is halal and if you want to believe it, you believe it and if not, that's fine too. We have to go now and hang up because it is very busy!" This was communicated in a very unpleasant way. Even angry. The case is most likely not HALAL and that's fine, but it has been lied to about it several times. Also available upon request in the store. Not suitable for Muslims!

Good food and also a good place to sit down and dine.

The meat is always delicious, but today it was very disappointing. They were very coarse pieces and a lot of fat. Not that good in taste either. Disappointed

Very good, tasty meat and well cooked fries. Hospitable welcome and friendly help. The dishes are well filled. The place is clean and cozy, the music is Mediterranean and gives a holiday feeling.

Initially a great restaurant. Shawarma tastes different because of the spices, but it is still tasty. Unfortunately, the last time I received very tough and burnt hair salons. Fries were soggy and I had to throw them away. Called the restaurant and heard that I will get a "special dish" next time. Well no thanks. I wouldn't order from here, there is a real chance that it will be okay. But there is also a chance that your food will not be edible and you will not get your money back. Personally, I won't order from here again because the service is disappointing (or actually just not there) if it is inedible. If it doesn't taste good, I won't complain because tastes differ. But I don't mind eating it.

However, really delicious dishes

Ruim 30 jaar vaste klant, (bijna) altijd goed gegeten. Helaas is de kapsalon de laatste jaren behoorlijk wisselend qua kwaliteit. De patat regelmatig te kort gebakken, of, zoals vandaag, de kapsalon te lang onderweg geweest met thuisbezorgd waardoor de topping op een schoenzool leek. Als je het meldt gaat het tijdelijk goed, maar daarna weer doffe ellende. Voorlopig klaar mee.

Wonderful food, no discussion, I ate several days

Ordered Kapsalon, asked about chicken shawarma, ended up getting chicken fillet, it looked like spoiled iceberg lettuce, and the fries were also completely greasy and limp, took 2 bites and threw them away immediately. First and last time, I am surprised by the good reviews, which is why I ordered.

Ben hier laatst wezen eten. Hele vriendelijke medewerkers, goed eten en fijne service. Kom hier zeker nog een keer terug!

heerlijk lamsvlees shoarma. goede schotel. patat goed. lekkere sla en zuur erbij. mmm. een aanrader dus. aardige mensen. snelle bediening. ze werken samen met de pizzeria ernaast. 1 terras. best handig om te weten. schotel mixed grill deluxe ook erg smakkelijk.

Best Shoarma/Grillroom in all of Rotterdam-Alexander. Family-owned and the family is of Egyptian descent. They serve well-known dishes with an authentic smile. The interior is a bit outdated, but the atmosphere and scent take you back to the Egyptian homeland. Altogether a great food experience!

5 uur bezorging besteld om het om 6 uur te laten bezorgen , om half 7 gebeld en 7 uur kwam het eten koud binnen , flinke tegenvaller

Komen hier al jaren, eten is heerlijk en de mensen die er werken super vriendelijk. Komen er graag

Heerlijk (Mixed Hot Chicken) gegeten. Het eten was heet (in temperatuur), maar ook lekker pittig met heerlijke sauzen daarbij.

Als je echt de gezelligheid wil opzoeken en een goede shoarma wil eten, dan kan ik me geen betere plaats bedenken dan hier. Eten, sfeer, service... Gewoon top!

Pas 1e keer besteld heeft heerlijk gesmaakt. Veel vlees bakjes saus van goed formaat dus vanavond maar weer smullen

De friet alleen al is beter dan menig cafetaria. Grote porties, vers. En zeer vriendelijke bezorging.

Laatste tijd met bestellen en afhalen, dat met de Kapsalon kip een rare smaak heeft.
