Don’t order take out from here if you wanna get robbed. I waited nearly two hours for my order which never came. Avoid this place at all costs. Person on the phone was incredibly rude, insisted my food was being made (~2hrs for a chicken sandwich?), said it was on the way, and it never even arrived. I should have read the reviews but was quick to order from here since it was late and this place was open on Thuisbezorgd.

Food does not arrive. Even when calling, it goes straight to voicemail. Do not order here!

This place is an absolute joke, I don’t know how it has such a good rating on Thuisbezorgd because the service was the worst I have ever had. Places an order at 11.33pm for the food to be delivered at 12.15am since they were closing at 1am. 12.15 comes and they’re not here so we check the app and call them numerous times after which we never receive an answer, while the app did not give an estimated time or ‘on the way’, nor nothing. At 12:50 someone calls me and says the delivery guy is outside with the food after we ordered from somewhere else since we could not reach them by any means and it was close to their closing time. The person at the phone was very rude and proceeded to say ‘what do u expect to order food and 15 mins later to come?’, like bro I ordered an hour and a half ago and called u to know what is going on. Guy on the phone really rude and will never order from them again.

Ordered last night, via UberEats, never received. Can only be reached by telephone via a 06 number. Tried calling, someone 'answers' but you hear nothing. DO NOT ORDER HERE…

I've enjoyed their tasty food but won't be ordering again due to mix ups, delays and lost items. Imagine having to wait far more than the indicated time and then having to share your food because half of it is not there and what you do get is also not the same as on your reciept.

Food was delivered super quickly. To be honest, I didn't expect much, but the chicken burger and hot wings were worth a big 10! Tip: the fries were tasty but could have been salted more and perhaps added herbs.

Received raw chicken. When I requested a refund via home delivery, I only received the chicken wings back. Not the chicken burger, which could also be contaminated or raw chicken. I realized it much too late and had food poisoning afterwards. I want the money back for the entire order because this is really not possible.

Ordered food from Amstelveen and it arrived within 25 minutes. Then the burgers and chicken were very tasty. Excellent for your kallie session!

What a terrible tent! Ordered twice here and once they arrived 3 to 4 hours late. The food is cold and the order was incomplete. And for those prices, you might as well buy the chicken yourself and eat it frozen. The second time (tonight) never arrived at all without any communication. No call nothing. I left a voicemail asking if they would like to call me back for a refund or some form of compensation, but again NO response. There's no point in calling, because no one answers anyway. NEVER AGAIN!!! And the delivery person does not exude service or friendliness either. Do not order here.

Really good late night food service! Quite Fast delivery and a small menu (which makes it so much easier when ordering with a big group). The value for your money this place offers is amazing, they have a set menu for a great price with a nice chicken burger, fries (which were well seasoned), 2 chicken wings and a drink. Would have given this place 5 stars but sadly they did forget 2 of our 3 drinks when they delivered the food, which is a shame but can happen. Will definitely order here again

Order was never delivered. We know issues can happen, but I've never seen a place who tries to justify the lack of responsibility and commitment by blaming the customer to doesn't wait for a 40 minutes of the delay. Then, set the order as 'delivered' and expect you to accept it. Horrible customer service experience on trying to solve the issue. Very rude and unqualified to solve issues that any restaurant may face. I'd never recommend this place.

This will be the last time I ever give you my money, to deliver my food over an hour late completly cold. Not the first time but I can quarantine you its the last time. Absolutely sickened with this awful service. Never, ever again

Two hour delivery and took 10 phone calls before they answered. Delivery guy was unapoligetic. AVIOID.

Today I ordered from chickenlicious for the first time via home delivery, I had a special beef box / hot & spicy chicken burger / nasi balls and 2 kids menus. The food arrived hot and delicious! Sweet, friendly delivery person (fast delivery). Will definitely order again. 👍🏻

I ordered food from you and after waiting 1 hour I called the restaurant to ask where my order was. Only then do I hear yes, sorry, the delivery person delivered the order to someone else. how stupid and unprofessional. I have indicated that I find this unacceptable, I have been waiting for an hour. Then I hear yes, you can get your money back via home delivery, why are you making a problem of it? Sorry, but this is absurd. Worst handling and gentleman on the phone needs to learn some respect.

Paid almost 40 Euro and never got my food or money back! Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. An hour after placing the order, food had still not arrived. I called the restaurant and the lady said the courier left a long time ago and that he should arrive shortly. 30 minutes pass, and he's still not here. I called the restaurant again, and then a series of excuses started: He is lost, He had a flat tire, He had problems with the police. They kept saying he should arrive within 10 minutes, but 2 hours later, we still didn't receive the food. Around midnight, the owner called me with more excuses and asked if we wanted him to send a new delivery. We had already made some food at home, so we said we would just like our money back. He said okay. One month later, we still didn't get a refund. Their solution to dealing with the issue is simply asking you to call later and then not pick up the phone when they see your number. It's been a while since I came across such pathetic service. As for the food, it's all frozen products that you can easily order from other places. #Edit / response to the restaurant's reply: 1. It is understandable if an order takes 60 minutes to deliver. But even after 2 hours we did not receive the food. 2. You could easily please me by not lying , saying a refund will be made, while you had no intentions to actually take action about it. 3. You may not store customer numbers, but it is definitely a pattern that you don't pick up the phone if it's a dissatisfied customer. On the night we ordered, after the first call, I had to call from a different number before you answered again. 4. I had ordered numerous times in the past from you. Honestly, there are at least 3 other restaurants in the neighborhood that offer the exact same frozen products. It all tastes the same. Thus, I would recommend people to order from shops that appreciate them as customers and have decent customer service.

Really, really bad. It took an hour and a half to bring the food and it was still cold. Service was very rude and the delivery person was under the influence of drugs. We didn't get any sauce or chicken with our beef box, we wanted a coke but one of the cans was open. I was at home for a week with severe food poisoning. Not recommended, a real typhoid case.

I am very disappointed with my order. The chicken was very dry. The loaded fries were soggy and cold. It took about an hour and a half to arrive. And that for 33 euros.
