Délifrance Amsterdam Damrak in Burgwallen-Nieuwe Zijde

Na avond uit met ADE vlak voor 12 uur maaltijd besteld, beveiliging voor balie loopt onrustig rondjes tussen klanten en gebaart naar de keuken het friet mandje eruit te halen. Resultaat is ongebakken friet en koude burger, nog nooit zo slecht gegeten bij MC en slechte sfeer dankzij beveiliger. Vergeet tegenwoordig niet een kartonnen beker van 10 cent te selecteren anders ben je €1 kwijt aangezien je de beker bij de balie terug kan geven voor het statiegeld. Gebruik de app om altijd een menu te kunnen bestellen voor €9 en spaar tegelijk punten voor gratis items, bespaart bij elk bezoek zo’n €5!

A wide variety for a delicious breakfast. There are some ready-made snacks that are definitely worth it. I recommend it.

Very poor service. The screen shows 4 sandwiches and there are some in the display case. I would have preferred a freshly made sandwich, and none of the staff pretends to help. Pretend they don't understand you. Keep looking at you sheepishly. If you don't want to sell, go work somewhere else. Prices are also not too cheap, here comes a nice proverb; '1x and NEVER again!'

McKroket Goed. Service slecht. Der Shop niet schoon..... Essen hat geschmeckt und wir waren satt :-) Wie überall McDonalds ist, aber hier net so schee. Vom McKrokett bin ich Fan, den gibt es Duitsland net. Lecker, Danke :-) Gruss Martin

Una rata literalmente corrió por el piso y pasó junto al empleado del baño, actuó como si ni siquiera lo hubiera visto y procedió a sentarse absorta en su teléfono, bajó escaleras y discretamente le dijo al gerente, actuó conmocionada y dijo que alguien investigaría de inmediato, nos sentamos y observamos durante 30 minutos y no apareció ni una persona, al salir seguía en el mismo lugar que le informé actuando como si nada hubiera pasado.

Staff were nice i ordered black coffee and some croissants it was average but located in great area no thing special though.

¡No es de extrañar que McDs no esté bien! Huevo McMuffin, se supone que es un sándwich caliente tostado con queso derretido, llega frío con queso sin derretir alrededor de los bordes!

Vine aquí para el almuerzo, la comida estaba bien, pero tenía que caminar por muchas escaleras para sentarse, los baños no eran gratis, lo que fue un shock para nosotros. Era bastante caro para Mcdonalds, pero me gustaron los vasos reutilizables.

We had a mixture of croissants, sausage rolls, a sandwich, and coffee. It was really good and will happily come back here.

Sandwiches are fine but outrageously expensive. More than €21.00 for 2 filled baguettes! Apparently normal, but this way the price/quality ratio is completely wrong! I'll skip it next time, Albert Heijn to Go is a little further away!

Me parece indignante que al comer y beber, todavía te cobren por ir al baño. No lo recomendaría solo por esa razón. He viajado por todo el mundo, pero solo allí está la regla. Simplemente vergonzoso.

It's a place where you can have a light snack and drink coffee or tea. The interior is very decent. It's close to the square. You can have croissants and cold sandwiches prepared as you wish.

Je suis étonnée pour une ville comme Amsterdam. Pas de choix dans les menus (peut être est ce par rapport à la taille ?) Restaurant pas très propre.

Horrible experience. The women behind the counter was extremely rude , when I asked her name she REFUSED to say it, when I asked to talk to her manager to not only REFUSED to call he/she instead started shouting at me and using swearing words telling me to leave No decent person should go there Absolutely disgusting behavior , this people should not be working with customer service since clearly they hate their job .

We had breakfast here one day and the food was very delicious at a very good price.

Small cafe with delicious food. There are charging places for cell phones at the table and toilet.

In the middle of the hustle and bustle. From the outside you get the impression it could be something individual. But then it turns out to be a fast food chain. My mistake. The service was very nice. Helpful. Freshly squeezed orange juice glass €4.95. OK. The espresso ok. The waffle with caramel sauce was bone dry. Suspicious of the Sahara. The grain baguette is generously topped with a little tasty cheese, salami, turkey breast, tomatoes and cucumbers and is also quite dry. Chocolate croissant also before dry. Macchiato with oat milk ok. Overall, a fast food shop with nice service, slightly below average, dry food and average coffee. The highlight was the fresh orange juice.

Went there in anticipation to use their restrooms. Food is overpriced, restrooms are disgusting. Whole place smell stinks a bit.

Such a delightful little spot in the heart of Amsterdam! Their coffees and light bites were exquisite, not sure what the sugary pastry was but it came complimentary with our hot drinks. The staff were lovely, polite and attentive. I'd highly recommend Délifrance Amsterdam Denmark to anyone looking for a not-crazily-busy cafe.

Stopped for coffee and something sweet with my daughter. I had the coffee and she had hot chocolate. I also got her a chocolate waffle. The coffee a d hit chocolate were great, the waffle wasn't that fresh.

Everything is very expensive. The sandwich in my photo was 10 euros!

The site at first seems correct... But the person who seems to be in charge prepares the sandwiches (paninis) WITHOUT GLOVES and without washing his hands first... Then he touches everything and returns to prepare more paninis. ZERO HYGIENE! YUCK

A great scam! 15 euros for a very mediocre mini taco and subpar service to top off the deception. Move on, it’s a shame! 50 euros for 2 mini tacos, a croissant and a cookie, the prize!

So annoying that I cannot order in Dutch in my own country because the employee does not understand it. Spa blue, cappucino and loose croissant 12.50. I have omitted the tip because it should be included in such prices. Two stars instead of 1 star because the toilet was clean

High prices. Low service. Joke of a barista. No latte is prepared the same. Food was dry and bread got hard. Employees not friendly.

Small cafe in damark. Has a selection of breads, croissant coffees and sandwiches. They are priced decently well. We had: Tomato soup served with baguette (dark/light/croissant) and butter. Good portion size, filling. The vanilla filled croissant which is big, well filled, flaky, and okay. The hot chocolate which is warm and nice. It's a little on the sweeter side. And isn't very thick. The atmosphere is okay. Kind servers.

Never disappoint me that location. I come to the netherlands at least once a year due to work. This is one of the best place to have a nice breakfast with fresh products. Great food and great service. Not to mention the location. Right at the heart of the center. I keep coming to that place every time I'm in town. Not once did it ever let me down. Love the place and will continue to come !!!

Men heeft er heerlijke koffiebroodjes en dat geldt ook voor de koffie. De medewerkers zijn heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij.

Lekkere lunchplek. Het koekje bij de cappuccino was zo ontzettend lekker. Minpunt is dat het echt wel aan de dure kant is. We hebben 30 euro betaald voor drinken, 2 broodjes en een gevulde croissant. Wellicht dat het door de locatie komt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Ik kom wel vaker bij een delifrance alleen bij deze was ik nog niet geweest. Over het menu heb ik niks op aan te merken het geld ook voor het personeel was erg vriendelijk alleen persoonlijk had ik het idee dat het broodje wat ik bestelde al even in de vitrine lag. Daarnaast werd er ook harde muziek gedraaid.

Kuchen in der Mitte eiskalt, außen warm. Das mit Creme gefüllte Croissant schmeckt nach Schinken. Wurden bei der Bestellung vom Kassierer ausgelacht.

Lovely staff, delicious food and chilled atmosphere. The pastry selection is mouth watering. They serve hot Chocomel too!

Service gut , aber еs war nicht sо gut, nicht genug für diese Art von Essen und teuer!
