Ristorante-Pizzeria 'Firenze' in Grachtengordel-Zuid

Cheap/Billig. Not a single aspect to mark as specially good. I you are a tourist, looking for economic food and tired of looking for a place to eat, I suppose you can give it a try. One of us asked for a pizza with pepperoni as one of the ingredients which, after a whiiiiile (we were the only customers at the time), was served without. Judging by the general attitude, I was mildly surprised when the waiter took it back without discussion. A few minutes later, the mistery was solved: the same pizza with a couple of slices of pepperoni on top was dispatched back to us. The just edible spaguetti carbonara didn't help improve the experience.

=======CLOSED===== Adequate Not exactly earth-shattering, but the staff is friendly and relatively quick. We had pasta at the end of the evening, which was fine. Very good value for money.

The cuisine is very far from truly Italian. I wouldn't say it was very tasty.

Very good place. Delicious pizzas, the staff is a bit serious but attentive, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, a good place.

Good restaurant, very good pizzas and enjoyable desserts (although the dessert selection is limited). It's possible to eat cheaply, with very affordable prices. Friendly and smiling staff. (But bring your own water; you can't ask for a carafe, and bottled water is extra).

The Pizza was good, but not great - and they had an attitude when I asked them to take back the pizza since they left the pits in the olives - which I ended up biting on one anyway! I also lost my stylus pen as well that night and called the next day to ask if it had been found, and he immediately said no, so I asked if he could please just check again as it goes with the phone and he said there were too many people there and that if someone wanted it they would've taken it - wow, thanks for the effort. I give it 2 stars, only because my daughter said she really liked the pizza, otherwise it would've been 1.

Very bad. Don't go there! They try to steal from you. We asked for tap water but no luck they sell only bottle of water (2 or 3 euro each) . It's illegal to refuse tap water!! Then they try to argue that we have to buy drinks with our pizza. That's disgusting! The pizza was ok but it's just to eat something it was not a really tasty one.

Inexpensive tourists trap Industrial salty after taste combined with MG low quality ingredients in all dishes including champignons and onion soups, pizza and pasta. The pasta sauce tasted like something prepared bought in a supermarket, very disappointing.

Don't get fooled by 5€ spaghetti sign on the window, You get your meal to go if you don't order any drinks by the grumpy server. Any Italian Restaurant I've been in Amsterdam was nicer, be their food or service. They have a really nice and friendly hostess tho, that's why the second star is for..

You have to drink something, if you want to take a seat. The pizza is ordinary - the tomato sauce is horrible. Beer 0,5l 7€. Waiters are unfriendly.

Very reasonably priced and the food was excellent. Strongly recommend the Calzone!

Simple fast Italian for an affordable price. Much better than the pizza chain around the corner.

Duurt lang voordat ze komen vragen wat je wilt drinken/eten. De soep die ik kreeg wat het meest smakeloze en liefdeloze soepje wat ik ooit heb gegeten en tot overmaat van ramp loopt er ook nog een kat rond... Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is slecht, cup-a-soup smaakt nog beter.

Voor een snelle pizza met een grote groep mensen kan je hier prima terecht. Bediening is oke, eten is simpel. Ga voor een glas fris, want ze serveren hoofdpijnwijn.
