⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic experience at the China Garden in Venlo-Blerick We were thrilled! The freshly prepared and flambéed beef and the shrimp were a real highlight – everything was simply delicious. Parking was easy, the decor was cozy and inviting, and the service was consistently polite and attentive. The prices are a bit higher, but the generous portions and outstanding flavor more than justify it. We will definitely be back – thank you for a wonderful evening!

The most delicious Chinese tomato soup ❤️ and spring rolls. These are really well filled.

It was takeout; I hadn't been here for a while due to the changes in Eaten since the new owners, mainly because of the tomato sauce in the foeyonghai. This time a menu plus extra chicken dish cost 60 euros, but we ate too little for 4 adults. The bottom of the small bowls of meat was filled with pieces of prawn crackers, making the bowl look fuller, but you actually get nothing. Next time, I'll go to Chinese in Baarlo.

Picked up food yesterday evening and got deathly sick from it, throwing up all night, stomach cramps. You call them, and the only answer you get is that other people think it's fine, nothing else. The man also wants to argue; they will never see us again.

Just picked up the nasi goreng, it was warm but there was no ham or leek to be seen, a rather bland mess. The tomato soup was way too thick, inedible! The mini spring rolls were cold and tasteless, and the fried bananas were tough and more dough than banana. Too bad, but it's our last takeout!

We ate in the restaurant and the food was truly delicious! One small drawback: when it's winter outside, it's a bit chilly inside, although the staff might find the temperature comfortable. However, the guest had cold feet and a draft on their legs.

We've had delicious food here for years. Today, however, the meat in both dishes on our €35 set menu was so dry that it tasted awful. It can happen once, of course, but when you call as a regular customer to report this and get an apology that other customers often ask the chef to cook the meat well or if I can ask for more sauce "next time"... I'm sorry, but that's really rude and utter nonsense.

We had a great meal! We had the Chinese-Indonesian rice table. More than enough different dishes, meat was really tender. Finished with a nice latte macchiato. Friendly people!

Busy, busy and extremely busy. But a Chinese restaurant is partly burned down and then you look for alternatives. And lo and behold this one was open with good quality regarding the food.

It was very tasty, and the portions were generous and good, as usual. The only thing is that the price is a bit steep compared to other Chinese restaurants in Venlo. But for once, it's absolutely doable.

Ordered food... you can tell that there is another Chinese running the place and another cook I think. Because it's not what it once was🤨🫣 I won't go babi pangang for me anymore. It was full of moisture and tasted like a reheated frozen meal. €14 wasted 🤨 next time only tomato soup or spring roll. Nothing else!

I visited this restaurant on December. I was eating " sesame chicken with rice" and it was almost uneatable. Only rice was good prepared.... sesame chicken was too sweet, it was tasting like sugar with chilli oil, it was hard to eat even together with rice. It's a pity, because this place has a pretty design.

December 30th celebrated our mother's 90th birthday with all kinds of small and varied dishes. It was very well taken care of and the food was very tasty. In short, definitely recommended! We would love to come back again.

We ate the Czechuan rice table. Unfortunately, this one was disappointing. The vegetables were all fresh, but all the meat was frozen and then nuked. This makes it very dry and hard. Very unfortunate. Not recommended.

We come all the way from Krefeld and take on the 30km. The home menus are world class. A menu for €32.50 is not too expensive! Of course the price was cheaper at one time, but everything is becoming more expensive. Very good pasta, great menus and the Mini Loempia's are eaten during the car journey. The children love them! Feel free to come back again and again!

The worst meal in a Chinese restaurant I have ever experienced. There were five of us. 3x duck (spicy and sweet and sour), chicken curry and vegetarian nasi goreng. Only the curry chicken had meat and sauce as you know it. The duck dishes were served as a meat portion on chips with a separate sauce. No vegetables, just dry chips under the meat. The spicy sauce was reminiscent of ravioli tomato sauce, the sweet and sour was also strange. The nasi goreng was rice, rice, rice, 3 pieces of leek, that was it. Not quite as dry, as it appears to have been tossed through a pan. Seldom eaten so badly. The restaurant was very inviting, the service was untrained but friendly. When we complained that it didn't taste good at all, they wanted to buy us a round of drinks. We declined as we wanted to leave. We had to pay full price. The reason for the vegetable-free dishes: it is an Indonesian-Chinese restaurant, not a pure Chinese restaurant. You first have to get to that point with China Garden. There were two other tables occupied, and they paid and left the restaurant very quickly after their meal. Absolutely not recommended!!!

Kom al jaren als vaste klant bij deze Chinees, Helaas waren de laatste 2 bezoeken minder prettig. Bij het laatste bezoek heb ik 2 loempia’s gehaald waarvan er 1 bedorven was. Via de mail hun in kennis gesteld maar tot op de dag van vandaag geen reactie van hun ontvangen . De keer ervoor waren de loempia’s ook niet vers. Helaas ben ik van de bedorven loempia ziek geweest. Voor ons geen eten meer van hun.

It was the first time in years that I have been to China Garden. The food I picked up was exceptionally well made and they have air conditioning, which is not the case with every Chinese restaurant. Very friendly both man and woman. Outside 34°/35° inside air conditioning and an ice cold drink for free... Hence 4 stars.

I come here very occasionally and the food is always disappointing. Then I regret again that I didn't bother to drive to Peking garden in Baarlo where it is always good.
