De Chinese Muur in Wijk 41 Velden

Net twee vegetarische loempias afgehaald en bij thuiskomst blijkt er vlees in te zitten de vrouw aan de balie sprak geen woord Nederlands , 4 x de bestelling moeten herhalen. Ook hadden we een eenpersoon menu bami kerrie nr a7 besteld maar dat klopte ook niet. Waarom staat er iemand aan de balie die geen Nl spreekt terwijl er mensen werken die de taal wel spreken?

Recommended. Good Asian with different Asian influences on the menu. We were very satisfied.

Very good food for a good price

Of course everyone has their own taste. We have been going to the Chinese restaurant Buddha in Venlo for years. Unfortunately the dishes became smaller and the satay became smaller and smaller. We started looking for another restaurant and ended up in Velden. The food is tasty and the portions are still decent.

We have been coming here for many years because the food is simply excellent. We always save the stamps when we pick up food. But last Saturday I was stunned when one of my stamp cards was refused (!). The reason: it has expired! But uhm... there is no date on the stamp card! They had a new stamp card design and the old ones were no longer valid. But HOW THEN...?!? I mean, the complete text on both stamp cards is exactly the same, but if you make a new stamp card, does the validity suddenly expire? That is wrong and in my opinion unfair. It was also not communicated anywhere. Then stop using the stamp card instead of deceiving people like this. There was also no form of discussion possible. No sir, you can no longer return this... A huge shame, and a missed opportunity in my view. Highly recommended when it comes to the food, highly recommended when it comes to communication & service.

I've loved going out to eat for a long time. Yesterday I didn't like eating anymore, it's become very boring, it's a shame, I'm sad 😢 I always drive 120 km to eat there!

It is a very comfortable and delicious good restaurant. The draft beer is very fresh and good taste. They are very friendly to make comfortable. Especially duck food is impressive.

Have eaten here several times and it is very tasty. The Chinese fondue is especially delicious! (please make a reservation) Staff are friendly.

Waardeloos, kom hier al 20 jaar nu vegetarische chinese loempia's bestelld kijg ik 4 loempia's van 2,5 x 6 cm in oude gebrande olie gebakken voor 10 euro . Laatste keer, erg jammer

This Restaurant in Venlo is a super place for what is referred to as GOOD FOOD. I recommend them 👌 👍

Beyond expectations! Four of us had dinner here and it was really delicious! This actually tasted Chinese instead of the standard Dutch Chinese. Very cool how they brought everything to the table on hot baking trays. All the ladies were also super friendly and sweet! Recommended ❤️ (Oh yeah and they had a carp, a real cutie)

Not guest-oriented if you want to cancel one of the 3 dishes for the same dish in the menu. That's not possible😬It's not already filled in the container, is it?

Very poor quality Babi Pangang with nasi. Meat was tough and hard. Supplied sauce tasteless. Nasi too dry with few vegetables.

The scallops with garlic vermicelli were smelly. They refunded us, but they didn’t refund the money. The reason was that we were full from other dishes. What? Your standard of 45 per person is based on the dishes. Since the dishes are discounted, Shouldn't there be a discount corresponding to the price? Anyway, I won’t go there again. Chinese people should be less cautious when treating Chinese people.

I don't really like Chinese food, but it tasted good. The service was very businesslike and not very flexible. I was very disappointed with the dessert: small portion.

Chinese rice table for 2 people eaten there with 4 soft drinks, quality very good, portions very meager for one rice table..., price ratio for what you get is extremely high (82 euros). Case is "dated" Staff are friendly and attentive.

I think this Chinese has deteriorated considerably, it is no longer the same chef, everything is really bland, it tastes standard again, I will not come there again, the other chef was much better, knew where to find the herb butter and everything tasted good and the babi pangang was crispy not mushy

The soup is delicious, the roast duck is delicious, the dining environment is very good, very good Chinese restaurant

A tasty meal in itself. Still a bit disappointed in the service which was not very flexible. I ordered a combination menu that includes babi pangang, but I wanted to replace it with a crispy version, which is also available separately on the menu. (char siew) I had to pay €2 extra for it. Because I changed something. I think that's a lot. But the otherwise friendly waitress stood her ground. As a result, she missed out on her tip (I usually give fairly generous tips). The food tasted as I was used to, really tasty.

Relatively small, but very nice atmosphere

Chinese food in the Netherlands always more of an authentic taste. The plates were empty.

Since I couldn't decide, I chose a menu with different dishes. (A7) All 3 were very tasty, the Babi panggang was the highlight. All other dishes in our group were also very good. The service was quick and very friendly. We will definitely be back, there were many more interesting dishes to admire at the neighboring tables. Price/performance was also right.

Zin in Chinese gerechten? Dan kan je prima naar deze chinees gaan. Standaard gerechten, ruime keuze en het eten was echt niks mis mee, zelfs lekker! Aardige bediening en schattige, typische chinese inrichting van het restaurant. De prijzen zijn wel ten opzichte van de gerechten aan de hoge kant, dat mag niet nog hoger / meer gaan worden!

I always go there to get food, it was really good, but yesterday it was really not tasty, the fried banana was very greasy and the rest was very bland, which was a big downer this time.

Ik bestel meestal babipangang en foeyanhai. Dit was de eerste maal hier in Velden , daarbij heb ik alle chinese restaurant in Venlo wel gehad. Het eten is voortreffelijk , zo vol van smaak ook de nasi zonder prei was geen probleem om te maken. Goed gevuld met ham en ei. Alles super vers. Kortom dit is voor mij de beste chinees in deze regio en kan het iedereen aanraden om klein stukje om te rijden via Velden.

Servicio muy amable. Comida en la línea de los restaurantes chinos. Nada que destacar Me gustaría q las botellas de agua fueran más grandes. 250ml es bastante ridículo para ser agua (con gas)

Het restaurant heeft een fijne atmosfeer en is mooi ingericht, bovendien was het personeel hartstikke vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was van top kwaliteit.

We waren op vakantie in Venlo en reden langs dit restaurant. Toen we binnenkwamen waren we vriendelijk begroet bij het personeel en kregen we een mooie tafel aan het raam. Het restaurant heeft een hele fijne en gezellige sfeer. Het eten was heerlijk en vol van smaak, vooral de peking eend. Ook de service was super fijn en vriendelijk. We zullen zeker weer eens langskomen!

Een prima "ouderwetse" Chinees met een mooie kaart en uitstekende gerechten. Ik had bijvoorbeeld een eend gerecht en dat wil nog wel eens droog uitvallen. Hier niet: super mals. Ook de andere gerechten waren heerlijk. Vriendelijke en correcte bediening.

We hebben hier gelunched. Eten was ok, zeker niet de beste Chinees waar we geweest zijn. Prijs was fors, ruim 50 euro voor 2 personen.

Fijn restaurant. Ik haal hier altijd af. Het eten is lekker en de prijzen zijn goed.

Beste restaurant ooit, super lekker eten. Afhalen en er zitten. Het is duur, maar hoe goed het eten daar is, maakt de prijs niet zo veel uit voor mij 😁

Das Essen ist seit Jahren auf gleichbleibend für mich sehr leckerem Niveau. Das einzige Angestaubte ist eventuell die Einrichtung. Das ist jedoch Geschmacksache so wie das Essen. Für mich perfekt.

Het eten was heerlijk en we zaten er ook gezellig 😊

Das Essen schmeckt einfach nur der Hamma, das Ambiente ist auch schön. Nur vom Preisleistung her ist es schon sehr teuer, aus diesem Grund 1 Stern weniger. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Dit is een van de betere, fijn eten, lekkere smaak, niets van vet te bespeuren.

Lovely waitress, funny and kind. I didn’t like all dishes, but I relate that to personal preferrences and not necessarily to bad cooking. It was extremely hot outside today, and would have welcomed a seriously cooler beer than what was served.

Sehr zuvorkommend, Portionen in allen Preisklassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Möchte ich leider nicht empfehlen. Das Hühnchen war, von der Konsistenz her, nicht als solches zu erkennen. Es war so weich, dass es eher an Pilze erinnerte. Meiner Frau wurde Abends schlecht und ich hatte am nächsten Tag Darmprobleme. Möchte nicht behaupten,dass es am Essen lag, aber es erfolgte Zeitnah.

Sehr gutes Essen und schönes Aquarium, wir kommen immer wieder gerne aus Solingen hierhin 😊

Eines der wenigen sehr guten chinesischen Restaurant die ich kenne ! Und ich kenne min. 500 in der ganzen Welt .Sehr gute Küche .Bedienung Top , kommen und fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob es schmeckt . Also keine Ausrede möglich , das es nicht gut ist !!! Reagieren auch auf Sonderwüsche bezüglich des Essens .Meine Frau und ich kommen seit über 25 Jahren hierher zum Essen Sehr freundlich . Klairung und Josef Reiter Oberhausen

Super goed restaurant heerlijk gegeten. Geen lange wachttijd goede en uitgebreide menu kaart. Super vriendelijke mensen. Zeker een aanrader krijgt van ons een dikke 10

Het eten is goed.. helaas kregen niet heel kindvriendelijk.. onze kinderen stonden naar de mooie vissen te kijken waar mij 3x werd verteld dat de kinderen stil moesten zijn.. ze stonden gewoon rustig te kijken.. de kinderen zijn 2 en 5 dus laat ze een beetje geluid maken het zijn tenslotte kinderen..

Absolut Fantastisch,die Bedinung das Lokal und das Essen ein absoluter Traum . Jeden der nach Venlo fährt kann ich nur raten macht einen Besuch in diesem Lokal

Schönes Restaurant in der Nähe von Venlo. Gibt sogar für deutsche Gäste eine extra Karte. Essen schmeckt gut da gibt es garnichts zu meckern. Lohnt sich vorbei zu fahren oder sein Essen abzuholen.

De zoveelste negatieve ervaring met dit Chinees restaurant. Vanavond ontbrak er een vegetarisch gerecht van ruim €11 en toen ik belde werd er gesuggereerd dat ik daar over loog. Waarom zou ik? Het is niet alsof ze me ooit eerder gecompenseerd hebben voor ontbrekende delen van ern bestelling… Toen ik boos werd, werd aangeboden dat ik het gerecht een volgende keer krijg. Wat koop ik daar vanavond voor? Bij eerdere bestellingen vaker meegemaakt dat er iets ontbrak en telkens mis ik een excuus of de optie om het gerecht alsnog op te halen. Ook al meermaals vlees in vegetarische gerechten aangetroffen en zelfs 1 keer mieten in de atjar. Mij zien ze hier niet meer!

Er werd serieus omgegaan met allergieen, de gerechten ware bijzonder goed! Authentieke gerechten van bijzondere kwaliteit.
