This time it was very hectic at the pick-up, the tables were empty, it seems to me that the place has been taken over 🤷 the food ordered was not really great this time unfortunately

This restaurant is seriously substandard. They give customers who come to pick up food leftovers from the people who ate there, and then even dare to ask for money that someone else has already paid for. It's simply fraud. The nasi is often just gritty and undercooked, and the same goes for their kitchen; everything is just left on the floor, not to mention what the cooks do with the food. Never pick up food if you don't want to get sick or get ripped off. To them, customers are just a number, so never go to this Chinese restaurant!

The buffet is very good. Takeout can sometimes take a while. I only had to wait 1.5 hours once.

The employee forgot to add prawn crackers to the order. I brought my own bag, but I still charged for it.

It used to be reasonably good under the first owner. A few years ago, I ate there with family, and my brother already said the food wasn't hot enough, and it still hasn't changed. The buffet food is lukewarm. If you take it out and eat it at home, it's even hotter. No action is taken on feedback either.

The food was delicious, we took a menu with everything on warming plates so we could eat in peace

Just a delicious, super nostalgic Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy a wonderful meal. Nothing to complain about. Absolutely fantastic.

Childhood memories here. Big portions, nice Chinese decor inside, Generous with sachets sambal, you can also eat inside (buffet or menu's) Best tomato soup ever. Call if you want to order or eat inside.

Always a long wait when you want to pick up food

I have no idea how much Chinese eat, but here you get a bizarre amount per person. I think the Chinese who used to cut the pineapple has lost his residence permit, because the pineapple, the "Chicken with Pineapple", comes from a can. But what a delicious meal we had again! We would love to come back for the next meal!

We hebben met een clubje een lopend buffet gedaan, nasi en bami oud, saté uitgedroogd, vlees en vis lijkt niet vers en is vrij smakeloos. Komen we aan bij de toetjes, ook deze waren niet heel best. Droog en smakeloos, ijs was half gesmolten. Kortom, geen beste ervaring, waar is de kwaliteit van ‘vroegah’ gebleven.

The dishes were fine. Hot, well seasoned and generous portions. Recommended for the dishes and service alone. You won't find much innovation on the menu at the average Chinese, Indian-oriented restaurants. That's a shame, but if the time-honored dishes are served fresh and well prepared, it is definitely recommended. We're going again......Are you also going...? And the price is achievable.

Delicious food and enjoyed the Chinese buffet, cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Only downsides, sushi was finished quickly and the mi was a bit too long.

Bager not tasty dirty food no longer good

I find it horrible!! We had already contacted the restaurant at 2:00 PM in the afternoon because we usually have to wait a very long time when picking up food during the weekend. We had a clear photo of our order receipt. After which we actually ordered it. Once at 5:00 PM it would be ready and ready to be picked up. I was not present at the collection, but later on my bank statement it turned out that something was not quite right. We had clearly stated that we wanted a choice menu for 3 p.p. Unfortunately, the lady packed everything in bulk, so my husband had to pay twice as much. There are only 2 of us and we always think it's okay to take another round the next day. So I had so much Chinese for an entire orphanage. What the 2 of us would eat in less than a week. After I saw what went wrong, I immediately called the restaurant. I was given from one person to another person. The lady was clearly convinced that I had ordered for an orphanage and she did not want to look for a solution together. The lady kept shouting and being rude instead of letting me talk. TOTALLY UNSUITABLE FOR A BUSINESS!! They don't let you talk and don't listen to the customer. And they are certainly not friendly at all. My experience here was terrible. We'll never do this again.

Nasi and Peking duck tasted the same. Not recommended.

I'm going to change my opinion. China Town always had good Chinese, but last night it was really bad. The starters did not come at the same time. The main course really left a lot to be desired. There were many ice crystals in the ice. You almost have to beg for a drink because the waiters prefer to talk at the bar. If it was busy I can understand. But......there were only 5 tables occupied. I don't think even 20 guests. Shame. Not to mention the napkins are so old they are frayed and torn. I hope they do something with the criticism, otherwise I think it will end soon.

Very bad experience!! Just called to see if there was room. Phone was hung up very abruptly. When we arrived, we were shown a table in a very empty part of the restaurant… I think there was still plenty of room on the other side. Drinks were not requested. We just went to get something to eat. This was cold dry and dirty! Way out of line. And we are not whiners at all about that. After walking twice, it was difficult to get a drink after asking. I think the desserts were more for decoration because they were drier than grandma's ***, all in all very dissatisfied. Where I was going to pay and wanted to say something about this. We weren't even asked if everything was to your liking. But We seemed to disturb them more during their own meal. Very bad service!!! We will never come here again.

Food is really not tasty. Everything tastes the same. 1 dish was so terribly salty that it was no longer edible.

This is the worst restaurant experience ever...waiting for 1.5 hours and no food...the wait staff is on average 16 years old and still knows how to blow their horns...and when the food arrives everything is wrong and everything is missing...drinks are served. brought glass by glass because they cannot walk with a full tray... never seen such a cluttered mess...

Placed an order by telephone, had to wait quite some time in the restaurant until the order was ready. At home it turned out that the order was wrong, this was resolved by home delivery. Unfortunately the quality of the food was far from what I am used to. Burnt foe Yong hai, burnt fries, tasteless babi pangang and satay resulting in a stomach ache.

Super bad experience. Picked up food at home and found out it was the wrong order. When I call them, I get a very rude gentleman on the phone who does not apologize and shouts very ANGRY into the phone IN 10 MINUTES YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR FOOD! Then they just hang up! 2nd order picked up again and again something completely different! Never again for us! Fortunately, there are plenty of other better places where they can be friendly

Dramatically bad. Running buffet severely substandard. Had to ask several times where the soup was. Ended up having to wait an hour for this. Did we still have to catch the shark? The containers of the current buffet are empty. The staff was reminded of this several times. Unfortunately they are still not replenished. Had to wait a very long time for your drink. Delicious food, really old-fashioned, large portions. We had soup and Pangsit beforehand. Both delicious! Main courses also tasty, For yong hai, Tjap Tjoy and a dish with fish. We had quite a bit left over, so we took it with us and enjoyed it at home. Very friendly and nice service. Good place to come back again! Recommended!

Had a nice meal in the restaurant. It was very hot at one point and the water ran down the windows.

Prima prijs/ kwaliteit restaurant. Ga hier af en toe eten met mijn vrouw. Krijgt hier prima eten voor een uitstekende prijs. Ga je voor een avondvullend etentje zou ik hier niet snel heen gaan maar gewoon voor tussendoor en niet te lang aan tafel is het gewoon prima. Ik kijk ook altijd wat je krijgt voor je geld dat is hier zeer veel. Drankjes ook gewoon goed betaalbaar.

Babi Pangang with nasi last week 15.50. As of July 1, 16.50. Two plastic containers, so twice a 50 cent plastic surcharge? No, because it must be stated separately on the receipt, and that was not the case. Babi from 14.70 to 15.50 Nasi from 0.80 to 1.00 euros. Normal price increase? That is the third this year. I suspect that the bags are simply filled with an extra euro under the guise of a plastic surcharge. It is recommended that you only charge a surcharge of 50 cents for multiple containers that belong to one meal. I go for Chinese takeout at least once a week. But I have a bad feeling about this. Pocket stuffing. I will go to the supermarket from now on. That saves me more than ten euros a week!

Now things are going completely wrong in the kitchen, we waited an hour and a half for food and other people walked away saying they didn't want to wait long. The meat was burnt through and unedible, the meat was too hard and tasteless. Satay was good and noodles were fine and soup was also nice and hot. Unfortunately we came for the last time. Restaurant was occupied by 3 tables. Current buffet is closed due to lack of customers. Very sad and goodbye. This time we choose A15 wok restaurant in Dordrecht.

We found the service very friendly and the buffet was really delicious in terms of taste and variety. The only thing we didn't like was the temperature of the food on the buffet being too low. We also thought it was a shame that there was a whole bowl of fries/frikandellen that was not actually touched. It's good that it is there, but it would be better to serve on request if a customer ever comes for it. The total price was actually very good, which is another plus.

Normally a good Chinese takeaway and good for 4 stars. However, after today, perhaps too busy or temporary staff, greasy spring rolls and also greasy Mihoen Singapore (while normally it is nice and dry and has a good curry flavor). Just not good. Today I tried to order a choice menu for 3 people, including an upgrade from Tjap Tjoy to Tjap Tjoy Tenderloin for a few euros extra. It doesn't seem to be possible anymore...

Ate here on Boxing Day, a pity that it was not sufficiently replenished. Mihoen was not refilled at all. Worth repeating, no, I will go to another restaurant. The food was lukewarm.

By far the best Chinese in Alblasserdam, there really is no better, beautiful view, good buffet, plenty of choice, beautiful luxurious interior. I only miss the fish and the aquarium. However, that didn't spoil the fun, so it's a full five stars. I will definitely go there again.

China Town is a medium-sized Chinese restaurant in the center of Alblasserdam. Customers can eat on site or pick up. The food is excellent, the service friendly, the price certainly not too high. Parking is available (free) in front of the door (with a parking disc) or nearby.

Cold migration on the north side in February. Food was good. But conditions are not good. Ended up getting another table, which was better but not great either. Price was certainly low.
