I visited Uygur for the first time. I had already seen many good reviews and can only say it is really worth it! The owners are incredibly honest, polite, and friendly. The service is also top-notch, and we didn't have to wait long for our food at all. We had dumplings and Beef Bun (“Tatar mantısı”), and everything was truly delicious. The meat and the thin dough, in particular, were super tasty. You can just tell how much love and effort goes into it. It is definitely a place I would visit more often. Highly recommended!

Ali Usta in Vlaardingen was a wonderful surprise on my birthday. The hand-pulled chicken noodles, the lamb skewers, the large dumplings, and the Uyghur rose tea were all delicious. Quiet atmosphere, friendly service; truly a hidden gem in an unexpected location.

First of all, a big compliment and thanks to the chef. In every dish, you can taste that the cooking is done with passion, experience, and respect for Uyghur cuisine. What makes an even greater impression is that everything is visibly prepared fresh to order. Despite not using pre-packaged products, the dishes were on the table surprisingly quickly. That testifies to a well-organized kitchen and craftsmanship. We enjoyed the Wonton Soup, Beef Salad, Spicy Chicken Wok, and the unique Uyghur Yogurt Drink. The wonton soup was rich, deep in flavor, and served at the perfect temperature. The beef salad was deliciously fresh with tender beef and a nice balance between spicy and fresh. The Spicy Chicken Wok was without a doubt one of the best wok dishes I have eaten in recent years: juicy chicken, crunchy vegetables, and authentic spices that were perfectly balanced. The Uyghur Yogurt Drink was a unique experience; creamy, refreshing, slightly sweet, and perfectly paired with the spicy dishes. The service was very friendly but also seemed a bit inexperienced. The food surprised us; the kitchen clearly knows how to handle strong flavors. The salad was very fresh, complex, and delicious, as was the tea. The beef was good, but the mega chicken was disappointing, not because of the flavor, but because it was full of bits of bone. Neither of us could figure out which chicken it was, almost as if a whole chicken had been chopped into small pieces. The flavor was wonderful; it was nice to try something completely new and so balanced, but I couldn't really eat it in peace.

We looked online and found the dishes appealing, so we made our choice. There were no other customers upon arrival. We chose a table. No coat rack, so we had to put a coat over the chair. But pretty soon, we were freezing. The heating wasn't on. We had to order via a QR code. My alarm bells were already ringing, but we ordered anyway. We waited a long time before we were the only customers. I asked if the order had gone through. Yes, that was the answer. Then my wife received her main course and side dish, but not me. It turned out not to be very warm. So we quickly started eating. Mine didn't arrive. I asked where it was. I got a strange look, but a little later it was served to me. Unfortunately, it was lukewarm. Because we were so hungry, we ate most of it, albeit reluctantly. The waiter was nowhere to be seen. Chilled, I put on my coat and paid, expressing my dissatisfaction. I could have gotten a 15 euro discount on the 65 euro bill. I disagreed, but that's all they offered. So I ended up paying €50 for extremely poor food. This was a one-time visit, and I'll never go back. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been there twice and ordered the same dish both times because it’s just that delicious. And don’t forget to try the Uyghur tea! I also had gyoza and dumplings, everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. When you order through the QR code, they prepare the noodles fresh by hand at the same time. You can literally see that it’s 100% freshly made. The beef was also incredibly tender and well-seasoned. I haven't had a chicken one, so I can't tell about it. You can also comfortably do your prayer here, which I really appreciated. The Uyghur staff are very kind. Come here to support them! Highly recommended! ❤️

The food was delicious!! We were here on a Friday evening around 8 p.m. It was quiet, and the service was very friendly. They haven't been around long with this concept. But it was really fresh, full of flavor, and everything was really hot. Because it's freshly made and the noodles are freshly pulled, it can take a while. But check out the photos. My children, ages 7 and 11, also enjoyed it.

The food wasn't worth the long wait. My brother got his main course very early. Unfortunately, it was cold. Forty-five minutes later, my main course still hadn't arrived. I ended up leaving without eating my main course to get a burger around the corner... A shame, because I had really high expectations.

Chicken curry with rice, veggie spring rolls, crispy chicken, beef salad, beef pepper with udon, nasi goreng, bami, and other delicious dishes. It was DIVINE! A lovely owner with a charming restaurant. Paid parking is available nearby. The food is traditionally prepared and delicious. We're used to getting a complimentary teapot from Uyghur restaurants (abroad), but here it's listed separately on the menu. The idea behind tea is that it helps with the digestion of pasta (which is quite common in this cuisine). We visited on a Wednesday on Christmas Eve and made a reservation in advance. It was quite busy, which the owner didn't anticipate on a Wednesday. Therefore, the staff weren't prepared, and we waited 40 minutes. The appetizer came after the main course. Despite the cumin being overpowering in the handmade wok, it was still delicious.

Five stars aren't enough to describe this restaurant. I haven't had such a delicious meal in a long time. The chicken is tender and juicy, the noodles are fresh and taste great, the portions are enormous, and the service is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and dine here sometime.

Wow, what a lovely place! A very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, and friendly staff! We eat at many places, but this was our first time at a homemade Uyghur and Uzbek restaurant. We know the cuisine well, so we wanted to try the restaurant version. We tried several things, like the beef noodles, the spicy chicken below, and the Uyghur yogurt, and everything was delicious. The spiciness, the marinade, and the tenderness of the chicken. Beautifully delicious! The meat was very tender and wonderfully marinated. You really have to try this place.
