We went out to eat at Tim Hong with the whole family! What a lovely experience. The service is super friendly, and we were well looked after with drinks. You'll want for nothing. The food is truly excellent and fresh. There's a wide selection from several menus, but you can also order individual dishes and create your own meal. The table fills up nicely. And you certainly won't go home hungry! I definitely recommend eating here!

I've had takeout from here several times and it's been very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating of dietary requirements. Generous portions and delicious flavors. A very good restaurant! Absolutely recommended. Update: My last experience on October 4th was anything but positive. I was told a 10-minute wait on the phone, but after arriving, it ended up being over 20 minutes. The food was tasteless, dripping with grease, and ended up in the trash after a few bites. Last time for me.

My sister and my boyfriend Jan had dinner at Tim Hong as a birthday present. The food was delicious. My sister and Jan started with Chinese tomato soup and I had steamed pork patties. For the main course, Jan and I had Sin Poh Kai (chicken fillet with fresh pineapple in a sweet and sour sauce, served in a hollowed-out pineapple), and my sister had roasted chicken fillet in a sweet and sour sauce. All three came with nasi goreng. During the meal, we were asked if everything was to our liking and even made time for a pleasant chat. Dessert was two choices from the dessert menu and coffee. In short, a wonderful evening in a cozy atmosphere. See you next time 👋🥰

The food is normally always of very good quality, but this time the Kung Pao Kai was very salty, so that was unfortunately a bit disappointing.

Excellent food. Very varied dishes. Choice for everyone. Service and staff are very friendly. Perhaps some dishes are a bit too salty, for our taste. Decor very cozy. Certainly with a group at a round table. We were up and the place was full! So make a reservation.

Though not your traditional Chinese restaurant, we've had an overall and unexpected pleasant experience (The comparison to more traditional Chinese restaurants gave it a 3 star rating on food). The place looks clean and modern, with fresh, clean bathrooms and a nice little Koi pond. The service was super friendly and well spoken, with some welcome humor and trying to meet your wishes. Their specialties would definitely be their 'Tipan' dishes, which are served piping hot at your table. The menu started with a seafood soup and a course of Beef in lemon dressing on lettuce. Followed by the Tipan dishes like Chicken filet in black bean sauce, White fish with surimi crab sticks, Cha sui, Duck, Beef in a tomato sauce (which seemed a bit bland) and Saté. All of this was served with Fried rice, Chinese fried noodles (loved it), Fried rice noodles and Fried thick noodles. I loved their Chinese tea, which seems to have a fresh, flowery taste to it, compared to most other Chinese establishments. Everything was tender and not dry or tough. Also crispy where it needed to be. Our family had a wonderful time.

If you value your money, don't order anything outside the normal range on the menu. Understandably, there is a small surcharge "+ € 4.00 for noodles, Chinese noodles and nasi" if you prefer not to have nasi, noodles or white rice with your dish. But having to pay 9 euros extra for a little extra noodles (which, together with the deviating order of +4 euros, constitutes a "large" noodles) is not in proportion to the entire order

Great "Chinese" food! Combination dish collected. Helped quickly despite huge crowds. Koe lu yuk crispy and well filled, cha chieuw plentiful. We do not recognize the previous negative review, which seems misplaced given Tim Hong's great reputation!

Picked up food from Tim Hong for the first time... The food was not bad, but not as tasty as I am used to with other Chinese. The bake with babi pangang had little meat. Container was half filled with Atjar. This made the entire sauce taste sour. The KoeLuYuk was saturated with oil. We also ordered Cha-sieuw. That was very tasty, but here the container was half filled with bean sprouts, so little meat. Not recommended!

Great thing, something that every Dutch person loves, a lot for little! Good prices, recommended for takeaway and dining, clear menu, I wouldn't do delivery, costs extra if it is possible.

Nice, small Chinese restaurant in the "Holy" of Flanders. The restaurant is easily accessible and you can park for free. It can be busy on weekends, keep that in mind. You can order and enjoy the well-known dishes here, but you can also opt for "tippan" dishes so that your dishes are served on a hot sizzling plate. This is truly fantastic! Really a high lite in this restaurant.

Komen er al enkele jaren. Maar vrijdagavond viel het achteraf goed tegen. We waren met 8 man, waarvan er toch enkele vrienden achteraf last hebben gehad, Overgeven en aan de diarree. Beef was taai en nog meer van sommige gerechten waren niet goed, volgens de mannen.Dat zijn we niet gewend van Tim Hong. Jammer, dat we dat moesten meemaken.

We hebben zondag gebruik gemaakt van de catering wat was dit geweldig. Alles werd netjes warm in de chafing-dish gedaan en afgedekt met folie. Ook branders werden erbij geleverd je kan ook borden en bestek erbij huren het was in een woord TOP. Het eten was echt ruim voldoende en heeeeeeeel erg lekker. Alle gasten waren zeer tevreden het kon echt niet beter.

Goede afhaalchinees. Niet bijzonder, maar gewoon redelijk eten voor een redelijke prijs.

Ik hoorde en las wel goede berichten over dit tentje, maar gut, wat viel dit tegen, ik kwam zondagmidaag om 13.30 dit eethuisje binnen, deur gewoon open, volgens internet vanaf 12 uur op zondag, ik wacht even aan de ingang, twee personeelsleden scharrelen wat rond, dus ik zeg hallo? geen antwoord, tweede keer: hallo?? geen sjoege, derde keer van mijn zijde: HALLO??? toen kreeg ik een flauwe verveelde vermoeide reactie: we zijn nog niet open!!!! geeft niet hoor, antwoordde ik, ik eet wel bij de Surinamers aan de overkant, prettig weekend.
