We had a very nice meal there and the staff were very friendly.

We picked up our order. Everything was ready on time, the staff was super friendly, and the food was excellent with generous portions. When our elevator took a while, they even let us wait inside and kept our food warm for us. What great service! Excellent!

We used to eat here when we lived in Alphen a/d Rijn. After moving to London for 14 years, we visited Ni Hao on our holidays, and the food is amazing , the lady was friendly and chatty. Thank you for your help to take family photos 😊

Bad attitude. Don't waste your time coming to a place where the receptionist stinks and treats people badly. There is no buffet inside the restaurant; it's a la carte. The truth is too much information and everything is very confusing; you could use a business consultant.

The food was simply fantastic. Ordered for 8 people, 5 x meat dishes with 5 containers of nasi/rice, satay, fried bananas and mini spring rolls for less than 150 euros.

Unfortunately I now have to admit that the Chinese food I received today was very bad, the peanut sauce contained chicken wings and the base was double fried so it was not to be eaten, sorry, not what we were used to.

Specially ordered noodles, I don't know what's special about it because it was only noodles. Vegetables/ham could only be found with a magnifying glass. Too bad, I wouldn't order from here next time.

Apparently, I have a different understanding of Indonesian food than the restaurant's cook has. Bami Goreng are at this place simply boiled noodles (Linguine) with some leek and small pieces of beef - not fried (="Goreng"), no onions, no garlic, no other vegetables or spices... One star for the peanut sauce of the Sate - this was my first and last visit of this place...

We have been ordering here for years, and again tonight....but unfortunately when we unpacked we still got a sour smell. Couldn't bring it home and decided to eat it anyway, but the sour smell turned out to be coming from the babi pangang. We immediately called and were told that it was freshly made and we could drop by, always nice when you have guests to eat and leave for a while, especially if you opt for delivery to stay with the visitors... The chef then did it. taste it and if it wasn't good we got a new container. In short, a lot of effort for a bowl of babi pangang for €12,- and if the chef didn't taste anything then I was out of luck... So this was the last time, not because of the food but purely because of the service!!!

Called about an allergy and then ordered via the website and clearly described my allergy there. Unfortunately, it turned out to have gone wrong. First the delivery person was at a completely different address and called me. The receipt also stated a completely different address. Plantains were cold and there was little banana to be recognized, just a lot of dough. After calling, they could no longer find my receipt and order and I was not entitled to a replacement product because I no longer had the wrong product. A shouting Chinese lady tells her son what to say to the customer on the telephone. What a poor handling of my complaint, the only thing I was told was: "I can't do anything for you". Unfortunately they have lost a customer.....

No one upon arrival. After waiting, a friendly young man, broad smile. Ordered a coke, coke in a dirty glass, without gas!! Zero carbon dioxide. Food was a disaster: breaded chicken, consisted of round balls, 90% breadcrumbs and a minimal piece of meat in each ball. My son ordered sja sjiew, pork, a whole plate full, however: the top had strips of meat, the entire plate underneath was full of bean sprouts that tasted nasty and bitter. Toilet: poop and pee everywhere, trash can overload, I'm 60 years old, I've traveled all over the world, but here I feel like I've been robbed for 50 euros! It's nice to end your visit to Avifauna like this!

Ordered food tonight, right on time, but unfortunately ordered 3 types of babi pangang and extra satay, the meat from both was extremely dry as if it had already been in the refrigerator for 3 days. Too bad, I order regularly, but not for a while.

Ordered here twice and really enjoyed it both times. Had a special request regarding allergies and they responded to this and did more than their best (compliments!). Fast service and the food is delicious.

Mini Rijsttafel for € 16.75 is worth every euro. I chose Babi Pangang, it was not too greasy, Daging Smoor was tasty and nice pulled pork. The Koe Loe Yuk and nasi also excellent. Nice young Chinese delivery person, so tipped...

Just delicious Chinese. We usually got our Chinese at the Great Wall of China in Alphen ad/Rijn. Lately there have often been problems with (very) long waits, or it was incomplete or simply not of good quality. Reason to try a different Chinese food. We came to Ni Hao via Thuisbezorgd. We were very surprised with the fast delivery, the very nice delivery person and the delicious, tasty (completely delivered) food. The delivery person made the comment that if it was not right, we should call them immediately. If this is the service standard they always operate on, Ni Hao has a new customer.

Been coming there for about 35 years, but I don't order spring rolls anymore because they have an aftertaste and yesterday I picked up nasi that was hard and wantang soup that had a very bad taste and color (ditch water). Maybe it was because it was only 4 p.m. I called nicely but got a boy of 14 or something on the line. I had to take a photo but the screaming woman in the background didn't agree, so I had to come over. I didn't feel like doing that. Bad service and I have been coming there for so long. No more nihao for me

Tastiest Chinese/Indian food there is!

Ordered for 5 people. Monthly menu and a selection menu. Delivery person was friendly. The food, however, is just not good. Both quantitatively and qualitatively. Ordered Rendang. The meat was super gross. Way too fatty meat. If you use all this meat you will have to make sure that you stew it long enough for the fat to dissolve. I won't be ordering here again.

Via Thuisbezorgd.nl. Tried Ni Hao for the first time. Always on time. It was a lot but not nearly as tasty as at Kota Radja. We missed the crispy crust on the babi pangang and cha sieuw.

Very bad restaurant, teppanyaki is mentioned on the website, but the plate is broken and turned out not to yield enough. There is sushi on the site, but this is no longer there either. The buffet consists of a few simple tasteless dishes, when asked if there was also white rice, I was told that the nasi is vegetarian, apparently people don't know the difference between these dishes? Add to this the atmosphereless entourage and furnishings and poor service and you have no choice but to call it very bad.

Always had a delicious monthly menu, worth repeating

Been here for the 3 course buffet menu. After the soup has been served and the crockery has been removed, the staff is no longer visible. There is no explanation whatsoever about the buffet, you have to find out for yourself. The dishes are not indicated as to what they are. So you don't know whether something contains pork or whether it is something else, or whether something is spicy or sweet. For dessert, our predecessors have already brought most of the snacks and are not replenished. Only some ice remains, of which pistachio is completely empty. The quality of the dishes is reasonable, but certainly not a culinary experience. The statement "waste is not appreciated" printed on the placemats is understandable, but it does sound very pedantic. I would rather choose a different text.
