Had to wait 45 minutes for a single burger while the chef wore AirPods and was extremely antisocial

We ordered but the food was delicious and fast, the delivery man was a friendly man so it is definitely recommended

If there were 0 stars I would have given Chitr chicken a 0. We arrived there at 9:30 and were sent away because the gentleman had too many orders. He had already made his turnover for the day. Then you close the door of your shop. He sent us away as if we were dogs. Never again to Chitr chicken

The owner is not made for the customer service industry. Always angry, yelling on his phone, then gets mad at you for taking "too long" to order when HE WAS ON THE PHONE. And then the chicken comes out burnt. Also, every single time I've been short one piece. Ordered 6 pieces only got 5. Ordered 12 pieces twice only got 11 on both. It's no wonder the place is always empty and there's always a new person at the cashier.

Söimme Chitir Chickenissä Jyväskylässä. Tilasimme kallista ruokaa, mutta omistaja oli uskomattoman töykeä ja epäkunnioittava. Istuimme yläkerrassa, ja kun menin alakertaan kysymään, miksei yläkerrassa ei ole serviettejä käsien puhdistamiseen, omistaja vastasi ylimielisesti: "Emme laita serviettejä sinne, koska asiakkaat syövät kuin eläimet ja käyttävät niitä liikaa." Otin servetit ja menin takaisin ylös. Yksi ystävistämme meni hetken päästä alas tilaamaan lisää ruokaa, ja omistaja toisti halveksivasti, että me "syömme kuin eläimet". Kun olin lähdössä, sanoin omistajalle, ettei asiakkaita saa kohdella tuolla tavalla. Hän menetti malttinsa, alkoi huutaa ja ryntäsi ulos liikkeestä uhkailemaan ja haastamaan riitaa. Täysin ala-arvoista käytöstä ravintolan omistajalta.

El hombre que nos servía, era absolutamente repugnante. Estas son solo algunas cosas que vi/ experimenté Hablando por teléfono todo el tiempo. Tuve una actitud absolutamente repugnante al servir a cualquier cliente. La forma en que habló con esta encantadora mujer después de disculparse profusamente por su hija derramando un poco de agua. Y por último, la forma en que habló con las niñas cuando ella estaba en el baño fue una falta, les dijo que se levantaran y se sentaran en la mesa de los niños, yo personalmente no habría tenido que hablar con ellos en el tono o la mansión que lo hizo. Tampoco pudo seguir una simple petición de no poner tomates en mi hamburguesa... Había un total de 4 personas En el edificio. No malgastes tu dinero.

Really Nice chicken, a manager that is a bit angry if he doesnt have change but is so nice after, good prices and on diddy the best chicken i ever ate I recommend

I've been getting food here for a few years and it's always very tasty, good food. It's a bit on the pricey side, but you get much tastier fries/chicken, etc. for that. I think the bad reviews here are fake. Atmosphere and service always good, I have never been treated badly.

The worst food I have ever ordered. Nothing (fries, wings, nuggets, tenders) were edible. It was a uber eats delivery - The fact it has a 4.6 rating on Uber when it is this bad is criminal.

I went to Chitir Chicken yesterday, I was hungry so I wanted to order something. And then a gentleman with glasses came to us and we wanted something extra when we ordered (of course we would pay for it) And the gentleman said no, how rude! I'll never come here again.

Employees very rude, don't get food from here.

Today at 3:40 PM the staff sent me away because I said I would wait 20 minutes for my hot wings. He reacted aggressively and disrespectfully and gave me my money back. Very disrespectful staff... Please dear people go eat somewhere else than here!!!!

We bought the Texas fried chicken with cheese, grilled chicken menu and chicken tenders here yesterday, and to be honest my expectations were not high, but everything was really tasty. Everything was only baked and made after the order, so wonderfully fresh, and much tastier than HFC! The restaurant itself also looked neat and clean, also looked cozy. Not as busy and chaotic as at HFC (square 40/45, you enter there and it is really dirty, children screaming and running around everywhere...... This will be our new place if we want a tasty burger!

Pedí el menú para 2 personas con tiernos pollos, nuggets, bocados y alitas. Todos olían mal. Probablemente usaron muchas veces el mismo aceite viejo para freírlos y por eso, excepto por el olor, también parecían quemados...

Este lugar tenía un mal servicio al cliente. Después de pedir mi comida, un insecto cayó en mi bebida. Traté de conseguir uno nuevo, pero el gerente dijo que no era posible. Afirmó que una vez que te vende algo, cualquier cosa que suceda después es tu propia responsabilidad. Y tiene un cartel grosero

El peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado nunca la comida tomó como media hora, entonces nos apresuramos a salir por la puerta cuando la gente que estaba esperando al resto del grupo donde estaba tratando de comer, se anunció en línea para estar abierto hasta las 10 y nos obligó a salir y cerrar a las 9 : 30 , el pollo era de buena calidad pero el aceite parecía que no se había cambiado en un tiempo, en general nunca volvería ni recomendaría a nadie.

Food does not taste good at all. Yesterday I almost threw up in the spa after eating a tasteless chicken burger that had only 3 small pieces of chicken in it. I would hardly call that a burger. I think i had a mild food poisoning. Also, the place is always empty when I pass by it, now I know why. Yes, its definitely not a spam review.

Bad service and food was very bad…… I now understand why the business is for sale after reading all these reviews and my own experience. Shame….

We wanted to eat burger with my husband and it was not appetizing at all. - First of all, they said that we did not pay even though we paid. When the owner came for help he was extremely angry and stressed - The staff were not friendly at all. - We wanted one coke, we bought two cokes. - Sauces were missing. - Moreover, instead of meat burger, we received a chicken burger and we had to eat it to avoid getting even more stressed. How could such a simple burger be so bad! The answer is: - The lettuce was chopped and it all spilled out while eating. The chicken was not a single piece (2-3 pieces) and it spilled and we ate them all with our hands. (As you can see in the picture below) - Also the chicken was never fresh and tasted terrible. +Fortunately, we liked the fries. So one star is quite enough. Never again!

My recent visit to Chitir Chicken was an utter disaster. The staff seemed more concerned with chatting among themselves than serving customers. We got chicken burgers instead of beef burgers which was very frustrating. And the taste of the food was terrible, bland and unappetizing. I really can't recommend Chitir Chicken to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!

Very good food. But a bit cold environment. I don't understand people who criticize the place for no real reason. I am sorry. Don't be influenced by negative reviews because they are false. We congratulate you.

This man sells Turkish Redbull and denies that it is a Turkish Redbull😅 When I spoke to him about this, he couldn't stand it and immediately started threatening. If you can't even sell Dutch products, you already know more than enough about this measly, dusty business of his.

Reaaaally good chicken for a relaxed evening at Home.

I am normally very positive when posting reviews, but after getting food from Chitir Chicken, this habit has changed quite a bit. Firstly, the staff was extremely unfriendly and clearly showed that they did not enjoy their work. In addition, the food was cold, burnt and had a very bad taste. After eating two bites, I immediately threw it away. And for that fairly high price, the food is not worth it at all! I therefore advise everyone not to get food here.

Never been here before, but those answers to negative reviews get me 🤣 If I'm ever in Amsterdam I'll definitely go here, I already know that the food will be absolutely delicious

Went at 730. Prime dinner time. The chicken was cooked well enough internally but the exterior was horribly brown, tell-tale sign of very old oil. Ordered spicy, the gunk from the old oil covered the spices, could get a hint of the turmeric and spices used. Onion rings I’d give negative points if I could. Think the chicken, but soggy insides. Also keep your receipt for proof of purchase. I can see it being good when new oil is used one day.

El mejor pollo, para quienes le guste tostadito , no soy de patatas fritas pero aquí me las comía todas , recomiendo el turbo mix lo comí entre dos y quedamos llenos, la atención así muy cómoda y han sido pacientes ya no sabemos mucho inglés 👌

Eten is lekker maar vooral heel duur. Daaraantegen krijg je wel grote porties. Zelf daar wezen eten en was rustig we waren de enige daar en personeel was heel arrogant we moesten ons eten zelf ophalen en weer opruimen en daar werd hij heel boos om. Slecht personeel en het duurde lang voordat we onze eten kregen

Snelle service en aardige personeel zeer fijn om hier te eten! Echt een aanrader

Heerlijk eten, dat zeker. Alleen de medewerker was erg asociaal. Mijn bestelling was niet compleet aangeslagen. De mensen naast ons kregen verkeerde bestelling en durfden het niet te melden, ik hielp ze daarbij. Meneer was daar niet zo van gediend en vertelde mij dat ik mijn mond moest houden want anders ging hij mij in de prullenbak gooien. "Vrouwen zijn echt hoofdpijn" vertelde hij mij. Erg jammer want de andere medewerker die bezorging ging doen was wel erg vriendelijk.

Heerlijk gegeten, we komen zeker nog een keer terug. Bedankt voor de goede service.

Lekker gegeten! Met een grote groep (12 personen) gaan eten. Eten kwam snel, was lekker warm en smaakte heerlijk!

Gisteravond geprobeerd te bestellen, maar door miscommunicatie werd de order geannuleerd. Na een woeste review, heb ik de eigenaar gesproken en uitleg gekregen. Kan ik waarderen. Review zodoende aangepast naar 4. 5-sterren review komt wellicht zodra ik de volgende bestelling doe!

Kip is lekker burgers zijn lekker. Schoon restaurant en schone keuken. Mensen klagen bij de recensies dat de hotwings aangebrand zijn en bij de normale wings niet. Dit komt omdat er bij de hot wings hete saus wordt gebruikt. Die donkerder is dan de normale saus. Verder prima service.

Wel te doen maar niet echt lekker.

Tot 3 weken geleden waren de hotwings best lekker, maar toen dus weer een portie gehaald. Een aantal waren goed van smaak en een aantal roken naar bedorven lucht, kon ze niet eten en uitgespuwd. Bij het voorbereiden dan ruik je het toch en ga je het niet klaar maken voor consumptie. Misschien èènmalig!

Ik vind de service goed maar de tenders proefden aangebrand. Vergelijking KFC dan is KFC toch lekkerder

Prijzen verschillen van het menu en de manager is niet vriendelijk, ik kom hier niet nog een keer
