We ordered the mixed grill and it tasted amazing! Unfortunately the fries were missing but when we phoned they delivered them immediately and even added a little cake! Very sweet and delicious! Would definitely recommend!

Always good to eat at Chris, authentic Greek food with a warm service. They not only serve the classic gyros, but also creative homemade dishes that are constantly changing.

We had catering for 50 people. It was very good, delivered right on time, more than enough and all guests loved it. And for a soft price. Many thanks Chris and colleagues!

Another very good meal at Chris's. Always great here. Fresh products, extensive, large portion of salad with lots of fresh vegetables, date, feta cheese and a portion of Tzatziki. Moussaka was tasty as usual. €14.50 for a daily special is not much for what you get. Drink only.

Our favorite place in the area; fantastic Greek food and a cozy atmosphere - and a very passionate and friendly owner. You can take away or eat on site. We are regular customers and recommend Chris to everyone!

Great place with affordable food. The owner actively gives back to the community by participating in local initiatives, which makes supporting this business even more meaningful. A quick little hole in the wall place for some snacks on a rainy day. Order at the counter. Everything is in Dutch but they help you choose. The Dutch are so nice. Lots of variety.

Top snacks but also very tasty Greek dishes!

Going to "Chris" is really a phenomenon with us. We enjoy coming here every time. The food is really delicious, the people are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is always good. We come for both lunch and dinner. The pita Haloumi is highly recommended, but the coffee is certainly not bad either.

This is really one of my favorite places for a burger (definitely recommended; the deluxe burger!!!) or if I want something healthier; chicken fillet or souvlaki sticks with some fries. Tastiest fries sauce ever (from Oliehoorn). Meat is super well prepared, seasoned, tender. I am very satisfied with everything. Although I have occasionally had a slightly inferior order, otherwise it is always a big 10! I come back here regularly and it always remains excellent. Friendly people, fast service (as far as is possible, because it is regularly full of home deliveries and people who come to pick up something). But I became a fan mainly because of the deluxe burger. Remains a winner!

This is much more than a snack bar! Here you can enjoy a really nice, tasty and affordable meal. The giros are fantastic, fries nice and crispy, fresh salad on the side. 1 disadvantage...too much, ha ha! So nice also for big eaters. They also have homemade moussaka and other Greek delicacies. What a party! Nice tables inside and outside, close to the Wilhelmina Park. And the boy who served us: how friendly, attentive and careful you are!

Surprising tent with nice staff, good food and great atmosphere too!

Just moved to this one nearby. Great Greek snack bar tent with super nice employees. Perfect gyros pita and excellent moussaka, but also other Greek specialties and regular snack bar snacks are on the menu. The fries alone are a reason to come here! And they have Mythos Beer themselves. The portions are really tasty Greek, so for the big hungry. This will be my new favorite go-to place in the Schildersbuurt!

Restaurant with very tasty, typical Greek dishes. But also Burgers, Falafel and everything else you expect from a chip shop. The staff is friendly and works quickly. I had a very tasty meal here and will definitely come back!

We've had takeaway food from here a number of times, it's super tasty, the mix grill is our favorite and when we don't feel like cooking, we call Chris! Large portion with 2 souvlaki, gyros and we do 2 burgers and fries. DELICIOUS The salad is different every time but always delicious! What a winner

Super cozy food spot in Utrecht East! I'm a student and I find this cafeteria cheaper! The best part is that it's just next door to a yoga studio where I usually practice yoga. The owner, Chris, is a nice Dutchman. He knows that I need to practice Dutch, so he speaks slowly to me in Dutch. Healthy options are available and this is the reason I gave 5 stars! I am very really satisfied!

By far the best food in Utrecht. Prefect price , quality and portions. If you want something that tastes like what your mother would make , definitely come try this place out. Can taste that it is made with love.

Kali Orexi! Op deze natte dag hadden we geen zin om te koken en hadden we zin in goede Gyros. Omdat ik nog een goed adres in Utrecht wist, was de keuze snel gemaakt. Chris Lunch en Snacks is zo’n zaak waar goed eten en goede vriendelijke service kernwaarden zijn, en dat merk je! Zodra je binnenkomt zie je een rek met Griekse producten die je verwelkomen naast de vriendelijke medewerkers. De vitrine waar zelfgemaakte Griekse gerechten en de snacks in liggen is schoon en nodigt uit tot bestellen. De bestellingen worden vlot opgenomen en vliegen er net zo vlot weer uit. Er staat een goed team. Dan de Gyros waar ik voor kwam… Goed op smaak, ruime porties en vooral heel lekker! Ook de tzatziki is smaakvol en lekker. De extra bij bestelde Griekse salade was een aangename verrassing op zich. Niet de standaard slappe salade met wat sla, komkommer, feta, wat ui en een paar verdwaalde olijven. Nee, dit was echt een rijk gevulde Griekse salade waar aandacht aan is besteed en het bestellen waard is! Een echte aanrader!

Technically this is a snackbar, and the french fries are delicious, but.. if you like to prolong your greek holiday feeling, go to Chris. Gyros, pita, greek salad, homemade tzaziki, filled bellpeppers etc. It is always hard to choose but whatever you get here will surely make you smile. Great food, great place, nice people. Top!

Top! De enige snackbar waar ik voor mijn plezier wel eens gewoon ga zitten om iets te eten (ipv af te halen). Alle mogelijke snacks met ook uitgebreid aanbod van Griekse producten.

A very nice place for a quick lunch, I recommend the grilled meat (chicken is delicious, bifteki too) with tzatziki.

1e ervaring met thuisbezorgen. Via Uber eats. We houden van Grieks, dus we waagde ons aan een nieuw restaurantje. En wat een verassing. Heerlijk eten. Grote porties voor een zeer goede prijs. Alle opmerkingen die we hadden geplaatst zoals doorbakken en extra saus etc is meegenomen en gedaan hoe super is dat. Een nieuwe ontdekking we gaan hier zeker vaker bestellen. De souflaki heerlijk! De gyros zo mals mjam. En de friet goed krokant. Ook de snacks voor de kids echt top en als presentje lolly s. Wat een feest!!! Echt een aanrader. O en als knoflooksaus fanaat ... De knoflooksaus is goddelijk!

Eten afgehaald bij deze leuke retro ingerichte restaurant/snackbar. Was echt heel goed. Ik had een hamburger met ei. Andere hadden falafal op broodje. Brood was lekker en vers. Zeker ook de pita. Hamburger goed gebakken. Garnering voldoende, smaak uitstekend kortom een aanrader.

Heerlijk Grieks kan je hier eten. Voor het geld hoef je het niet te laten absoluut niet duur voor wat je krijgt. En de bediening is erg vriendelijk .

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, lekker eten en voor ieder wat wils. Waren een deel van de bestelling vergeten, maar die werd netjes en snel nageleverd op locatie.

Elke keer weer een geweldige plek om lekker te eten. Leuk sfeervol, mix van stads, vintage en Griekenland. Het eten is top. Heerlijke patat. Pita falafel kan ik zeker aanraden en de dagschotel is ook top. En je kan leuk aan een tafel binnen zitten.
