Ordered here for the first time. Very fast service and a very friendly gentleman on the phone! The food was delicious! Definitely not the last time for me.

I ordered through UberEats. The restaurant is 7 minutes away, technically almost around the corner. I waited almost an hour for my order, after which I received a disgusting pizza (cold, not crispy, too much cheese and herbs). The pasta was okay, but the panini wasn't delivered. In short: It was clear that the restaurant hadn't paid any attention or effort to my order! I contacted the restaurant, but the employee didn't seriously help me. Tip: Please, don't order from here at all. It's a waste of time and money. It's simply not worth it!

The pasta and burger were delicious. The delivery person was also right on time.

First of all, I don't know any business owner who charges the same prices as thuisbezorgd.nl for ordering and takeaway, which means their products are inherently overpriced. I ordered three fries, and when I got home, they turned out to be way too salty. I called the owner to report this, but instead of apologizing, he immediately asked where I lived. My intention wasn't to get new fries, but simply to point out the overly salty ones so he'd be aware of this for future customers. When I told him I didn't want new fries, he asked why I was calling! How arrogant! Not every customer wants—as he might think—a new free order. He even sneered that "Moroccans find everything too salty" before hanging up the phone. This owner should take some customer service courses, followed by one on how to make less salty fries. I'm never coming back here.

I waited over an hour and a half for my food, and it still hasn't arrived. My advice: definitely don't order from here :)

Very bad service all around!!!!! I’ve ordered twice, both times with spaghetti and gotten penne. I’ve called to mention the problem in my order and they hanged up mid introduction. They leave the phone off the line cause it goes straight to voicemail and the dude I spoke to was very rude!!! In conclusion don’t order here!!! For real pasta and pizza go to ciao ciao in DELFT! P.S. Also I’m pretty sure it was a rat under a hat that cooked my pasta, but not one as skilled as remi!

We ordered from there for over 50€. You forgot something on delivery. I called there three times. I was always told that they had nothing to do with the order. Even if her name is on the bill. Such as the order number, my name or street name. I feel terribly betrayed by the store. Never again. Never again. Unless you want to be teased.
