I have been coming here for my çiğköfte for years and am always very satisfied. Today I was served by Esra. She was very friendly, helpful, and service-oriented. She made my 3 çiğköfte dürüms exactly as I requested, with plenty of vegetables. The çiğköfte here is always fresh and tasty. That is why I like to keep coming back. Thank you, Esra, for the good service! Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. The salad I received looked anything but fresh. The lettuce was brown and discolored in several places, as is clearly visible in the photo. When I pointed this out, the response I received was: “It is fresh, we only serve fresh salad, so I don't know what the problem is.” Frankly, I found that reaction incomprehensible. Anyone can see in the photo that the lettuce does not look fresh or appealing. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, it was immediately dismissed. No solution was offered whatsoever: no replacement, no apologies, and no compensation. Quite apart from the quality of the meal, I find the way customers are treated at least as important. If a customer has a legitimate complaint and no attempt is made to think along or offer a solution, then that shows how little value is placed on customer satisfaction. For me, this was the first and last time.

The shop's interior was nice, but the raw meatball wrap and service were poor. We ordered a big wrap of raw meatballs, but they used double the flatbread and put even less meatballs than you'd put in a regular wrap. It wasn't fresh, and it wasn't kneaded properly. There were very few options for toppings, and the staff were grumpy. I don't recommend it; it's one of the worst raw meatball places I've been to.

Picked up a mildly spicy family package on Sunday, October 1. Opened box at home, sour smell! Not to eat. Called, returned, received two boxes of spicy. The next day these smell exactly the same! How can you give this to your customers??? And then ask €28 for it! Quality is far below par. Never, ever again Çiğköftem!

I always order here often via Uber Eats, I only asked once for spring onions and tomatoes, possibly for an extra charge, come on guys! I even ordered a large family package and drinks because otherwise I thought it was too little to be able to ask for raw vegetables at all, while I have enough drinks at home and did not need a large family package for two people... too bad!

goed als je snel eten wil en lekker, alleen kreeg het gevoel alsof ze geen eten willen verkopen en of ik daar verkeerd zat voor eten, of misschien is dat normaal bij bijerlandselaan. Jammer, ook gelijk laatste keer voor mij.
