I love coming here for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner! The vegetables are always fresh and crunchy, the çig köfte is tasty, and I always get fast and friendly service. They also sell chocolate bars with pistachio filling, which are also super tasty! Just a nice place for fresh, healthy and tasty vegetarian food for a very good price :)

Terribly bad. First I had to wait to order until the lady was done with her phone. And then I paid 7 euros for an XL wrap. These have only become smaller every year at Cigkoftem. Doesn't mean anything. Then I sit down and she brings the wrap without a napkin or plate. Then she just chats on the phone with a colleague about her contract. She's on her phone all the time. And is impatient because I won't leave so she can go smoke. Stands behind the counter, a bit antisocially, eating chocolate. Then she goes outside for a cigarette, really gross. So I get up, wash my hands and walk to the toilet. While I'm peeing I hear her shouting, 'Mr. Sir', and she comes pulling and knocking at the door, 'that that's not allowed'. That I should have asked that. But how do I do that if you're on your phone all the time or standing outside talking? She tells me quite aggressively that I have to leave and is intimidating. I say: 'that the service is bad', she says: 'well, I'm not your staff'. You are, of course, indirectly. But don't worry, I'll never come back here again. Such staff will destroy your store.

I've been coming here for years. Clean store, and the cikofte is really fantastic. Always fresh, great taste. Sweet woman who always helps us!❤️

Never had such a tasteless çigköfte before. It tasted like nothing. And what unfriendly staff. If you don't feel like working, close it then take care of the matter instead of being grumpy towards you customers. The lady doesn't even look at customers and she has never heard of customer-friendly. I was helped earlier by a lady wearing a headscarf and she was also very grumpy. And then smoke so unprofessionally in front of the door. Wasted money. You better close this branch

Old atmosphere, fast service with friendly employees but the food was inedible, you can't even taste the cigkofte, only the wrap with cucumber and the sauce. Better take elaziz cigkofte dude.

Ci kofte menu tasted like nothing, never experienced it. Never experienced this at Zuidplein. 1st and last time for us.

The lady started sneezing and held her hands in front of her nose. Without washing her hands she started preparing us wraps. No taste like I'm used to with other Cigkoftem's. €0.75 for extra squirt of sauce?

I am now lying on the couch feeling sick with a stomach ache and I have already been to the toilet dozens of times after consuming a cikoftem. Never again this branch for me! They can learn a lot from Zuidplein or Dordrecht in that respect, I have never experienced any complaints there. Ps. The staff (the lady without a headscarf) was standing in front of the entrance of the business smoking, not exactly tasty or fresh to deal with this unpleasant smell before you go for a bite to eat. That's really not possible at a food store.

Very unfriendly, today that employee really treated me like crap! She put the ciqofte for me on a four-sided plate, customers put money on it, and said put Durum on it for me, I said something about it, and then she made me another ciqofte with anger. Normally very friendly people work here and the food is really tasty. There is only one bad apple among your staff. I had a delicious lunch from you the day before yesterday, made by the right colleague. But what I received yesterday (February 14, 2023) for €6.50 “large wrap” was shoved into my hands, I thought it was rude, it looked like just a small wrap, with more starch than vegetables, the last piece was not filled at all as I am used to, and there was also not enough sauce, it seemed on purpose, because I come I have been with you for years and I was not used to this tasteless sensation. and again, I was here the day before yesterday and there was a nice woman working and she made it as I am used to. It would be a shame if I never go here again. I have noticed several times with the lady who was working yesterday that she is completely uncustomer friendly / not customer focused. He would rather get back to that phone call as soon as possible. In addition, I don't feel taken seriously because I assume that an employee knows how to roll such a wrap. after all, it is your only product. Really worthless. but again; I was here the day before yesterday and everything was great.

Cigkofte Durum size has been halved and price has doubled! Completely wasted my money!!

What scammers! Paid €12 for 2 big durum. The only thing that was big about it were the 2 loaves of lovage. We had to look for the cigkofte in it. Don't waste your money on this!!

Helaas zeer ontevreden! grote family pakket gekocht.. kom net thuis en maak het pakket open en wat slordig! cigkofteler ayarsiz.. coğu kucuk kucuk yapilmis.. tek tuk normal boyut var. Heb niet gekregen waar voor ik heb betaald! Geen aanrader!

Lekker en niet duur, erg fijn dat er vegan opties zijn!

The food is great, awesome vegan option but the loud music doesn't make me feel welcome to sit and enjoy the ordered food.
