So delicious, and the staff is really super friendly! It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it. You see it being made entirely by hand, and it's so delicious!

Best Cinnamon Rolls specially when they are warm

The smell of the place really does draw you in, terribly difficult not to succumb to the smell of cinnamon rolls. I opted for the flavoured variants (the chocolate and pistachio ones) because a regular cinnamon roll isn't enough of a sugar attack as is, apparently. I mean yeah it's a well made cinnamon, which is great, and the chocolate and pistachio made it even better. The middle in particular was very nice and warm. Somewhat high price but it is worthwhile.

Cinnabon itself tastes great. But it's ridiculous to charge €0.50 for a paper bag. And that on top of the €5.25 price of a Cinnabon. That's a reason for me to boycott Cinnabon. It comes from America, but they do things differently there. Too bad. It hurts for the experience.

Disappointing experience. Got a sweet treat after work, but couldn’t even enjoy it as I found a hair in it. Maybe consider having staff wear caps or use glass covers on the pastries to prevent this in the future?

Very friendly and helpful staff. The cinnabons themselves were a bit disappointing. The flavors were good, but the dough was quite dry. Not bad, but the price-quality ratio is therefore skewed. I paid 16 euros, and for that price, you get a perfectly good tart/schnitt from a pastry chef. It was nice to have tried it once.

It was really good. That was our first time trying cinnabons and I was gave it 10/10. And my personal recommendation is to try classic one firstly, not the pistachio one ahah. The pistachio bon was too sweet.

I had a coupon and didn't use it, I didn't get any discount at all, and I didn't even get the coupon, it was way too sweet, I won't be coming back to those sweet scammers

Best place ever to get cinnamon rolls. I love that the cinnamon rolls are still a bit warm when u get them takeout and their service is fantastic! I’m not sure if the staff speaks Dutch but that’s normal nowadays. The staff is very kind and will help you through your choice. They have one product but with some variety, which is good. I love their cinnamon rolls and they might be expensive, but definitely worth your price.

Even it’s a little bit pricey (€3,8 for a small bun), the taste is really good. I ordered the classic and pistascho. The classic with the coconut milk on top is my favourite.

These cinnamon rolls are really tasty, especially if you eat them straight away, because they are still warm when you buy them. We also tried the Have a roll in Utrecht which scores better than this one, but I like them much better at Cinnabon, so I don't understand why this one scores much lower

The pistachio Cinnabon is awful and tastes like sesame paste, there is no sauce on top as shown in the advertised pictures, only grinded pistachio nuts and it was very disappointing

I love Cinnabon but this branch gave me goose bumps. I was standing in queue waiting to order but I noticed not once but multiple times a staff picking from her tooth and with same hands fixing the cinnabons. YUCK! I off course did not order and would highly recommend them to first use gloves(none of them had gloves, even the one who was setting the box for orders) and second maintain basic hygiene. The fact that they didn't even care to show that in front of shop makes me think how bad that must be inside the store

Great concept, but the hygiene is awful. Moping the floor, using the same gloves to touch the bunboxes on the inside. And putting the buns in the oven with the same gloves.

I was really impressed with the service. The friendly employee gave me great advice and was incredibly helpful. I even received a cappuccino with my order because I waited a while for my large order to be packed. The shop makes a very clean and inviting impression. All in all a fantastic service, I'll be happy to come back on my next visit to Utrecht.

Delicious, I think, freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Choose from classic, peacon nuts with caramel and one made of chocolate. We took all 3 with us and enjoyed this delicacy. Pricey for a sweet snack, but you don't do that every time.

Dit was mijn derde keer dat ik bij sla had gegeten. De eerste keer was een goeie ervaring maar daarna de tweede keer duurde het zo lang om mijn bestelling klaar te maken dan de tijd dat het klaar moest zijn. De derde en mijn laatste keer waren de zoete aardappelen niet goed gebakken en ze waren hard. Die heb ik dus niet kunnen eten en dit was erg onsmakelijk en geen fijne maaltijd en ervaring. Ik had hierover sla ook gemaild maar helaas geen reactie. Dit vond ik erg jammer en ik denk niet dat ik weer snel hier zal eten.

Het zag er leuk en lekker uit, maar niks bleek minder waar. Sowieso was de bestelling verkeerd opgenomen, een wrap is niet hetzelfde als een salade. Ik zelf had de feta salade, maar ik heb geen feta gevonden. Verder zat er een hele harde aubergine in die niet te kauwen was. Stukken paprika’s met nog hele zaadlijsten erin en de rest was ook niet te eten. Na hier te hebben gegeten ben ik ook ziek naar huis gegaan. Ook was de cappuccino geen haar beter, in een glas zonder oor om mijn handen aan te verbranden. En kreeg ik deze aan mijn tafel zodat ik zelf weer terug richting de kassa kon lopen om er suiker in te stoppen om erachter te komen dat het op was… Geen service te vinden. En voor die prijs echt BIZAR. Nooit meer.

Geweldig lekkere bowls met gezonde plantaardige ingredienten. Het was teveel om in een keer op te eten. Wat overbleef heb ik meegekregen naar huis alwaar ik in de namiddag thuis nog eens genoten heb van deze maaltijd. Aanrader!

The cinnamon rolls are delicious and very tasty. That's a 5-star dessert. The atmosphere is crowded however the wait is worthwhile. The price is in the mid - high range but again for the size and quality of dessert, it's satisfactory. The service would need more sitting places but very friendly staff. Highly recommend that you give these rolls a try.

Simply indescribably delicious!! I treated myself to the cinnamon roll with pecans, sugar and caramel glaze!! If you don't have to count calories and don't want to, but just want to try something special, you should go to Cinnabon!! Super fresh and juicy!!😊 Like many things in the Netherlands, only card payments are accepted here!!

When I walked into this place, the first thing I noticed was the staff's lack of enthusiasm, which unfortunately dampened the overall atmosphere. The limited seating wasn't much of an issue for me, but the lack of a welcoming vibe made the space less comfortable than desired. Now, onto the main event - the cinnamon bun. It was delightful and hit all the right notes of sweetness and spice that you'd expect from a good cinnamon bun. I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, while it was great, it didn't quite reach the heights of uniqueness or memorable indulgence that would compel me to give it a five-star rating. Should I find myself at the mall again with a craving for cinnamon buns, I'd likely revisit. Otherwise, I'm content with just the one experience.

Delicious, amazing, mesmerizing, quietly enjoying these very good cinnamon buns. We ordered the Classic and the Pecan Caramel cinnamon bun, which we devoured in 5 minutes. They had a selection of 3-4 different kinds of buns which is enough variations for me personally. Definitely a must try!!

Last time we went to this place we saw a mouse running inside the kitchen !!!! Don’t go there. The kitchen was lying about the mouse. Didn’t do anything to refund us, and were really arrogant and nonchalant. After a very long discussion, a refund was supposed to be made. Never happened. A true disgrace. Don’t’ go there, save yourself some money and some time

Perfect for a comforting dessert! We tried the mini Cinnabon, and they were delicious, served hot and the portion is enough for one person. “Normal” Cinnabons are really big, for those with the biggest appetites. The cappuccino and coffee were good, nothing more.

Great cinnamon buns! They are served warm and have lots of frosting. They taste the same as the ones in North America. Unfortunately there isn't much seating around the area. Hopefully cinnabon can add tables and chairs. Or even just more benches.

Tried the mini voucher here, it was quite large for a mini voucher, but that was of course not a problem. I thought the mini voucher had a nice taste, but it was very dry, so I wouldn't take it again anytime soon, especially not for the price you paid. Not really recommended for me.

I went to this location on 22/01/23 to buy the box of 9 mini cinnamonrolls, I read on the website prior that the price would be 16€, so tell me why when I arrive to the store the worker tells me I’m wrong and that the website is also incorrect before charging me 27€ for a box of 9 mini cinnamon rolls. This is an absolutely ridiculous amount to pay !!!!
