Cinnabon Hoog Catharijne in Wijk 06 Binnenstad

They’re a bit dry, and not very soft. It’s ok i guess

Don’t understand the hype around this place, we took the cinnamon rolls home, warmed them up per instructions the same day and it was nothing but a dry and overly sweet mess. Not enjoyable at all, nowhere near close to a good cinnamon roll. Absolutely not worth your money, skip this place. The prices are atrocious, what they ask for dry, hard and stale sugary bread. Big nope.

The very best cinnamon rolls, honestly. The service is good and they are very customer-friendly. Highly recommended.

These are really delicious! Optionally, you can warm them up; they are extra tasty that way!

I’ve been here many times, mainly for the cinnamon rolls, and they’re usually fresh and really delicious. This time, though, the one I got didn’t seem as fresh as usual. Overall, I still really like this bakery and will come back. The staff are polite, although the service is more straightforward than particularly warm or chatty.

The unhealthiest snack in Utrecht. Packed with white granulated sugar. Hopefully, the sugar tax will be introduced soon.

Delicious cinnamon rolls! The ladies were incredibly friendly and cheerful. It is a shame, though, that it is so small and there are only a few seats.

I had a small classic; it was still a bit warm, which was quite nice. Unfortunately, it was otherwise quite dry and ultimately not worth it.

I've gotten something here a few times now and it's fine, but a little bit dry and quite expensive overall. I do think it tastes better if you eat it right away. Moreover, the caramel pecan doesn't taste like caramel at all.

Rudest waitress ever. She didn’t even make eye contact or say a single word. I almost thought I owed her money. Not a pleasant experience.

All the staff there are mean and rude. Moreover, they are not welcoming at all. Not recommended at all, especially since the cinnamon rolls were super dry and not fresh.and the team is not disrespectful.

Was served by the employees pretty fast the two times I came here, but they lack any kind of personality. It feels like a business exchange to order here, no friendly greeting, nothing. Luckily they’re not necessarily rude either I guess. The cinnamon bun was soft. The taste was fine, but not all that amazing as it’s made out to be. Overly sweet to the point it’s too much. The Cinnabon chips are great however. Very, very crispy and crunchy with strong cinnamon(!) sugar taste. They’re coated nicely. The icing is good in combination with the “chips” as well. I really like the concept and hope it stays!

The cinnamon rolls were delicious, unfortunately there is very little space to eat there and there are crowds of people constantly pushing past For this reason, we took our order to go

Terrible service. Never been here before, so to order I had to point at the items. The lady got mad and told me not to point, saying my hair would touch the food. Mind you, I was wearing a cap and fully covered in a puffer jacket. If there’s hair in your food, that’s not the customer’s fault. You should probably investigate your internal hygiene practices instead.

I love eating there and the cinnamon delicious but the people who work there they are so rude and didn’t act right at all and she call me liar 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

So delicious, and the staff is really super friendly! It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it. You see it being made entirely by hand, and it's so delicious!

Simply the best cinnamon rolls I know. We don't even come close to this quality in Germany. Every time I'm in Utrecht, I bring some back with me 😋

Roll on the go was delicious and was even cut into pieces😲 highly recommended

quality and service has gone down in recent times. rolls are often either dry from over baking or chewy like gum from being raw.

Best Cinnamon Rolls specially when they are warm

The smell of the place really does draw you in, terribly difficult not to succumb to the smell of cinnamon rolls. I opted for the flavoured variants (the chocolate and pistachio ones) because a regular cinnamon roll isn't enough of a sugar attack as is, apparently. I mean yeah it's a well made cinnamon, which is great, and the chocolate and pistachio made it even better. The middle in particular was very nice and warm. Somewhat high price but it is worthwhile.

Cinnabon itself tastes great. But it's ridiculous to charge €0.50 for a paper bag. And that on top of the €5.25 price of a Cinnabon. That's a reason for me to boycott Cinnabon. It comes from America, but they do things differently there. Too bad. It hurts for the experience.

Disappointing experience. Got a sweet treat after work, but couldn’t even enjoy it as I found a hair in it. Maybe consider having staff wear caps or use glass covers on the pastries to prevent this in the future?

I got 6 normal size for 23 euro. Taste is amazingly satisfying 😌 😋 👌

This was incredibly delicious! A bit pricey, though!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The cinnabons themselves were a bit disappointing. The flavors were good, but the dough was quite dry. Not bad, but the price-quality ratio is therefore skewed. I paid 16 euros, and for that price, you get a perfectly good tart/schnitt from a pastry chef. It was nice to have tried it once.

Such a friendly service! Highly recommend to try!

It was really good. That was our first time trying cinnabons and I was gave it 10/10. And my personal recommendation is to try classic one firstly, not the pistachio one ahah. The pistachio bon was too sweet.

Het personeel bij SLA Hoog Catharijne Utrechtis vriendelijk. Maar de SLA koffie is slappe hap. En toch 3,3 euro. Ik verwachtte betere kwaliteit, maar ja, hun core business is niet de koffie.

I had a coupon and didn't use it, I didn't get any discount at all, and I didn't even get the coupon, it was way too sweet, I won't be coming back to those sweet scammers

Best place ever to get cinnamon rolls. I love that the cinnamon rolls are still a bit warm when u get them takeout and their service is fantastic! I’m not sure if the staff speaks Dutch but that’s normal nowadays. The staff is very kind and will help you through your choice. They have one product but with some variety, which is good. I love their cinnamon rolls and they might be expensive, but definitely worth your price.

Even it’s a little bit pricey (€3,8 for a small bun), the taste is really good. I ordered the classic and pistascho. The classic with the coconut milk on top is my favourite.

Cinnabons; Delicious! Only the long lines are always a good thing, that also says something about the delicacies you can get here. My favorite is with pecan-caramel topping!!

Really tasty buns (on first and second day😋) and pleasant service!

Lovely staff and cinnamon rolls 😇

These cinnamon rolls are really tasty, especially if you eat them straight away, because they are still warm when you buy them. We also tried the Have a roll in Utrecht which scores better than this one, but I like them much better at Cinnabon, so I don't understand why this one scores much lower

The Pistachio one was really dry

Best cinnamon rolls I've ever had! Very nice cinnamon flavor and perfect dough structure. Highly recommended! Also friendly help.

Jesus christ. The pistachio cinnabon is very highly recommended. The others were also very good.

Fresh baked and warm cinnamon rolls. Classic is the pne I will never regret but we wanted to give a try on the pistachio one and that was also really good.

As always, super delicious! 100% recommendation

The way I know them, but I make them a little tastier myself ☺️ not a prime location to sit, but good for takeaway.

Just bought a cinnamon roll. I was looking forward to it, but it was not edible; super dry. I wonder how long it was there... Jammee

The pistachio Cinnabon is awful and tastes like sesame paste, there is no sauce on top as shown in the advertised pictures, only grinded pistachio nuts and it was very disappointing

Avoid! My partner and I are both suffering from major digestive issues after eating here… Would give zero stars if it would be possible…

I love Cinnabon but this branch gave me goose bumps. I was standing in queue waiting to order but I noticed not once but multiple times a staff picking from her tooth and with same hands fixing the cinnabons. YUCK! I off course did not order and would highly recommend them to first use gloves(none of them had gloves, even the one who was setting the box for orders) and second maintain basic hygiene. The fact that they didn't even care to show that in front of shop makes me think how bad that must be inside the store

Cinnabon in Utrecht is the place for cinnamon roll lovers. The rolls are simply fantastic: soft, perfectly flavored and richly filled with cinnamon. It's clear that they know how to make a real treat here. An absolute standout is the frosting. This is wonderfully creamy and sweet, without being overpowering. It adds just the right amount of extra flavor to the rolls, making every bite a delight. Whether you take a classic cinnamon roll or one of the variants, it always feels like a pampering moment. If you like sweets, a visit to Cinnabon Utrecht is a must. A perfect place to treat yourself!

Just get coconut balls on the other side, much tastier

Excellent cinnamon roll, a bit dry. Sweet staff. Nice for 1x

This contains way too much sugar. Not healthy.

Delicious rolls!!!!! Too good to pass up. Even after 30 minutes in the car, you can still eat it warm at home. Friendly staff and neatly packaged. Also received a detailed explanation of how to store and reheat. Top!!!

Very friendly service, reasonable price and great cinnamon rolls!

Delicious warm mini cinnamon roll, very moist and sweet, I could eat them every day!

Delicious sandwich, but not friendly staff at all! Can't help but smile.

What amazing cinnamon rolls! Ours were fresh from the oven and still a little warm. Super juicy and really tasty. Not dry at all. Very heavy

Great concept, but the hygiene is awful. Moping the floor, using the same gloves to touch the bunboxes on the inside. And putting the buns in the oven with the same gloves.

I was really impressed with the service. The friendly employee gave me great advice and was incredibly helpful. I even received a cappuccino with my order because I waited a while for my large order to be packed. The shop makes a very clean and inviting impression. All in all a fantastic service, I'll be happy to come back on my next visit to Utrecht.

The cinnamon rolls were made fresh and were absolutely delicious!

Super dry. Really hard to get away. Too bad, because it looked so delicious. Those with Oreo and Speculoos are also no less dry.

Delicious soft warm cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon.

Delicious, I think, freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Choose from classic, peacon nuts with caramel and one made of chocolate. We took all 3 with us and enjoyed this delicacy. Pricey for a sweet snack, but you don't do that every time.

A bit pricey but tastes good! The dough is a bit dry to me. It is worth a try

Too bad they don't really have a terrace. They were very dry compared to cinnamon. But I was happy to have found something comparable.

one of the best cinnamoons I had

Delicious Cinnabons! Definitely recommended

They have rats in this location AND they don't care!

It was so tasty, we took one of everything. Only nibbled on it 8 hours later and it was still fresh

Geweldig lekkere bowls met gezonde plantaardige ingredienten. Het was teveel om in een keer op te eten. Wat overbleef heb ik meegekregen naar huis alwaar ik in de namiddag thuis nog eens genoten heb van deze maaltijd. Aanrader!

Nice staff and super tasty pastries! The original cinnamon bun is my favorite! Truly a hidden gem in Utrecht)

Food is delicious but the manager is disappointing

They are so cheap. There is barely anything on it.

It says they are open at 10, but at a quarter to 11 they are not open yet. The buns are delicious but it's a real shame about the bad staff.

The cinnamon rolls are delicious and very tasty. That's a 5-star dessert. The atmosphere is crowded however the wait is worthwhile. The price is in the mid - high range but again for the size and quality of dessert, it's satisfactory. The service would need more sitting places but very friendly staff. Highly recommend that you give these rolls a try.

Simply indescribably delicious!! I treated myself to the cinnamon roll with pecans, sugar and caramel glaze!! If you don't have to count calories and don't want to, but just want to try something special, you should go to Cinnabon!! Super fresh and juicy!!😊 Like many things in the Netherlands, only card payments are accepted here!!

Love the cinnamon rolls here. Friendly service too!

Grumpy Filipino woman who doesn't feel like working really ruins it because the pastries/cinnabons are really delicious and fresh. If you ask something she looks at you grumpily...

Food: 4/5 ⭐️ Price: 4/5 ⭐️ Service: 1/5 ⭐️ Discovering eateries on TikTok is always a gamble – they're either hidden culinary treasures or just riding the wave of social media hype. When I walked into this place, the first thing I noticed was the staff's lack of enthusiasm, which unfortunately dampened the overall atmosphere. The limited seating wasn't much of an issue for me, but the lack of a welcoming vibe made the space less comfortable than desired. Now, onto the main event - the cinnamon bun. It was delightful and hit all the right notes of sweetness and spice that you'd expect from a good cinnamon bun. I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, while it was great, it didn't quite reach the heights of uniqueness or memorable indulgence that would compel me to give it a five-star rating. Should I find myself at the mall again with a craving for cinnamon buns, I'd likely revisit. Otherwise, I'm content with just the one experience.

My favourite place in the mall, my favourite cinnamon roll in my entire life 🥺🧚🏻‍♂️💕

Extremely grumpy and not listening employees, super rushed even though I was the only one. In the end I didn't get what I wanted and she didn't want to change anything.

Delicious, amazing, mesmerizing, quietly enjoying these very good cinnamon buns. We ordered the Classic and the Pecan Caramel cinnamon bun, which we devoured in 5 minutes. They had a selection of 3-4 different kinds of buns which is enough variations for me personally. Definitely a must try!!

Delicious food and friendly staff

Yum!! Such delicious warm (!) cinnabons 😍

Super tasty, highly recommended. Indeed, it is on the pricey side, but nowadays you also pay something like that for a piece of cake at the bakery. Cinnabon was still nice and warm and delicious. I would go for the big one ;)

8/10 Sweet warm and fresh buns, everything you need to get in a good mood, the only problem will be your sticky and glazed face

Very Dry, overrated and really overpriced. They act as if this is the very best there is, but I know much better places that do this well.

2 delicious Cinnabons classic. Still nice and warm and freshly made!

They are very tasty but the prices are not right. Paid €8 on the first day and paid €10 for exactly the same the next day.

Oh, these delicious Cinnabons are highly addictive, they also have small ones to give out for a treat!!!

Delicious freshly made delicacy

Absolutely amazing experience 🤩 The staff made ours freshly to order and they tasted like heaven! Caramel-pecan was my personal favorite

Delicious soft rolls. Visited for the 2nd time. Caramel (nuts?) roll 9/10 Customer friendliness 7/9 Rate: €7 for 2 medium rolls. 9/10

The best cinnamon rolls, my favorites 🥰. I'm so happy that Cinnabon is in the Netherlands.

Super friendly staff. Delicious sandwiches.

Love the cinnamon rolls here. They add an additional scoop of frosting when packing which is very nice. The price for one roll is quite high so I would not get one very often.

awful staff. Mouse in kitchens, overpaying for a service and food not worth it.

Last time we went to this place we saw a mouse running inside the kitchen !!!! Don’t go there. The kitchen was lying about the mouse. Didn’t do anything to refund us, and were really arrogant and nonchalant. After a very long discussion, a refund was supposed to be made. Never happened. A true disgrace. Don’t’ go there, save yourself some money and some time

Mmmmm so good! The lady behind the counter was really friendly and the line, although a bit long, moved really fast.
