Apparently, there's a change of ownership or they're drastically cutting back. I ordered, but the portions are for small children. The schwarma platter is incredibly small, and the kapsalon is also for a hollow tooth. I think they've more than halved their portions. It was the last time I went, because the prices are ridiculous for these portions. A shame, because it was always good. Although the portions were also smaller, and you couldn't choose between small and large platters anymore.

I ordered from Thuisbezorgd at 9:30 PM for a 10:30 PM delivery. I'm sitting here now at 11:45 PM with still no order and no way to reach them because they're closed. The opening hours on their website, Google, and Thuisbezorgd don't match. I find it absolutely absurd because their phone number also says they're currently unavailable. A year ago, they were fine, but the few times I've ordered, they're always late or terrible. This was their last chance, and truly their last, but clearly, things aren't improving, so I won't be ordering from them again. I also urge anyone reading this not to order from them. They're often late and impossible to reach.

I ordered a kapsalon doner and got veal. I don't eat veal. I called them and they said, "Come on, we'll sort it out." He said, "Yes, you should have chosen chicken doner." I said, "There are no options." I ordered 3, and I could have one for free. Then I said, "And the others?" Then he said, "If you want 3, you can pay 15 euros."

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd and received the wrong order. I called the phone number listed on both Thuisbezorgd and Google three times, but to no avail. I finally requested a refund through Thuisbezorgd. This is unfortunate.

Worst ever. Hair salon super bad and worst service ever!

Being a regular here, they have gotten worse and worse. They always ‘forget’ to give you sauce with your food as if €30+ doesn’t deserve basic attention to include sauce. They are greedy with the meat in dishes. Shame

Have been ordering from here since 2020. Now it is 2025, over the past few months there has always been something wrong with the order. The garlic sauce is also getting worse these days, as if sometimes just mayonnaise is used instead of garlic sauce. I have a feeling there is a new owner/chef or something. So unfortunately after 5 years of being a regular customer, it's the end of the story. A shame and a shame for what was once one of the best döner shops in Almere.

I've already had two homemade pita orders that were too small! I couldn't reach them! I paid for them, so now I'm done with them. Shame, the shawarma is good.

I ordered a pizza through Thuisbezorgd and it arrived cold. I called them and they said, "If you've eaten a bite, we can't fix it. Just microwave it." A truly terrible restaurant.

Very fast delivery and a very friendly delivery person. (Fridays around 6:00 PM). Extensive selection and a free drink with more than one dish. Cold and hot dishes are packaged separately. Shawarma and bread rolls are also packaged separately. The kapsalon could be a bit warmer (the salad (lettuce and cucumber) is added after preparation) and then it cools down a bit too quickly. There's no option to use the discount code when paying in advance. But otherwise, I'm satisfied.

Been getting worse and worse lately. Was once great, shame. Döner with burnt pieces, fries re-fried so rock hard, Kebab not grilled but fried!? No more salad with the dishes. We order there regularly, but after a number of experiences like this we have stopped being customers. Ps, it is noticeable that after a number of negative reviews "suddenly" about 5 positive ones appear at the same time under names that make you think about the origin...

The quality of the food has deteriorated considerably recently. Is there a new chef/owner?? Because it was always great in the past!

NEVER ORDER ONLINE!! Ordered online via their website, called several times after waiting an hour but no one answered. Then we just drive by and the tent is closed. But you can accept money online via iDeal and receive a confirmation email “we're going to get started”. What happened to this place??? I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Employee who works there who was previously the owner at Pizza Point is a scammer. I have had so many times that they do not deliver and they would cancel that order so that I can get my money back, but to this day they have not deposited anything. I have been there 3 times and the man is not there. Thief that he is.

Turkish pizza was a frozen variant, tough and not tasty. For the same price you get about 5 at AH. Shawarma had a strange, pungent taste, almost like goat meat.

We were always very satisfied. But I think a different boss and chef has come. There is hardly any cheese/meat or flavor on the pizza. The garlic sauce is like water. And delivery times have quadrupled. Really a shame. If they don't improve anything they will quickly lose all their customers.

I ordered pizza at 6pm and it took a very long time. After calling several times, I received my pizza 2.5 hours after placing the order. Cold of course. I called again to indicate that I was not going to pay for the cold pizzas. The gentleman on the phone then also became rude. This is the last time I order here. This is very unfortunate.

I called because I wanted a hair salon with tuna and that's what I got... (I was spoken to clearly and kindly) And this one was really delicious and I will definitely order more often.. My visitors had Kapsalon shawarma, which was good in itself. The only criticism was that occasionally there were a bit of overcooked pieces between the meat and that there was not much garlic sauce... the delivery was fast and friendly. .

Unfortunately, it has deteriorated enormously recently. The last 3 times the pasta barely had any sauce and it also had a strange chemical taste. Bread was also no longer added. It looks like someone else is in the kitchen. I'm going to look for another one, too bad.

Worst hair salon ever, never again. Kapsalon chicken smells like vomit and is not edible, it uses old chicken and cheese and you can just smell it. I would advise against getting food here and not spending a single cent here. Bad service and not accommodating at all. Please don't get your food here it's not worth the wait or your money!

Think twice before eating or ordering here. Even a simple pita bread is delivered charred. Not to mention the burnt chicken fillet. Even the fries had been thrown back into the grease several times. Had to throw away almost everything. And simply cannot be reached by telephone. This was the last time I order here.

Levende legendes bij Cleopatra. Altijd op tijd, de pizza is kwalitatief uitstekend (en ik ben in Rome geweest) als je via de site bestelt krijg je zelfs een blikje drinken gratis. Het is ongelofelijk hoe tevreden ik ben over PizzEria Cleopatra. Tot volgende week!

Al ruim 5 jaar klant bij Cleopatra. Via de eigen website plaatsen wij de bestellingen. De bestelling wordt altijd snel en klantvriendelijk bezorgd. De kwaliteit van de shoarma, döner, pizza's en sauzen ook altijd goed!

Eten was heel goed en snel op tafel en lekker vriendelijk personeel gewoon top, zeker een van de beste kapsalons die ik ooit hebt gegeten!

We waren opzoek naar een tentje om snel wat te eten. Gelegen vlakbij de snelweg, ideaal! Uitgebreide menukaart, zowel drankjes. De Turkse pizza was heerlijk! ,goed warm én voor een leuk prijsje samen gegeten.

Ze hebben goed eten, ik heb verschillende keren bij ze besteld en ze waren nu zelfs binnen 15 minuten met de bezorging. En als je via hun eigen website besteld, mag je er vanaf een niet heel hoog bedrag, GRATIS een blikje frisdrank kiezen! Plus de bezorging kost €1,- minder dan via thuisbezorgd. Super goed en die houden we er in. Dank jullie wel 🙏🏽👍

De doner was matig, vooral erg zout De knoflooksaus waterig en weinig smaak, de shoarmapizza maakte dit wel af, werkelijk de slechtste die ik ooit gegeten heb, wat er op lag weet ik niet, shoarma was het zeker niet, het leken eerder op stukjes kattenvoer Eens, maar nooit meer

Ik zal heel eerlijk zijn, dit is persoonlijk de beste Egyptische/Arabische restaurant waarvan ik heb besteld. De prijzen waren niet goedkoop en ook niet duur, gewoon betaalbaar, bezorgkosten waren gratis en ook nog snelle bezorging. Hierbij raad ik heel veel mensen ook aan om voor de kebab schotel of shish schotel te gaan, want die zijn verdomd lekker zeg en goed voor de prijs ook nog. Wel jammer dat ik patat kreeg bij mijn bestelling ipv rijst wat ik wel besteld had, maar verder was het eten gewoon goed.

Lekkerste eten van Almere! Normaal gesproken ben ik heel kieskeurig als het aan komt op eten buiten de deur, maar het eten van Cleopatra is heerlijk! Gisteren ter plekke een grote bestelling geplaatst voor mijn moeders verjaardag vandaag en er werd goed naar mijn wensen geluisterd. Het eten werd optijd geleverd en het was allemaal nog heel warm ook. Iedereen die ervan gegeten heeft wilde weten waar het vandaan kwam! Naast de goede service en het lekkere eten voelt het ook gewoon alsof het door een bekende gemaakt is. Al met al een dikke aanrader! Als ik 10 sterren kon geven had ik dat zeker gedaan. ❤
