Perfect sandwiches. Kind of pricey but worth it.

Walked in by accident and was immediately welcomed by Bos, his superfriendly attitude and energy really made our morning. Food was also great, tasted fantastic and beautifully presented - can highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately, we were unable to get anything to eat or drink inside the establishment, as we waited at a table for 30 minutes after the barista told us: "Please take a seat, someone will be with you shortly." The waitress walked past us twice with textiles she retrieved from a room at the back of the place, mainly serving the few tables on the outdoor terrace. We left.

Very nice place with tasty coffee and delicious apple pie. Perhaps the best apple pie in town. One major downside is the hygiene on the first floor; I came here with my two toddlers and it is very dirty, from the floors to the toys and the sofas. This really needs to be addressed seriously; the toys look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Quite a shame for a place like this with very good coffee and pastries. Tip: throw all the toys in the bathtub with soapy water and stir well. Also, mop the floors more often, and the sofas are due for replacement.

The food is delicious and the upstairs is a real meeting place for parents and children; the staff is always friendly.

Went to get a coffee. Asked for a croissant with it. It wasn't on the menu, so didn't know the price, but hey how expensive could a croissant be. It must be baked with gold in it or something, because I paid €4,50 for just 1 croissant. It was more expensive than the coffee.. Nice surprise when you pay the bill. It really takes away the fun of going out to get a coffee with something to eat in the morning.

Tasty food, nice alternatives, and healthy options too! Good space for small children to play. If you are in the area with small kids, definitely worth a stop for coffee or lunch!

Delicious apple pie. A kind of student café where you can get many types of coffee and tea. Highlight: The upper floor is a large playroom for small children. Parents sit among them, chatting while the kids play. There's also a toy train that runs all the way around the wall. Very child-friendly.

Nice place, but what prices. I had an Oude Polder cheese sandwich and hadn't checked the price when ordering. €16.95 for a simple cheese sandwich—which was tasty, by the way—without too much fuss is really too much. The stars are based on the price/quality ratio.

Fantastic spot for a stopover with children when you are spending a day in Amersfoort. The delicious apple pie is highly recommended. There is plenty of toys available, ensuring the kids won't get bored for a moment. Because you are seated on the second floor, even placing the order becomes a fun experience for them. A cozy location where both parents and children enjoy themselves. Definitely worth a visit!

We waited like 20 minutes for 3 coffees and 1 beer. When we finally got the coffees the cups and plates were dirty.

Friendly service, delicious drinks, and child-friendly. Our family enjoyed a delicious iced coffee there, and the kids had milkshakes which they practically inhaled. Upstairs, there's a children's play area with lots of toys, so the adults can enjoy their drinks in peace. Really great!

We were there at noon for coffee and cake. Delicious coffee and excellent apple strudel. Really nice place with a good atmosphere. Really nice waiter. It took quite a while for them to bring us our order... and they didn't bring water even though we asked for it.

We came here for a quick drink and a slice of cake. First of all, I had to go to the bar myself to ask if we were supposed to order ourselves or if waitstaff would be coming by. Then the staff said someone would be right with us. That really took fifteen minutes or longer. Next, I had to wave the waitstaff over again because no one came by. Eventually, we were able to order: two drinks and an apple pie. This took an incredibly long time again, and the coffee was lukewarm. The apple pie was tasty but not properly baked, so you were eating the batter from the base… So, not recommended.

Friendly service. Unfortunately, the coffee and tea were lukewarm. They really should clean up. There is a thick layer of dust everywhere, the cushions are dirty, and the tea containers look filthy too. Just as if the tea has been sitting in there for years. We won't be going there again.

What a lovely place! High-quality products, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything parents with children need to unwind! There is a separate floor for children to play (with lots of toys for all ages) so that you as a parent, or together, can enjoy yourselves too.

My daughter had been here before and was very happy, so we decided to join her. The menu was Datça-themed, and we didn't understand it well. Our daughter helped us a bit. We chose our dishes, and they were all wonderful, served in large, filling portions. The coffee was good. I visited on Friday. Even though it wasn't the weekend, it was very crowded, so we waited a bit. But it was worth the wait; the apple tart, triple chocolate cake, and cheesecake went perfectly with the meal. We were very satisfied. The price also seems quite reasonable. I've included photos of the orders and prices. Take a look and consider it; I definitely recommend visiting.

Had a nice lunch at Coffee Corazon. We had a Moroccan chicken sandwich and whole wheat pitas with muhammara and feta. The latter was our favorite! The coffee was a bit too strong for us and on the sour side. You have to like that. Otherwise, it is a nice restaurant on a cute little street with friendly staff. The music was quite monotonous and loud. That could have been a bit quieter. All in all, pros and cons 😉

As is often the case, the food was more than good, although they no longer make *that* difference compared to others. There is a lot of potential, that's for sure. Unfortunately, the service had a total off-day. Saturday afternoon, unusually quiet, both outside and inside. Two tables inside with a total of three customers. After waiting 15 minutes, together with the other customer, we went to ask if we were supposed to order at the bar. 'Oh, sorry.' The wine glasses were not clean, just plain greasy. 'Oh, sorry.' Received new glasses with the wine spilled over them; definitely not clean either. The food made up for a lot, that helps. All in all, this doesn't fit Corazon. It was too quiet outside, too quiet inside; things weren't flowing. The cakes looked fine, but messy, piled up and next to each other in our experience.

We stopped in this small town on our drive from Giethoorn to The Hague. After asking Google Gemini, they recommended this café. It seemed like many locals were there for afternoon tea, enjoying desserts and chatting. We spent a long time studying the Dutch menu before discovering there was also an English one. The staff recommended the hot dog buns, but I personally didn't like the smoky meat flavor; the locals seemed to enjoy it. The smoked chicken buns were quite good. Most importantly, the drinks were delicious. Both the juices and the latte macchiato were very tasty and went well with drinks (or perhaps the hot dogs were too strong and needed juice to go with them). Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert. It's a small shop I'd definitely visit again. The staff were also very friendly.

Yes, this is the perfect place to have a coffee or lunch. Even for children! What an extensive menu, including the kids' menu. And such friendly, lovely service. I love it!!

Tasty sandwiches and a nice location. However, it takes an extremely long time (waited 1.5 hours) to get your sandwich, and it costs more than €15 per sandwich. The staff isn't really friendly, and we sat with someone else's dirty dishes on our table for an hour. It's a real shame because the food is really good.

I really had a top-notch experience here. The food was delicious and there is plenty of space in the restaurant, creating a nice, relaxed atmosphere. What stood out most was the friendly service. There was a nice man who even managed to remember our individual orders – you don't see that often. Also a nice detail: Putin the Keistad cat stopped by, which made the visit extra enjoyable. The portions were really very large. For most people, that is of course a plus, but if you don't like large portions, it might be a bit much. Furthermore, there is a wide selection of drinks and quite a few choices for lunch dishes as well. Can't decide? Then the tasting platter is highly recommended – you get a little bit of everything. The coffee was nice and strong and the food was, all in all, just very good. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. **Conclusion:** Definitely recommended if you like good food, large portions, and a cozy atmosphere!

The place is beautiful and cosy. The staff members are friendly and caring. The coffee is ok-ish but not good enough for a "trip advisor". A sign "no smoking" outside is necessary, because we waited 20 mins for a cappuccino and an expresso and as soon as they saw us smoking they immediately came and warned it was a free of smoking place. We respect, of course, but we find weird thay they are overloaded of work but have time to call out for that.

You cannot make reservations here, but there is usually space. The entrance is not really wheelchair or stroller friendly; fortunately, a member of staff came to help after a while so we could get inside. The strollers had to stay downstairs by the entrance in a sort of alcove. We sat upstairs because the space there is more suitable for small children. Upstairs is spacious with some seating areas and plenty of toys to choose from. There is a microwave for warming up food. It is a bit less ideal for crawling babies because, unfortunately, it didn't look very clean. Luckily, we had brought our own blanket on which this was possible. Upon entering, we were not told what the ordering procedure was; we waited quite a long time before we went to ask what the procedure was. Upstairs, there is a small bucket with slips of paper on which you can write your order, and you hang these on a chain that you can send down. A clever idea and also quite innovative. The toilets have enough space to change your baby, the changing table is spacious, and in case you forgot diapers, there are some in a basket. However, there is only one toilet for women and one for men, so if it is busy, you will quickly form a queue. Drinks arrived reasonably quickly, but food took a bit longer. What was a shame is that the staff doesn't come upstairs very often, actually only to bring orders. As a result, the empty glasses and plates from the person before us were still scattered all over the tables. These were only cleared away when we asked. A cat enters the establishment; this was not mentioned on the website, although there are flyers about it hanging in the room. Consequently, we saw quite a few cat hairs on the cushions. The sandwiches were large and tasty. But there was an ant crawling on one of my friends' sandwiches; that can happen, but all things considered, we felt it came across as a bit gross. We were here today on a Saturday, so it was undoubtedly busy. But a number of things could simply be better. You pay around 16 to 17 euros for a sandwich, don't you?

Today is a day out on a city trip. This time at the A of Amersfoort. So we certainly won't turn down a nice cup of coffee with a large slice of apple pie. We wander through the streets and alleys until we end up here and decide to go inside. There is, however, an annoying beep in the sound system that needs to be fixed.

You MUST go here if you're in Amersfoort. The food at Carazon is amazing, there's so much to choose from, and I suspect almost everything is freshly made. The atmosphere is fantastic inside, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Another little tip from me: try the apple pie with whipped cream—it's absolutely delicious!

It's something special, truly something different. The homemade apple pie was brilliantly good.

What a mess! We sat upstairs so our child could play. It all looked dirty and messy. We didn't feel like going anywhere else, so we stayed. The food was delicious.

One of the best cafés in town. They offer a wonderful selection of teas, and you can even choose your own flavor. I had the Jaipur tea along with a soft, delicious carrot cake. A must-visit when you are in Amersfoort.

Corazon was once ahead of its time, but now they're a bit behind the times. The menu hasn't changed significantly in about 10 years, the vegetarian and certainly vegan options are still a small minority, the tables and chairs are a bit worn out, and the hygiene could also be better. This place has so much potential, good coffee, and sometimes a fantastic atmosphere, but Corazon (while absolutely maintaining its authenticity and vision) needs to move with the times, or, as they once did, get ahead of the times.

The attic only has room among the children's toys. No service, so they left.

Quite literally the best Café I have ever been to. My favourite in the world so far! I loved my stay here, we spontaneously came by and asked for a table for two and luckily for us they had space as it seemed IMMENSELY popular. I ordered a Hot Chocolate JAVA and a piece of Apple Cake. My boyfriend decided to get a chocolate cheesecake and Caffe con Panna. The Slagroom/Whipped Cream was the first time ever I had been served REAL Slagroom and it tasted amazing and so different from the usual spray canned whipped cream. Much to our delight both of the cakes were amazing as well - the chocolade cheesecake was really creamy and not too chocolate-y at all and the Apple Cake was mixed with cinnamon and tasted really delicious. My Hot Chocolate was a DIY-Project as i got the chocolate drops served next to my Hot milk and i was able to mix it in myself. Really tasty. But what I liked the most is the whole Ideology of the cafe: come in, slow down, dont bring your work into it but try to connect with the person you get a coffee with. Its more about human connection than trying to rush through life. Lovely! Prices were the usual, about ~5-6€ for the Hot Chocolate or Coffee. 6€ for the Cakes iirc. 10/10 experience, will tell my friends about it.

Burnt, sour coffee, limp croissants, and you're put in some kind of storage room. If any place is overrated, it's this one. Only the apple pie is good.

It's always comfortable to sit at Corazon. The kids can play happily, while we enjoy a cup of coffee and a sandwich in peace. Perfect.

It's a really nice place. It's great for kids; there are lots of games for them. After 11:00, most of them leave and it gets quieter. The drinks are delicious.

We enjoy coming to this place almost every Saturday. Here you'll find the best apple pie in town – it tastes amazing! However, we've noticed something lately: the portion sizes of the apple pie aren't always consistent. Sometimes the piece at the table next to us seems noticeably larger than ours. That might be a minor detail, but it can make the experience a bit disappointing. A consistent portion size would perfectly reflect the quality of this wonderful place.

When paying, we indicated we didn't like the coffee, and it was deducted from the receipt without any discussion. We consider this a very customer-friendly approach. Great place!

It was very crowded, so I sat outside, where it was a little quieter. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and gave me really good advice about the vegan options. I had the most delicious pumpkin spice latte ever. It seemed like the café had a great community. I felt very welcome. I also noticed that they had books there. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell if they were just for display or actually for reading, but either way, it's a really great café 🫶🏻

Always a nice cafe, only a shame that no one came to take our order after we arrived. We had to ask several times if we could order anything ourselves...unexpected with this level of service. It wasn't busy, after all. Employees usually just hang around the bar. I looked through the customers...I don't understand. Such a shame.

I'm fine with the long wait for fresh sandwiches, and it's clearly indicated on the menu. However, we also waited 25 minutes for a slice of apple pie (not our taste; it was very juicy and more like mashed apples), and unfortunately, our coffee was cold. The atmosphere is nice, but loud and a bit messy. Personally, I also find the sandwiches disappointing in terms of price and quality. The salad consists of 3/4 lettuce and some toppings (it looks very large, but it isn't). All in all, I didn't have the best experience. The staff are friendly, and the coffee is good.

Exht a top tent! Very cozy, good food, good prices and friendly staff. On the ground floor you can eat well and on the 1st floor is a mega large children's playground. Very nice!

Been to Corazon for the second time and still not convinced. The concept and place are very nice. The menu is also extensive and what we ordered tasted very good. Only the vibe and especially the service are not quite how I like it. No apology for the wrong drink, forgotten food and not served at the same time (having lunch together then gets a different dimension). And the price on the menu is also different than at the cash register. Too bad, since it is a nice place as a family.
