For the umpteenth time, standing in front of a closed door while the store should be open.

For the umpteenth time, I drove to Starbucks Amersfoort Foodcourt for nothing. Online it clearly states that you are open, but upon arrival, there is a cheerful note on the door saying that you are closed. This has happened multiple times by now and is incredibly frustrating. How difficult can it be to keep the opening hours up to date online correctly? People drive here specifically only to find a closed door. If this location is closed so often, just close it permanently or at least ensure that the opening hours are correct. It is really poorly organized.

They had put up a handwritten note today saying they close at 3:30 PM (much earlier than indicated online). At 3:29 PM, I wasn't allowed inside to grab a sandwich. It seemed like the staff present didn't feel like ringing up just one more sandwich at the cash register. That Starbucks hires staff like this!

Wow, what service! I wanted the daily deal, but the button on the cash register didn't work, so the English-speaking barista Georgina Wilde made me pay the full price. When I disagreed, she challenged me and then showed me the door. Unbelievable, so if you can't do math, you are allowed to treat customers like this. I am never coming here again!

The coffee is good, the ladies are friendly, but it bothers me enormously that they cannot speak Dutch. Not every Dutch person speaks English. If you are a company that wants to establish itself in the Netherlands, you should ensure that your employees can speak Dutch in addition to English.

Just closed on Sunday, even though Google Maps says they should be open.

For the umpteenth time, we stood in front of a closed Starbucks… 🙄 This branch certainly doesn't seem to stick to its own closing times. It's a real shame, because we drove back and forth for nothing again. And I'm not talking about 5 minutes before closing time, but 15 to even 30+ minutes earlier. This has happened multiple times by now. My advice: you'd be better off driving to another branch nearby than coming here, because the chance of finding a closed door seems quite high here. Very disappointing.

I really like this Starbucks branch because it isn't super busy and there is easy parking. I do find the food and coffee on the expensive side, that's for sure. But then I think about the price-quality ratio. That is good. I always enjoy it and they have SO MUCH choice. So every once in a while, I definitely think it's worth it. However, it is true that they have given the wrong order quite often. If you point it out, it's no problem and they make it right away, but it is a shame that it happens so often. Apart from that, I am still planning to stop by :)

If you are standing in front of the door here at 09:10 in the rain, you are simply allowed to stand outside for a little while longer. Just to be clear, they open at 09:00 and the staff completely ignores you. I don't get this.

Today I experienced another absolute highlight of my life. Our lives are incredibly enriched by these two amazing baristas. Joey and Karlijn. Absolute legends. These people don't just make a nice cup of joe for you, no, certainly not! These two incredibly fine legends ensure that every sip of coffee I pour into my deep, dark black hole feels like a soft, velvety liquid that feels as soft as silk. The pure taste of coffee mixed with all sorts of secret recipes is so good that I could go on for 3 days on the amount of caffeine and love I get from this cup. On Joey's recommendation, my wife chose a Dirty Chai. I had completely different things in mind, but this surpassed everything! Our wedding day, the purchase of my favorite motorcycle, getting my swimming certificate, everything! Additionally, we got the best piece of cake from the display case. Selected by only the best purists working at Starbucks. The outside was crispy, the inside soft as clouds. One bite, and for a moment, the rain outside seemed to cease to exist. The scent of butter and lemon hung in the air like a forgotten summer, while the world outside slowly faded into nothing more than a soft murmur behind fogged-up windows. Unfortunately, Karlijn and Joey do have to clean those windows; I'm sure they do it with love. Besides our wonderful conversations at the counter about life in general and the fantastic products they provide us, we feel a special bond with these two people. Because of this, we have gained a completely different perspective on Starbucks. This is also the best €14.85 we have ever spent. We will absolutely come back here again; we certainly recommend everyone pay a visit to Karlijn and Joey. With all our heart and soul, thank you for this lovely coffee and cake. (ps. I'm skipping the toasted sandwich, otherwise we won't have anything left for ourselves later)

I was helped in a pleasant way by Elif and Shadan this morning. They came across as friendly and my order was made quickly. The caramel macchiato was delicious, as always when I come here.

Expensive prices and unfriendly staff and poor service, quality, and coffee. My coffee was cold and it was leaking. I will never come back here!

Nice place and great coffee, but the parking lot could have been a bit bigger. During dinner time it is chaos due to the fast food restaurants surrounding it.

Just got a matcha at this location with a friend. I was helped by a woman who didn't speak Dutch. Her colleague, a man who also didn't speak Dutch, was both very unfriendly. When I ordered my matcha, the woman barely responded, and by the time my matcha was ready, both employees were on their phones. Very antisocial, because we both said goodbye and got no response. I won't be coming back.

Lovely cafe, pity toilet was a bit dirty and service not too welcoming. Coffee was nice, had an espresso.

It was 10:30 at the door. There was a sign on the door saying they wouldn't open until 11. Inside, they were laughing at me. Disgraceful.

It's my regular break spot when I'm in Amersfoort, and I know several of the staff (Basar, Joey, Ella, Alex), and they're all really nice. Cappuccino is always great.

One star just because the coffee is good! There's a young man behind the counter who doesn't speak a word of Dutch, and the coffee is way too expensive! We live in the Netherlands, so make sure the staff speaks Dutch!

I'm so impressed with Karlijn. Even when it's packed and she's the only one in the shop, she's incredibly polite and serves me the most delicious matcha. A true professional. Starbucks; "Give that girl a raise" 🤗

Really always closed. I've driven here so many times now for nothing. No negative comments about the staff or the coffee. The interior could also use some attention. All the plants in front of the window are dead and dry.

They make very hot coffee that burns your tongue. When I asked to make warm milk in cappuccino, they ignored me and still made coffee that was as hot as lava.

Bad business, often has different times when they are open. There have been no Dutch speaking staff a few times and coffee often differs in taste even though you always order the same one.

Because I had car trouble, I bought another cappuccino at Starbucks. Not very good: milk too hot, which almost burns your mouth and therefore not properly frothed. Taste is nice. A decent coffee machine at a gas station tastes better.

We had 2 vouchers for free coffee but they only would accept one. I could fine nothing on the voucher which said that only 1 at the time could be used. Poor service.

It stinks. A bit of a smelly aroma of sweaty babies' bottoms. As if the cookies were baked on diapers. If you want your sense of smell to last, I would make your filter coffee at home. For Starbucks: Luchtverfrisser.nl, can also be delivered to prevent the pungent smell, because yours was the cause of my rising stomach acid.

If you want to drink blood, this is where you should get your coffee.

I was tired when I went and was overwhelmed by how loud the workers, music, and chairs moving were. People had to shout to hear each other which I hated. I had the hot chocolate and I preferred the ones I make at home. It also only had one toilet which was gender neutral and accessible, but meant I had to wait 10 mins to use it.

The service was fine and fast. What I then discovered is that I really don't like Starbucks cappuccino. It has a special taste.

My go-to Starbucks. Sweet staff. My dog ​​likes to come there too.

I think these are the nicest Starbucks in Amersfoort, very sweet girls. And they show that they really think it is important that you leave happy.

Altijd heel netjes en vriendelijk. Fijne parkeerplaatsen en fijn dat er genoeg plek is om even te zitten

Super lieve meiden achter de counter toen ik er was. Ik vroeg naar de pumpkin spice, wat daar in zit en hoe het smaakt. (Ik had het nog nooit geprobeerd en hoor er altijd mixed opinions over). Ik kreeg duidelijke uitleg en werd verzekerd dat als ik het niet lekker vond, ik naar haar terug mocht komen en gratis iets nieuws zou krijgen. Bij het ontvangen van de bestelling kreeg ik vriendelijk contact met een glimlach en een gemeend compliment over mijn outfit. Het compliment maakt me niet veel uit, maar hieruit blijkt wel dat ze echt aandacht hebben voor de klanten. Ondanks het ongezellige foodcourt is het deze meiden toch gelukt om wat sfeer op de werkvloer te brengen. Al met al onverwacht goed!! Ps, de pumpkin spice was net als een gekruidde pompoentaart eten met een cappuccino erbij. Heel prima drankje

Had ik even nodig. Erg lekker, altijd... Lieve mensen...

Frappuccino en zoet. Frappuccino was heerlijk, dat kan niet misgaan... zoet viel tegen, had een blueberry donut, de laag lag los op de donut en met eten was dat lastig. De dames achter de bar mogen wel een keer lachen af en toe of iets van interactie. Ze kijken niet op of om, alleen naar wat ze doen en naar elkaar en er kan geen lachje vanaf.

Iced matcha latte waarvan beker driekwart vol met ijs… jammer!

Onze tosti was niet warm. We kregen een helemaal nieuwe. Kijk dat noem ik nog eens service. En de dames achter de toonbank waren stuk voor stuk super vriendelijk. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Ik ben heel goede geholpen door Femke. De Frappuccino was heerlijk. Ik zou nog een keer daar gaan en genieten van de lekkere koffie!

Inmiddels mijn vaste punt voor cappucino geworden als ik langs amersfoort rijd. A28 af en je bent er. Gewoon lekkere cappucino en altijd genoeg plek om even tot rust te komen. Aardige bediening. Na de derde keer of zo werd ik al herkend en wist dat meisje nog wat ik wilde hebben.Natuurlijk iets duurder dan "de gouden boogjes" die ernaast zit, maar ook veel beter. En nee, ik heb geen aandelen Starbucks ;-)

Koffie was redelijk, maar wel bitter zoals alle starbucks, en dat er geld extra word gevraagd voor bekertjes is wettelijk niet verplicht, je moet het op de bon zetten, geen reden om 10CT boven op de kaartprijs te gooien, het meisje achter de balie was een topper, die andere spreekt geen nederlands

Hele vriendelijke personeel, heel schoon zaak en ze zijn heel snel. Er is altijd een meneer aanwezig met zijn laptop die houd de boel in de gaten je kan daar helaas niet op je gemak zitten er wordt heel duidelijk meegeluisterd. Gelukkig is er een optie voor buiten zitten..

Heerlijke koffie, cheesecake beetje oud, dat was wel jammer, want je betaalt er genoeg voor. Verder vriendelijk en netjes

Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie, schone zaak met veel keuze. Ook 's avonds nog genoeg lekkers te eten te krijgen (is bij andere Starbucks filialen wel anders). De sfeer is niet echt top vanwege de ligging op een ver afgelegen "food court terrein" buiten de stad. Wel direct onderaan de afslag van de A28. Ook fijn dat je hier tot 20:00 uur 's avonds terecht kunt voor koffie.

I have been to this starbucks weeks for about 2 months. The service is slow but its popular. The coffee is good but the muffins are always dry, as if old. Compared to other starbucks, it is probably the poorest quality for muffins. Nice atmosphere and shop though.

A decent sized location which is relatively new. Staff is always friendly but every time I come here they have messed up orders and that creates a long waiting time
