Rip-offs: toilet 1 euro with a voucher of 80 cents. Toilet had no dry paper for the hands..4 family members who had to go to the toilet but had to buy 4 products to be able to use the voucher. So did not do it. Petrol ridiculously expensive. We never come here but it was the last time.

Here too they fail to open at 6:00. While 3 staff members are happily chatting. What amateurs.

Do you come in at 6:10 in the morning and ask what time does the cafe department open? A grumpy little guy in a yellow jacket tells you "when they're ready." Her face spoke volumes! I'm used to the Shell cafe being open and ready to go at 6am. As with most Shell stations, last time I stop here.

In a desperate attempt to turn an ordinary petrol station into a chic tent, they have forgotten that the average customer just wants a well-organized shop with friendly employees, clear signing of what is where, sufficient space to move normally through the shop and an inviting presentation of all the foods that the average motorist likes to stop for to stretch their legs and at the same time treat their inner self to something tasty. In addition, prices are charged as if you were walking into PC Hooft and the employees are busy with all kinds of things (especially chatting with each other) except making the customer happy!! I'd rather be thirsty and hungry than stop here one more time!

The girl who worked in the restaurant today was very kind and attentive. She cooked very tasty burgers for us!!! The best of all that we tried in the shell restaurant. Excellent service. I will definitely come back here again!!!

You can always enjoy delicious food. Large choice of all kinds of tasty treats. There is a toilet and a parking space. You can also charge your electric car nearby.

Here is my experience at this gas station, where I regularly come for fuel and coffee after work. I have always received good help from friendly staff, and the conversations were always pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience has been less positive the last few times. A new employee, Kelly, does not seem very customer-oriented. For example, I received no greeting upon arrival, and when the coffee machine turned out to be defective, I received a blunt response without explanation. On another occasion, when I politely asked for an alternative to the coffee, my request was also summarily rejected without explanation. I understand that disruptions can occur, but clear communication and a customer-friendly attitude are important for a positive experience.

Clean and fresh sanitary facilities, exceptionally friendly staff, nice appearance, excellent coffee, pleasant place to rest.

Focaccia Caprese is terribly delicious here. Rarely have I eaten such a tasty and fresh sandwich.

This gas station is poorly managed, with frequently uninformed employees. One out of every two self-service kiosks is often out of order. The restroom cleanliness is inconsistent, and employees struggle to handle certain issues without access to the manager, resulting in lengthy queues of 20+ people. Additionally, the staff lacks knowledge about rebate offers, leading to further delays. Despite reaching out to Shell's head office, there was no resolution or concern shown. My advice: Avoid this place! UPDATE: Shell asked me in reply to come with more information. I gave that them several times but gave up because of no response. Terrible service

Coffee machine doesn't take cash, bad thing. If you also order coffee at the counter, you get half a cup....

The toilets (which you have to pay for) are really gross. I honestly think I've contracted something here, otherwise I've been lucky.

I love coming here to get gas because Marianne van Gestel knows exactly what kind of fillet American sandwich I want. When I came here for the first time I was amazed at the service! Now when I'm on route I'm happy if Marianne is there! Thank you and you deserve more stars!

It's scandalous how dirty and unsanitary the toilets are, and that at a price of 80 cents for a visit to the toilet. It is striking how often this station receives 1 star from customers and then a 5 star review is posted. Convenient but pricey Just refueled at the Shell along the highway. The location is great, right on the highway, so ideal for a quick stop. The gas station itself is clean and well maintained, with sufficient pumps. The shop also has a reasonable range of snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, the price of fuel is disappointing. Even though it is common for gas stations along the highway to be slightly more expensive, I still found the price at Shell to be on the high side. It is clear that they take advantage of their convenient location. For me personally, the convenience of the location does not outweigh the high price. In the future, I will be more likely to look for alternatives, such as gas stations just off the highway, where prices are often more favorable.

Sunday at 7:00 PM 3 more cheese souflees. Are you with 4 people? No fries this day. There were still a few loose rolls, but I didn't get the impression that these were or would be sold. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the empty display case. What a bad gas station.

Ordered 2 broodjes spigelei, the employee at the bakery looked like he was working there as a punishment. When my boyfriend asked for the bacon to be crispy he replied „i just put it on”. For a shell employees those are not very welcoming.

Just to clarify for myself: you invest a few million in a renovation, to a fresh department and coffee bar that takes up half the store, so you don't generate any turnover for weeks... and then you don't sell those sandwiches during the evening rush hour, but only during the day. when everyone is at work. To then portray an older employee who does not want to restart a stuck coffee machine but is only willing to hang up a sign with the comment "yes, too bad for customers" and walks away again.. According to him, the left one had not been cleaned for too long and the touchscreen did not respond... the right one "just" did not work... I wonder, wouldn't more and better staff (who, for example, know how the coffee machine works) be a better investment than a huge bakery that is only open to Truus and Henk who travel to the Efteling outside rush hour and want a cheese sandwich without any hassle? ? Don't forget that you are a gas station, and not some almost bankrupt la place... although this will get you in the right direction.

very nice and friendly service from a nice lady (Lisa), been here before and she is always cheerful, so you like to stop here for a sandwich/coffee. I like coming here!! It is top notch. Always up for a chat with her mother Marianne? Nice team. Despite being expensive, sandwiches are worth it because of the staff who work there

A very sweet (older) woman works there. She makes THIS gas station a service point and only she deserves 5 stars. Other (NEW) staff can be trained better; It's a pity that I pay 5 euros for a delicious hot dog chili cheese, but it is then delivered fresh & COLD.

Seating furniture in the station is nice if you want some peace and quiet. Cleaning up could be better, there is traffic, parcels, paper everywhere and the toilet is just a mess. I thought paying for the toilet was because cleaning was arranged there?

Very nice gas station with an actual Starbucks shop, streetfood and sandwich options as well as a wide variety in the shop from food to stuff for the car. One of the nicer ones I have seen in the Netherlands.

We refueled here after getting off the ferry in Ijmuiden and continuing on to Germany. Gasoline prices are extremely high. It's better to hold out until Germany and get off the motorway there. The gas station itself is clean, the toilets were also OK. You can pay at one of 2 terminals, which was good. A visit to the toilet costs €0.80, for which you receive a voucher. You can also pay these 80 cents with a credit card. Unfortunately, you can only redeem ONE voucher per purchase, so I ended up buying three items, paying for them individually and redeeming one of the three vouchers each. That can definitely be better.

Toilet only possible via card payment... and older people couldn't go to the toilet because of this and were in distress...

Really dirty bathrooms, coffee machines- mess around the cups. good thing is the Starbucks coffee nearby.

Armzalige tankstation. Ja als je alleen wilt tanken zit je goed. Maar binnen ziet het er verloederd en smerig uit. Weinig keuze en vooral de verpakte broodjes afdeling is leeg en treurig. Maar goed, geen concurrentie op deze plek dus dan kan je inderdaad de kantjes ervan af lopen.

Dikke rij bij de broodjes en dan om 15u in de middag. 3 man personeel naar 2 staan toe te kijken. Geen snackjes beschikbaar alleen gehaktballen. Volgende keer maar doorrijden.

Dikke rij bij de bakkerij en als je iets nodig hebt van achter de toonbank (wat je zelf kan scannen) zit je zo 10-15 te wachten in de rij! Zonde

Fijn station. Maar het personeelslid wat de nacht/ avond van 13/8 op 14/8 werkte, mogen ze van mijn part ontslaan. Ik was onderweg naar Arnhem, dus stopte er voor koffie en zag haar weggaan. Alle vuilnisbakken rondom het station puilde uit. De 2 koffiemachines waren allebei leeg. Keuze tussen espresso en thee. Thee genomen. Geen zakje suiker ook te bekennen. Moest zoetstof nemen. Bah. Zelfs mijn merk sigaretten waren niet bijgevuld, moest ander merk nemen. Nee, ik was niet blij!

Als je binnenkomt bij Shell de slaag valt op dat het personeel hard werkt. Vriendelijke en gezellige bediening ondanks drukte. Kortom een fijne stopplek. 🌞

Ze verkopen hier een heerlijk bakkie koffie!

Relatief duur in verhouding met andere tankstations

Kwam er tegen 11 uur wilde even een bakkie en broodje doen. Helaas was alles gesloten in de shop en was de keuze beperkt tot de restanten van de verpakte broodjes in de koeling,en voor de koffie was je aangewezen op slecht functionerende automaten

Prima tankstation. Schone toiletten. Medewerkers wassen niet hun handen, voordat ze je broodje gaan klaarmaken! Dat is niet hygiënisch. Vooral nu met de Corona.

Tanken doe ik hier niet. Veel te duur. Ik kom bij deze Shell station voor de goedkope pakken koffie. Nou ja niet in Hoogland dus, maar in de Lutte, laatste afslag van de A1 voor de grens. Google heeft wel vaker problemen met ligging.
