Stopped by to grab a coffee to go and was helped very kindly by Nova and her colleague with advice on the iced coffee brew!

They've become way too expensive. They charge 0.90e per pump now, really ridiculous. A bottle costs 10e; I get 75 to 80 pumps out of that, so they make well over 50e per bottle. It's really awful.

Very good service, well, I'll come back tomorrow if I don't come today. I waited almost 20 minutes for my frappe. There was only one woman in front of me, otherwise no one. Needs improvement.

Haven't had the Banana caramelized latte for a month. Even though they're advertising it outside. Bad business.

We arrived at 5:40 PM. Well before closing time. There were 3 people in front of us. One person didn't understand the guy serving; it took a very long time for them to understand each other. For that reason, time passed, meaning he didn't want to help anymore because the order would then appear in the system after 6:00 PM... how is that possible? You are inside before 6:00 PM, you stand in line because you think you can just order a drink, and due to systems and inflexible service, it gets overlooked. A big minus point for the service and for Starbucks.

On our way on vacation we stopped at Subway, where the coffee, like at every Subway, is delicious. There is also a Shell next to it, where you can go to the toilet for a euro. The only downside is that my name was not put on the cup, which I personally see as a characteristic of Starbucks.

It's Friday evening and the store was already closed at 6:20 PM. It doesn't arrive anywhere until 7:00 PM and we still had to drive another 2 hours. This is very unfortunate. If there is a note on the wall with a reason, then I understand it. But nothing at all! And it seems like this happens more often when I read the reviews. Maybe do something with it? 🙄

Amazing place! We were passing by and wanted some coffee! But payment was only in cash :( we found a couple of coins and ordered a lavender latte, the girl accidentally made one of the lattes with regular milk, but we asked for vegetable milk. She apologized and changed everything right away, and also offered a free latte with cow’s milk! A friend drinks cow’s milk, so we agreed. A small thing, but nice! :)

Internal garbage bin completely full, leftover containers with fries, etc. placed above it by third parties because it was full. Employees, a man and 2 women, are giggling behind the counter instead of occasionally, with so many people passing through the shop, adjusting things in the shop, tables etc. They miss that natural behavior.

We ordered 2 cappuccinos and they were horrible. Very poorly made and cold. This is totally unacceptable. The girl needs to be better trained for using the Mastrena coffee maker. It was 2:00 PM on October 17, 2024.

Ridiculous how long you have to wait for your drink. I think the manager just walks away and leaves a young lady behind who can only make a normal coffee. The price you pay for a coffee is so incredibly high, with that in mind how is it possible that the barista doesnt know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino? On top of that the the milk of my latte (steamed like a bad cappuccino) was burned! Very disappointing and a waste of money, I will never come back again period.
