Once again, I found myself in front of a closed door (within the stated opening hours)

We got there at 5:31 PM, and the employee said you were closing, even though you were supposed to be open until 6:00 PM. I drove 15 minutes each way, and then you have different opening hours than you advertise?! I'm furious!!! This is truly unprofessional, and that's no way to run a business. You're only getting 1s from me!!!

Was here at 15:10 this afternoon. No one, absolutely no one from the staff in the store. I left again. Due to circumstances they did close at 4, but I was there before 4. Very strange.

No filter coffee and no mocha. Ended up with a warm white mocha but in a large glass and not a mug. No way to hold it. The worker was not at fault. He was alone and it looks like the store is badly managed.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The customer service is not the best. Moreover, fridge where they were supposed to keep sandwiches were empty.

I was at the door this morning (after seeing an opening time of 07:00 online) at 07:45. There was a sign on the door that said they would open at 07:30, but it was still closed at 07:55. It can happen that the online opening time is wrong, but what is on your door should be correct. This is a real shame.

Queríamos desayunar en la estación antes de tomar un tren el domingo por la mañana. Eran alrededor de las 9: 30 am, pero en ningún lugar parecía estar abierto. Pedimos consejo y nos dijeron que un Starbucks era el único lugar que estaba abierto. Estábamos patéticamente emocionados de encontrarlo abierto y festejamos con un poco de pan de plátano y claras planas. Me surgieron puertos y tormentas, pero estábamos muy agradecidos de que estuvieran abiertos.

Was er een tijd niet geweest (1 jaar? 2 jaar?) Wat is (iig déze) Starbucks verloederd. Smoezelige vieze tafels, vies plateau met suiker/melk e.d. en de toilet niet meer toegankelijk voor bezoekers! ("te weinig personeel en te veel werk om schoon te houden - dat ene wc'tje,.terwijl er 3 medewerkers aanwezig waren...) Havermelk voor cappuccino 'op'. Tja. Helaas geen aanrader meer -

Dirty environment and thick clouds of dust on the lighting and pipes. Even worse: as a high-paying customer you are not allowed to use the toilet. According to the employee, the new manager no longer allows this. It's time for head office to step in and sweep through it, literally and figuratively!

Introduction: I visited the Starbucks on Stationsplein in Amersfoort and would like to share my experience. Positive aspect: - The staff was friendly and provided good service. - The coffee was of good quality and met my expectations. - The location is conveniently located on Stationsplein. Negative aspects: - The hygiene of the toilet was disappointing. The toilet was too small and not cleaned properly. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare available. In addition, there were broken parts and the floor was dirty and slippery. Suggestions for improvement: - Improve toilet hygiene and maintenance, including repair of broken parts. - Provide sufficient toilet paper and keep the area clean and well stocked. - Invest in training for cleaning staff to improve overall hygiene standards. Conclusion: Although I was satisfied with the service and the quality of the coffee, I was disappointed with the hygiene and condition of the toilet. Starbucks can and should do better, especially given their reputation as a leading international company.

If you order a latte macchiato with caramel syrup… you get one with coconut… really how difficult is it. Unfortunately I had to go to the train so I couldn't go back to change. Wasted money.

I ordered caramel latte macciato and they make just latte macciato when I saw was wrong coffee I complained to employee names Kiera this girl wasn't accepted her mistake and was really rude, did not wanted to change the wrong order she gave and I did not got my money back I have to travel now but will come back to complain to the manager about this because these kind of customer service is ofcourse not worthy of the name Starbucks. You can not have these kind of people working there!

Speechless. Poor service. Staff immediately says cannot not add milk to matcha when lots of people are lactose intolerant. Google algorithm is weird. Won’t let me say what she said in Dutch, which in English really only meant: that can’t, when I asked for matcha without milk, because I wanted it substituted with non-dairy milk ~coconut/almond/soya/whatever other. Staff needs sensitivity training.

Vandaag heb ik 5 Starbucks besteld, gaf mijn stempelkaart, maar thuis zag ik dat er geen nieuwe stempels om mijn kaart waren gezet.

deze plek was ideaal om te werken. Totdat klanten niet meer van het toilet gebruik mochten maken. Iets wat totaal niet overeenkomt met het concept van Starbucks. Later nog eens koffie gehaald, kon ik niet met 50 euro betalen vanwege te weinig wisselgeld. Daarna waren er geen stoppertjes voor de coffee to go beker en ik had een plak bananenbrood die ronduit oud en droog was zonder enige bananensmaak. Dit was de laatste keer dat ik er nog iets gekocht heb.

Goede cafétje waar je rustig een bak koffie kunt drinken. Niet druk je hebt altijd wel een zit plek. Zeker aan te raden!

Bij de starbucks betekent tall klein, en klein betekent een enorme bak. De andere twee maten zijn nog groter. Vind je dat fijn, dan is het goed. De muffin was echt niet lekker. Broodje tonijn " ging wel". De dames aan de bali waren zeldzaam ongeinteresseerd.

Lekkere koffie zoals we gewend zijn bij Starbucks. Personeel is niet best. Bij opmerking over vieze tafeltjes, wordt een doekje aangegeven zodat klant zelf tafeltje schoon kan maken. Terwijl er geen andere klanten geholpen hoeven te worden, blijft personeel zelf achter de counter niks doen of grappen maken met elkaar. Geeft het gevoel dat ook Starbucks moeilijk aan personeel kan komen en genoegen moet nemen met ongemotiveerd personeel.

Locatie is niet heel inspirerend, maar op zich altijd prima kwaliteit. Vandaag even wat minder: bananenbrood was oud en keihard.

Ineens geen klanten toilet meer. 70 cent bij het station, na de incheckpoortjes dus zorg dat je erin kunt. Openingstijden veranderen te vaak. Oude review, 2022: Fijn, paar leuke vaste mensen. Wel onhandig dat de openingstijden zo vaak veranderen

De koffie was heerlijk. Jammer alleen dat ik er verder niets bij kon eten, zowel geen brood als iets anders. Deze Starbucks heeft niets in het assortiment dat glutenvrij is

Leuke Starbucks met vriendelijk personeel

Bediening is niet zo flexibel. Veel gedoe over het inleveren van een spaarkaart- als je veel uitgeeft bij de Starbucks mag het wat vriendelijker.

Wat een top service van een lieve dame! Ik wil een nieuwe smaak van Starbucks koffie proberen. Maar ik durf niet te proberen, omdat ik zou zonde vinden voor iets duur betalen en niet lekker vind. De dame bood het aan om te proberen, als ik het niet lekker vind dat ik kan normale koffie krijgen. Dat had ze ook bewezen. Ik vond de nieuwe smaak niet lekker. Ik kan het niet drinken. Kreeg ik de koffie die ik normaal neem. Ik zou zeker hier vaker komen koffie nemen vanwege de fijne service!

Great ambiance, check! Friendly personnel, check! Starbucks coffee, check! To be honest, this Starbucks is a bit of a hidden gem. Located right at the bus station at Amersfoort Central Station. The personnel is attentive and proactive. There still was some seating available (around 2PM on a rainy Thursday afternoon) and there is a calm and nice vibe. Great to enjoy a drink and/or something to eat while working on stuff, or when you are waiting for your next bus/train to continue your journey.

Prima plek om op je bus te wachten als er weer eens wordt gestaakt.

Starbucks is een leuk concept, beetje jaren 50 vintage America, en lekker ook, maar echt, echt, écht véél te duur! Twintig euro voor 2 koffie en 2 cheesecake is echt niet normaal. De beoogde doelgroep (jongeren, studenten, yups) haakt af in deze tijd. Nu zat er alleen een groep reizigers met een zelf meegebrachte lunch en een Starbucks koffie. Kan nooit de bedoeling zijn.

Staff was generally kind, orders were done immediately after we were handed our donut. They accommodated well to us speaking English! Overall a simple but pleasant experience.
