The staff can't help it, excellent service, but the head office completely lets this coffee company down. The toilets are falling apart, there is a leak in the ceiling, the trash bin has not been repaired for months. Nrc has not been delivered for months. Even without my own store manager for months. Head office: do something about this!! Do increase prices, all in the name of profit maximization. Total mismanagement from head office.

Ordered 2 drinks and then sat down. After 10 minutes still no drink was brought to my table, it turned out that I had to pick it up myself. In addition, it was also given in a paper cup. Very bad service

The atmosphere is nice and coffee is good, but I cannot get over how slow the staff is. They are nice, but last time I went there was only one person in front of me and after 10 minutes of waiting I still had to leave because of how long it was taking to prepare the one drink. The barista was moving very slow, kept stopping to do other things and had absolutely no regard for the other several people in the queue. I'm only buying coffee here if I'm the first in line, otherwise it's not worth it.

I think this average score decided before the current staff because the staff is amazing and also the place with coffee amazing, you should definitely pay a visit for a coffee or nice conversation with people who works there :)

Good tasting coffee for a big franchise. But I’m super curious, why does coffee company take each order separately and make each order separately. Doesn’t seem efficient. These Dutch baristas wouldn’t survive in a busy Australian morning rush of 200+ coffees in an hour. If you ask three customers what they will like, you have three group machines, you could technically make 6 coffees in a batch.

Onervaren personeel, niet klantvriendelijk. Chai thee met soja genomen, veel te sterk. Wortelcake was wel lekker

Prijs kwaliteit is voor mij niet in verhouding. 3,30 € voor een kleine cappuccino die bovendien ook nog lauw is. Voor mij de laatste coffee bij deze company.

I've had a good experience with the staff up until now, but it is a chain at the end of the day so I don't expect it to be particularly personal. But the coffee is good so no complaints from me...

Super gezellig en fantasische personeel, Goeie locatie en zeer toegankelijk Ik kom hier bijna dagelijks, werken aan mijn persoonlijk werk (De hele dag). En bestel bijna altijd hetzelfde, Hun speciale Frozen Matcha latte met amandelmelk, pompje vanilla siroop (om de matcha iets zoeter te maken) en slagroom. Tot zover heb ik het nergens anders zo goed gekregen dan hier. (En ja ik heb het laatst bij de Starbucks gehaald en het was niet te drinken daar...) Personeel zijn ook zeer fijn om tegen te spreken, hebben altijd een glimlach op hun gezicht. Ze maken je drankje met veel liefde om zo ook ons als klanten een fijn gevoel te geven. Zelf als er een ongelukje gebeurd (Zoals je drankje omstoten...) want dat gebeurd wel eens… Zijn ze nog steeds zeer klantvriendelijk en helpen ze je om deze mindere moment toch iets aangenamer te maken. Voor mij is dit de beste plek in mijn omgeving Keep it up!

Best lekkere koffie al is de dubbele espresso behoorlijk zuur. Relaxte en ongedwongen sfeertje. Merkwaardig genoeg zaten de wc rollen achter slot en grendel. Tja Amsterdam hè

Zoals iedereen kan lezen ben ik niet snel negatief en probeer altijd het beste in mensen en hun acties te zien. Maar voor deze Coffee Company heb ik geen goed woord over. Ik praat soms zachter dan ik denk. Op de dag dat ik er heen ging wist ik niet wat ik wilde nemen. Wel wat mijn dochter een keer had en dat wilde ik ook. Toen ik dat probeerde uit te leggen wat mijn dochter had, welke smaak enzo werd ik meteen afgebroken door een meisje met een kribbige toon "Dat kan alles zijn" Ik deed een stapje terug en keek nog maar even rond. Toen vroeg een jongen wat ik wilde. Blijkbaar mompelde ik dat ik nog even keek want hij dook over de toonbank (letterlijk) en schreeuwde nog geen 5 cm van mijn gezicht "WAAAAAAAAAAAAT" Ik was zo overrompeld dat ik uiteindelijk ben omgedraaid en ben weggelopen. Nooit meer wat een nare mensen werken daar zeg.
