Starbucks in Bijlmer Centrum (D,F,H)

The drink it’s very bad. The drink hot cappuccino like a drink hot water nothing taste. It’s very bad. They making minus standard Starbucks.

I'm a real Starbucks fan anyway. I always get the chai latte or just a nice café latte. I've never had a coffee I didn't like. And the pastries are delicious too ☺️

The staff is smart-alecky. They argue with customers who pay a fortune for coffee. A short, thin Portuguese girl with glasses. Rude behavior.

The music is too loud. It’s not a BGM… Not a place to relax. Do something with the speaker!

I bought a €20 mug from Starbucks and was so happy with it but now after 3 weeks I notice the colour is wearing off.

The drinks were fine, there is oat milk available as alternative for cow milk. Unfortunately, the banana bread was not fully done, we did not complain about that. However, the chia pudding was bad and smelled and tasted very acidic. The best-before-date said that it was still good for one day, but we returned it. The staff was not very understanding and argued, although I just informed them and did not make any requests about it.

The experience was terrible. I spent almost €18 to buy two large cups of coffee and one cake for my wife. That's not a big deal, it's the sales attitude of the employee today that really bothers me. She gave me a curt and unfriendly look, clearly discriminatory. I paid but wouldn't remind my wife to give me the cake while we were waiting for coffee. Start by greeting and welcoming other guests. Starbucks shouldn't have employees like that!

Coffee was fine, and staff friendly. The location can be cleaner.

Went here on the 21st of June around 15:15 to grab quick coffees with my friend. The weather was hot; thus, we decided to order two iced lattes. Before we decided to order, my friend asked a simple question, which was, "Do you still use plastic cups for iced drinks?". Instead of educating the customer that Starbucks does not use any plastic cups anymore, the female barista who helped us gave us a passive-aggressive answer with an attitude, which was, "No… we don't, because we don't want to kill turtles, you know.". Since I found this answer ridiculous, I replied to her, "Do you know those paper cups still have plastic in them?" while I pointed at the "turtle" symbol. She immediately looked at the symbol and replied to me, "Yeah… but still we are not trying to kill turtles." Since we got a train to catch, and to be honest, I did not want to listen to her further due to her attitude, I decided to just continue ordering our iced lattes. I ordered one iced caramel latte with oat milk and one iced latte with coconut milk. Somehow, I had the feeling that she would mess this order up; ergo, I asked her to repeat my order. She told me I ordered an iced caramel latte and an iced Americano. When I corrected her by saying, "No, we ordered two iced lattes...", not even able to finish my sentence, she chuckled and defensively answered, "No, one iced caramel latte and one iced Americano.". My friend and I got confused because neither of us likes Americano. Therefore, we tried to tell her the order we wanted. After multiple tries, she finally took our order seriously, though still reminding us that we were the ones who ordered Americano. As I got sick being serviced by her and just wanted to be done, I did not say anything, just paid, and waited for my order. When the order arrived, they were packed in takeaway, which was what we wanted. However, she did not have the tendency to tell us which one was which. Thus, I asked her which one was the caramel latte with oat milk and which one was with coconut milk. She annoyedly answered and pointed at our order. In the end, the taste of the coffee, especially the one with coconut milk, was so bad, as the only taste you could taste was coconut milk, not coffee.

One of the best starbucks there is, close to the train and the serves is fast!

Ordered the tiramisu Frappuccino but there was sadly an overwhelming amount of much cream, and no crushed ice :(

Once again you say you are open until 6:30 PM but again you closed an hour earlier... it was great... good luck!

The 2 guy baristas are so rude. I asked to warm up my coffee but they said they could not do it

Very close to the station, making it ideal for breakfast if you're catching a train later. The coffee was average, but the curasan was good. Pricey for what it is.

Estuvimos en esta parte de la ciudad brevemente, pero el tiempo justo para parar a tomar un café. Nada más, solo el café y era lo suficientemente bueno. No nos molestamos en buscar otro café.

It's irrelevant like employees are being forced to work and a Starbucks should be cleaner

It's awesome 🔥 I love the iced coffee they serve, and I can play videogames on my laptop undisturbed. The Baristas were nice and they made my drink not even one minute after I ordered it.

Not nice service. I was in a hurry to catch the bus. I asked for cold coffee with ice, I paid €5, instead of giving me the coffee, he started serving other people. After 5 minutes he handed it to me messily. There wasn't much traffic. I won't come here again

Lack of staffs, I came there 3 times but did not get a chance to get my coffee ordered. The cashier was too slow to get any orders in, the line was long but no solution and also another line waiting for the drinks to be made while they only have on barista. Too bad, never come back

English speaking gentleman makes the best caramel macchiato. Not all staff know how to pour the milk into the cup properly. Either it is a cup with only foam or the caramel drizzle does not stay on the foam. Sometimes the music is way too loud. The tables are often dirty, even if you come in the morning. Lots of flies! This means that cleaning is not done properly. Opening hours are incorrect. Often not open at 7 am and often closed earlier in the afternoon. Cake/muffin/cake is really not worth eating. But that is the case at all branches. Both too dry and really dehydrated. The cheesecake then has such a rubber layer. Dirty!

Staff were friendly and the coffee was good. But the carrot cake... it was just tough! Not recommended.

I was there yesterday & bought a small Dragon Fruit Tea, a sandwich and one of those fancy To Go cups. I paid 33€… Something went wrong there. I know Starbucks is expensive but the barista must’ve charged me twice for either the food or the drink. Cause on the Cup it said 14,95€, and a small drink is maybe 5€ and the sandwich maybe 6€… so do the math. Something is not adding up there. I only found out after I was home cause I thought about it again. I‘m very mad cause I could’ve saved at least 10€….

Took Beetwrap with falafel. The wrap was soggy and literally sticking to the package. I am not sure if it was because it was too old. But really, no-one wants to eat a soggy wrap even though it is from StarBucks.Service was ok. It is not the fault of the staff I guess. Just the recipe is bad.

The Black guy im afro was really rude. Honestly everybofy saw that he dont want work here. Never again. I preffer Go to central amsterdam and there drink delicious Coffee. Coffee like Coffee was great.

I ordered takeaway caramel macchiato medium size. When I checked after 10 minutes in my office the cup was half full. I was not happy at all! Not fair!

Super unfriendly attitude, and I noticed an ant crawling on the cup lid. The staff handed it to me without even checking. The hygiene of this store is very poor; I suspect there are many bugs covered in syrup.

This Starbucks is a great, simple station location. Products are good. Staff is slow and sets wrong priorities. Answering the mobile phone, leaving your colleague alone while customers are waiting for their product and service, is not convenient. My purchase was therefore missed. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Slow service, especially for on a train station. Looked like they did not really care.

I had a very dismissive attitude here, contrary to many other Starbucks, definitely caught me by surprise.

Wat een onvriendelijk en chagrijnig personeel, zitten tijdens het koffie maken gewoon op hun telefoon en er wordt niet eens hallo gezegd. Het was ook erg rustig en nu snap ik waarom.

Staat dat zij open zijn tot 7 uur, sluiten al om half 6. De tafels waren nogal vies bij binnenkomst..

I was in the Starbucks earlier today and a lady lost her mind. She was talking loud, almost screaming, and hostile to the staf and other customers. Apparently the employee asked her to repeat something in her order and she had a problem with that or something. The employee stayed calm but after a while he asked her to calm down and act respectfully. But she was already in full tantrum mode. She didn't get the coffee, but stayed around threatening to get the employees fired, threatening other customers who said something about her behavior, and refused to leave even when staff asked multiple times. I'm impressed with the staff and especially the manager staying cool under the situation and still working with a smile afterwards.

Vriendelijk personeel. Drinken wordt snel gemaakt zodat je zo weer de trein in kunt stappen. Ik kreeg zelfs studentenkorting op vertoon van mijn pas.

Pretty weird branch. When I told them I’m dining in, they gave the banana bread cold and in a bag. I had to ask them to heat it up but they still insisted on handing me a bag instead of a plate with an excuse that the place is full. I saw another table having plate, not sure what was the issue.

bijzonder onvriendelijke dame! Ik ben momenteel.slecht ter been en had beide armen/handen nodig voor de krukken dus vroeg ik of ze de drankjes naar de tafel kon brengen. Ze moest erover nadenken en niet echt van harte zei ze ja. Plofte de bekers op tafel en gooide de rietjes erachteraan. Ik had de mango dragonfruit refresha en heb bijna 10 euro betaald voor twee bekers die over de helft met ijs gevuld waren. Het is dat 0 sterren niet mogelijk is maar ik ben helemaal klaar met starbucks

Great location, great coffee, but... while I should explain why I need a spoon??? So when you decided to eat not only muffin, but yogurt then you need to explain why you need a spoon, as they are not freely available. C'mon!

De producten zijn lekker! Maar sommige dingen zoals de donut zijn best wel duur, koste 2.25... Normaal gesproken zijn de medewerkers ook heel vriendelijk maar ik ben vandaag geholpen door a-sociale Priscilla en ze had mijn naam niet eens gevraagd voor mijn beker.. Mischien had ze gewoon geen zin vandaag..

Después de pasear por el centro comercial y de camino al metro, paramos en este Starbuck. Está ubicado en el hall de la estación. La tienda está ordenada, el personal estaba bien. No tomamos café, así que pedimos té helado de melocotón. ¿Quizás el café sabe bien pero el té helado de melocotón? entonces. . . mal, más que la mitad del vaso era un cubo de hielo, el té helado era tan ligero que casi no saboreas el melocotón. Bueno, Liptonice es mejor.

Nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und helfen sofort. Kakaopulver war leer und die haben mir es direkt aufgefüllt. Kaffee schmeckt lecker wie in jedem Starbucks. Es war dort sauber was am Bahnhof nicht selbstverständlich ist. War sehr zufrieden.
